马航班机失联进入第五天，搜救工作仍在进行，各种消息也仍然纷乱，但是飞机依然没有确切下落。
不过，马来西亚方面已经和中国乘客家属达成了五点协议，一些家属也开始领取马航发放的3万1千元慰问金。
而连续5天在北京丽都酒店追访马航客机失联事件的中外记者，12号晚已大致撤退，开始为参加中共国务院总理李克强的记者会做准备，因为13号清晨四点半，他们要在人民大会堂外排队接受安检。
周永康前秘书妹夫 伏尸楼梯间
3月12号下午，中国“银河证券股份有限公司”，位于北京金融街国企大厦的办公楼内，发生血案，一人伏尸楼梯间。
知情人士透露，案件发生在国企大厦17层，这一层楼是“北京证券业协会”办公楼层。死者在17层楼梯间被人发现时，鲜血已染红地面。警方派多辆警车赴现场调查。“银河证券”发声明证实了此事。
据大陆《财新网》报导，死者是“银河证券”员工王垣，曾任“银河证券”监事长俞文修的秘书。
经警方现场勘查，死者留有遗书，初步认定为自杀，但原因未明。
香港《苹果日报》说，死者王垣的妻子余莉，是中共前政治局常委周永康的前大秘书余刚妹妹。报导说，余刚是湖南人，曾在中共国办秘书三局任职。
香港刘进图遇袭案 9名嫌犯落网
香港《明报》前总编辑刘进图上个月遇袭一案，有了最新进展，香港警方3月12号宣布，两名涉嫌袭击刘进图的嫌犯已经在大陆落网，香港警方也在本地拘捕了7名怀疑涉案的男子。
香港警务处处长曾伟雄说，警方不排除任何犯案的可能性，但目前掌握的资料显示，案件与新闻工作无关。
刘进图当晚在《明报》网站发表声明说：“自己和家人没有涉及钱债、桃色或私人恩怨，因此一直相信遇袭与报社的工作有关。”刘进图希望警方尽快查明幕后主使的身份和买凶动机。
“两会”第9日 天安门再出状况
3月11号，中共“两会”在全力维稳中进行到第9天，北京天安门广场一带再次出现访民抗议事件。
当天下午，河北省保定市唐县访民邸香玉，因上访受阻而绝望，在天安门城楼附近服下安眠药自杀，随后被送到北京医院抢救。
另有两名河南访民也因到中南海撒传单抗议，而被警方拘留。

With Malaysia Airline.

flight with no exact whereabouts.
However, the passengers’ families have reached five agreements
with Malaysia Airline and begun to receive 31 thousand Yuan
condolences issued by them.
Most of the Chinese and foreign reporters have left at 12th

Brother in law of former Zhou Yongkang’s secretary committed
suicide in the stairwell.
March 12 afternoon, a man fell in the stairwell in the China
Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd located in the Guoqi building, dead.
Sources said the incident occurred in the GuoQi buildings 17th
floor which belongs to the Beijing Securities Association office.
The dead was found in the stairwell of 17th floor with blood ground.
A lot of police came to investigate and the Galaxy Securities confirmed it.
Mainland Caixin website reported that the deceased was Galaxy
Securities employee Wang Yuan, the secretary of the former
chief supervisor of Galaxy Securities Ltd, Yu Wenxiu.
The deceased was initially identified as a suicide with note
after investigation.
The reason is unknown.
Hong Kong Apple Daily said that Wang Yuan’s wife Yu Li is
the sister of Yu Gang who was former secretary of the CCP
Politburo Standing Committee, Zhou Yongkang.
The report said Yu Gang was from Hunan and worked at the
third State Secretary Bureau.
Nine suspects involved in Lau Chun’s case were arrested
Hong Kong Ming Pao’s former chief editor Lau Chun’s case
has new development.
March 12, the Hong Kong police announced that the two suspects
attacked Lau Chun have been arrested in mainland; Hong Kong
police also arrested seven local suspects.
Hong Kong Commissioner of Police, Mr Tsang said, the police do not rule out any possibility of crimes, but currently available information, the case has nothing to do with journalism.
That night, Lau Chun published a statement in the Ming Pao
website: “He believes the attack is related to the newspaper work
because he and his family do not involve any grudge including
money debt, peach or personal matter.”
Lau Chun hoped the police to identify the identity and the motivation
behind as quickly as possible.

The petitioners protested at Beijing Tiananmen Square again.
In the afternoon, Hebei Province, Baoding petitioner Di Xiangyu
committed suicide using sleeping pills in despair near Tiananmen .
Square and hospitalized.
Two other petitioners were detained because dispatched flyers at
ZhongNanHai.
