【新唐人2014年02月06日讯】中国企业家王功权，可能再次被抓！王功权因支持“新公民运动”遭中共当局逮捕，1月22号获取保候审。日前他发微博透露，自己在狱中坚持抗争60天，但念及妻子而跟当局妥协。可是王功权的微博已经被封，他也再次失去踪影，好友打电话都联系不上他。
王功权好友，大陆“中恒聚信投资基金管理有限公司”董事长王瑛告诉《新唐人》，她和其他朋友打电话给王功权，都打不通。朋友圈有消息说，他又被关起来了。
中国企业家王功权好友王瑛：“他现在跟谁都不联系。大概这两天，我听说他和任志强，和潘石屹他们吃了一顿饭。就又没有动静了。他那个微博恢复了两天就又没有动静了。现在有人传，他又被关起来了。所以不知道。情况不清楚。我们打电话找他，他也不接。”
记者多次致电王功权，电话也一直没有人接听。
中国黄历新年期间，王功权通过新注册的微博账号（“益西雍仲”），分别于1月29号和30号，发出两条博文，并上传照片。
在第一条博文中，王功权表示：“ 132天后，我回到家里。太太说我瘦了，有些憔悴。这条毛巾，我是在太太把它送进去的第二天下午才签收到的。看着这毛巾上的图案，我当时感慨万端，热泪难禁。就在接下来的那堂审讯时，我决定放弃被羁押后连续近60天的抗争和博弈，选择认罪回家。”
有网民认为，王功权这番话，暗示他为了家人而选择“认罪”。
王功权的妻子（网名“xiaomuwu宝贝”）在微博回应说：“对他的这个抉择，我会感激一生。”
王功权的第二条博文，记录了他在被关押的北京第三看守所门前拍照“留念”，两张上传的照片显示，王功权经过数月的关押后，变瘦且憔悴。不过，他的微博账号在发出第二条博文后遭到封禁。
2月3号凌晨时分，王功权的友人，中国地产商人潘石屹在自己的微博上，也上传了与王功权在1月28号中午聚会的照片。照片随后也遭到删除。
现年52岁的王功权，是大陆相当有影响力的企业家。早在1991年6月，王功权就与冯仑、刘军、王启富、易小迪一起创办了“万通实业集团”，潘石屹第二年加入，成为闻名商界的“万通六君子”。近年，王功权成为“新公民运动”的推动者，他对“新公民运动”发起人之一的中国法学学者许志永予以支持。
许志永，去年7月16号，被当局以“涉嫌聚众扰乱公共场所秩序”的罪名刑事拘留。王功权与大陆法律学者多人随后发出公开信，要求当局释放许志永。
去年9月13号，北京警方进入王功权的住所搜查，并以“涉嫌聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪”传唤他，当天晚上，王功权被刑事拘留。
而北京第一中院在许志永受审当天，发布消息说，王功权已经“认罪”，并取保候审。但是大陆维权界人士、和“新公民运动”的成员们，仍然对王功权给予充分信任和理解。
北京人权活动家胡佳：“他也并非不是英雄。他以前做的那些事情，包括他倡导教育平权，让许志永去执行的那些事情，这个东西很好。而且他也出现过在黑监狱的门口。对于一个企业家、一个投资人来讲，这难能可贵。”
北京人权活动人士胡佳指出，中共企图对维权力量进行分化瓦解。
胡佳：“千万不要上了中共那套话语体系，他的那个逻辑里面去。他也想用这个方法，叫宽严相济。他想来分化瓦解。这个对于打击许志永的心理……所以不能让他得逞。”
胡佳透露，南方有一些中小企业家，在很低调、隐秘的情况下，资助街头举牌的行动者。他说，现在许多企业家明白，如果这个体制不变，任何人的财产、权利和人身都不安全。胡佳相信，还会有企业家继续站出来，资助“新公民运动”。

Activist and Entrepreneur Wang Gongquan Detained Again
Chinese entrepreneur Wang Gongquan is said to
have been detained again.
