【新唐人2014年03月25日讯】“人权观察”吁法总统对习近平谈人权
中共党魁习近平3月25号将首次以国家主席身份访问法国，24号，国际人权组织“人权观察”致信法国总统欧兰德，要求他在习近平访法期间，向习公开传递捍卫人权的强烈信息，包括向习近平提出一些中共迫害良心犯的具体个案，以及中国少数民族地区的人权恶化状况。
“人权观察”还呼吁欧兰德表达对中共限制言论自由、特别是限制民间社会、学术界和作家的举措表示关注。
“营救团”赴佳木斯 要求释放四位律师
黑龙江佳木斯当局非法拘禁江天勇、唐吉田、王成及张俊杰四位办案律师事件，持续受到大陆各界关注。3月24号，一批律师代表和声援者已经赶到佳木斯，蒋援民、张科科、胡贵云和蔡锳等四位律师，两次前往建三江七星拘留所要求会见当事人，都遭到拒绝。
来自大陆各地的声援者则分别到农垦公安局及七星拘留所举牌，要求立即释放四位律师。
目前，民间已经自发组建“营救团”，更多公民正在陆续赶往当地参与营救。
3月20号，4名维权律师和9位受害者亲属，前往黑龙江建三江农垦总局青龙山洗脑班，要求释放被非法拘押的法轮功学员，21号，他们全部被警方强行带走，第二天，其中的江天勇、唐吉田律师被行政拘留，同时被拘留的另外两位律师和9名黑监狱受害者家属，目前还没有消息。
顾义民申请六四游行被判18个月
3月24号，“六四”异见人士顾义民被江苏常熟市中级法院判刑18个月，他因为申请在六四周年纪念日到天安门广场举行抗议游行，而被指控犯有“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”。
顾义民对判决结果不服，当庭表示要上诉。顾义民的代理律师表示，顾义民行使自己的公民权利无罪。但是，两位律师在庭审结束后，遭到不明身份人员的暴力殴打，在场的数十名警察无一人出面制止。

Human Rights Watch Asks France to Talk About Human
Rights With Xi Jinping
On March 25, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader Xi
Jinping visits France as Leader of China for the first time.
On March 24, international NGO Human Rights Watch wrote
a letter to French President Francois Hollande asking him to
strongly discuss human rights with Xi Jinping in public.
The letter asked him to express concerns of the specific cases
of the persecution of prisoners of conscience and deteriorating
human rights situations for ethnic minorities.
Human Rights Watch also asked Hollande to express concern
about initiatives undertaken since the beginning of Xi’s
leadership that limit freedom of expression, especially for civil
society, academics, and writers.
Rescue Mission to Release Four Lawyers in Jiamusi
Concern continues that Jiamusi authorities illegally detained
four lawyers including Jiang Tianyong, Tang Jitian, Wang
Cheng and Zhang Junjie when they were working on the case.
On March 24, a group of lawyers and supporters including
Jiang Yuanmin, Zhang Keke, Hu Guiyun and Cai-ying were
refused entry twice when asking to meet them.
Mainland supporters went to Agribusiness Public Security
Bureau and seven stars detention center to request the
immediate release of the four lawyers.
Currently, people have spontaneously formed rescue missions;
more citizens are gradually participating in the local rescue.
On March 20, four human rights lawyers and nine victims’
relatives went to Qinglongshan brainwashing center to request
the release of detained Falun Gong practitioners.
By March 21, they were all forcibly taken away by the police
and detained the following day.
There is no further information about them now.
Gu Yimin Sentenced When Applying For a June 4 Procession
On March 24, the June 4 dissident Gu Yimin was sentenced
to 18 months in prison on charges of inciting subversion of
state power by Jiangsu Intermediate People’s Court.
His crime was for appling for a protest march in Tiananmen
Square on the anniversary of the June 4 massacre.
Gu Yimin said he would appeal in court.
Gu Yimin’s attorney said Gu Yimin exercised his civil rights
quite innocently.
However, two lawyers were violently attacked after the trial
by unidentified persons.
No police attended the scene to stop the attack.
