【新唐人2014年06月14日讯】港媒：中共将立案处理徐才厚
据香港《南华早报》13号报导，前中共中央军委副主席徐才厚，即将被中共当局立案处理。报导援引4个熟悉内情的消息来源说，徐才厚“涉嫌收受巨款受贿”。
报导说，中共当局日前已经向现任及离休军队高官，通报了有关徐才厚涉贪问题的调查内容，并说相关消息很快会对外公布。
报导还引述消息表示，徐才厚涉嫌收受已经落马的原中共军队总后勤部副部长谷俊山3600万元人民币贿赂。
不过，目前，中共官方还没有公布相关消息。
浦志强正式被批捕 或涉周永康案
北京警方6月13号晚间，通过微博账号“平安北京”，宣布正式逮捕因参与“六四25周年座谈会”，而被刑事拘留的大陆律师浦志强，罪名是“寻衅滋事”和”非法获取公民个人信息”。
《法国国际广播电台》报导说，目前还不知道浦志强涉嫌的所谓“寻衅滋事罪”具体所指，而“非法获取公民个人信息罪”，其实与北京当局正在围捕的“大老虎”——前中共政治局常委周永康有关。作为媒体法律顾问或记者朋友的浦志强，曾调取了周永康家族的许多工商资料。
杨匡被控偷越国边境 判刑8个月
香港民运人士、前保钓船长杨匡，最近被中共警方以“偷越国边境”罪名，判刑八个月，杨匡的妻子、大陆维权人士刘沙沙，12号在社交网站“推特”上说，杨匡对此判决不服，已提出上诉。
据了解，杨匡去年3月因探望所谓的敏感人士，而被中共当局吊销“回乡证”，此后他多次返回大陆内地探亲，今年1月，在深圳探望怀孕的妻子时，被警方抓捕。
香港“民主党”主席、立法会议员何俊仁律师对《美国之音》表示，香港和中国大陆本是一国，从香港回内地探亲的杨匡，竟被深圳法院扣上 “偷越国边境”的罪名，非常奇怪。

Investigate Xu Caihou´s Case
According to Hong Kong South China Morning Post on
June 13th, former Vice Chairman of the Central Military
Xu Caihou will be placed on file for investigation by the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The report cited four inner sources said Xu Caihou was
alleged to be receiving huge bribes.
The report said the CCP has announced the investigation of
Xu Caihou´s bribes to current and retired military officials.
It also said related information will also soon be announced.
Xu is suspected of taking a 36 million yuan bribe from sacked
former deputy chief of General Logistics, Gu Junshan.
However, there is still no official information
from the CCP so far.

Beijing police announced the arrest of mainland lawyer Pu
Zhiqiang for participating in the 25th anniversary annual
symposium of June 4th under the microblog account Pingan
Beijing, charged with illegal access to personal information.
Radio France International reported that nobody knows what
the crime referred to.
The illegal access to personal information is the detained big
tiger, former Politburo Standing Committee, Zhou Yongkang.
As media legal counsel or reporter, Pu Zhiqiang had a lot of
business information related to Zhou Yongkang´s family.
Yang Kuang is Jailed For Illegally Crossing National Borders.
Hong Kong pro-democracy activistt, former captain Yang
Kuang has 8 months in jail for crossing the national border.
Yang Kuang’s wife, human rights activist Liu Shasha said
on Twitter that Yang Kuang has appealed.
Yang Kuang had his Home Return Permit revoked by
officials for visiting “sensitive people” last March.
After that, he met mainland relatives many times and was
arrested by police when visiting his pregnant wife in January.
Hong Kong Democratic, Legislative Councilor, lawyer Albert
Ho told VOA “Hong Kong and the mainland is one.”
So it’s strange that Yang Kuang was accused of illegal
crossing of the national border by Shenzhen court.
He was only visiting relatives in the
mainland from Hong Kong.”