Wang Gongquan had been arrested for supporting the new
citizens’ movement and was released on bail on 22nd January.
His recent Weibo revealed his insistence whilst in prison for
60 days until worrying for his wife.
However, his Weibo account has been blocked and
he has been missing.
His good friends could not reach him either.
Wang Gongquan’s close friend, also an entrepreneur,
Wang Ying, told New Tang Dynasty (NTD) that she and other
friends have tried to call Wang Gongquan,
but could not reach him.
Sources said that he was locked up.
Wang Ying, Wang Gongquan’s friend:
He has not contacted anyone.
A couple of days ago, I had heard that he had lunch with
Ren Zhiqiang and Pan Shiyi.
He’s been quiet ever since.
His Weibo was quiet too.
It is said that he’s been detained again.
The situation is not clear.
We have tried to call him, but no one answers the call.
The reporter has also tried to call Wang Gongquan,
but no one has answered.
During the Chinese New Year, Wang Gongquan has issued
two posts and uploaded photos, respectively,
on Jan. 29 and 30.
In the first blog post, Wang Gongquan wrote: After 132 days,
I returned home.
My wife said I have lost some weight and looked tired.
I received this towel the day after being sent in.
Looking at the picture on the towel, I collapsed into crying.
In the following trial, I decided to give up the fight for
the past 60 days and plead guilty to go home.
Netizens believed Wang Gongquan’s post suggested he chose
guilty for his families.
Wang Gongquan’s wife responded to his post on Weibo:
To his choice, I’d appreciate it for my whole life.
In Wang Gongquan’s second post, he uploaded his photo after
months of detention in the Beijing detention center.
He showed having lost weight and looked tired.
However, this Weibo account was banned after the second post.
At midnight on the 3rd February, Wang Gongquan’s friends,
real estate businessman Pan Shiyi uploaded his lunch gathering
with Wang Gongquan on Jan. 28.
Later, this photo was deleted.
The 52 year-old Wang Gongquan is an
influential entrepreneur in China.
As early as in June 1991, Wang and Feng Lun, Liu Jun,
Wang Qifu, Yi Xiaodi founded the Vantone Industrial Group.
Pan Shiyi joined the Vantone in the second year.
Together, they are known as the six gentlemen of Vantone.
Recently, Wang Gongquan has engaged in promoting a new
citizens ‘movement and supporting the organizer, Xu Zhiyong.
Xu Zhiyong was detained and charged on the account of
disrupting public order.
Wang Gongquan and many Chinese law scholars had issued
open letters demanding the release of Xu Zhiyong.
Last Sept. 13, Beijing police searched Wang Gongquan’s house
and summoned him on the charges of disrupting public order.
He was detained that night.
On the trial day of Xu Zhiyong, Beijing First Intermediate
People’s Court issued news that Wang Gongquan has pleaded
guilty and was released on bail.
However, activists and members of new citizens’ movement
still maintain full trust and understanding for Wang Gongquan.
Hu Jia, Beijing human rights activist: He’s still a hero.
What he has had done in the past, such as advocating for equal
education, what Xu Zhiyong has promoted, is good.
He even showed up in front of the black jail.
As an entrepreneur and an investor, it is commendable.
Beijing human rights activist Hu Jia points out that the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) attempts to
disintegrate the activists’ forces.
Hu Jia: Don’t fall into the CCP trap and logic.
This is a tempered justice using a mercy strategy,
to dissolve the activists’ forces.
It is to demoralize Xu Ziyong psychologically.
We can not allow it to succeed.
Hu Jia reveals that some small and medium sized entrepreneurs
in the South have kept a very low-key and used secrete
measures in funding people holding placards on
the streets calling for democracy.
He said that many entrepreneurs have come to the understanding
that as long as this system is unchanged, there is no
guarantee to personal property, rights, and security.
Hu Jia believes that more entrepreneurs will stand up and
fund the new citizens’ movement.
