【新唐人2014年01月28日讯】1月25号，大陆官方媒体引述新疆乌鲁木齐市公安局官方微博的消息，罗列了上周三被抓的维族学者伊力哈木的诸多罪名。但这些罪名被伊力哈木妻子一概否定。同时，海内外已有超过1600人联署签名，要求北京当局释放伊力哈木。下面请看报导。
大陆官媒纷纷援引新疆乌鲁木齐市公安局的官方微博消息说：“中央民族大学”教师伊力哈木•土赫提与所谓境外“东突”势力勾结，利用课堂煽动“推翻政府”，形成了分裂国家的犯罪团伙。
官方还指称：伊力哈木创办“维吾尔在线”网站，组织人员充当网站管理员、和通讯员、信息员，借机制造事端，煽动民族仇恨，鼓吹“新疆独立”。
官方罗列的这一系列罪名显然让伊力哈木的妻子古再努尔无法接受，她气愤的表示：“他们实在太过分了！”
伊力哈木妻子古再努尔：“真的不明白他们说什么呢。因为我老公没有他们微博发的那样情况。他就是个大学老师在学校有课，没有他们说的那个东突、什么新疆独立、什么什么活动。”
古再努尔谈到，警方至今没有告知家人，伊力哈木被关在什么地方。她自己的行动也一直处于警察的严密监视之中。不管是上街买菜、接送孩子，都被警察跟踪。甚至她两个年幼的孩子出去玩，警察也要随身跟踪，对孩子们影响非常不好。
据报导，现年45岁的伊力哈木是北京“中央民族大学”的经济学副教授。2006年，他创办了“维吾尔在线”网站，成为外界了解新疆问题真实状况的重要窗口。伊力哈木批评北京当局：推行民族歧视、对宗教信仰和正常社会活动进行限制，加剧了新疆民族间矛盾。
伊力哈木被大陆民间公认为是一位温和的学者。他反对新疆独立与任何暴力行为，还积极推动维、汉两族之间的友好沟通，并寄希望于当局调整错误的新疆政策。但即使这样，伊力哈木仍然被当局视为危险人物，多次被拘留、软禁和骚扰。
近来，新疆地区局势紧张、冲突不断。北京当局对新疆的维稳力度也不断升级。
1月15号下午，警察将伊力哈木从北京家中带走，并进行了大规模抄家。
北京社会活动家胡佳：“我觉得如果当局这次抓伊力哈木并把他真正投入牢狱的话，那么它实际上就是在继续点燃当地人反抗的火焰，或者说是火上浇油。”
北京社会活动家胡佳表示，像伊力哈木这样持温和主张的人，都遭到当局的打压，这会让维族人觉得越来越没有生存空间、没有出路。
胡佳：“如果说伊力哈木与新公民运动的那些人一样，走入了司法程序，一步步的被共产党放入牢狱，那么整个过程中，我们也要为他呼吁，这不是维吾尔一个民族的问题。”
胡佳强调，伊力哈木是维、汉两族沟通的几乎唯一的重要桥梁，但现在共产党把这个桥给拆了。
1月17号，北京民族问题专家及民间环保人士王力雄，发起“无罪释放伊力哈木”的联署行动，截至26号晚间，已经有来自数十个国家的1645人联署签名，呼吁中共当局释放伊力哈木。
另据《德国之声》报导，古再努尔已正式聘请北京律师李方平，担任伊力哈木的辩护律师。
欧盟驻中国大使艾德和（Markus Ederer）也敦促北京，澄清伊力哈木被抓一事，并告知他被关押的地点。艾德和还对北京不断“收紧人权”的做法表示关注。
美国国务院发言人帕萨基（Jen Psaki）则在一份声明中表示，美国对于伊力哈木遭到扣押“深表关注”，并敦促北京当局公布他的下落。

Chinese Regime Undermines Uyghur-Han Relations by Arresting Scholar Ilham Tohti.
On January 25, official Mainland Chinese media cited an Urumqi Public Security Bureau Weibo account.The news listed a number of charges that have
been brought against Uyghur scholar Ilham Tohti.Ilham Tohti was arrested last Wednesday. His wife Guzaili Nu’er refutes the charges.A petition asking the Beijing authorities to release him has been signed by more than 1,600 people from China and overseas.

Mainland state-controlled media cited news from an official Weibo account, belonging to Urumqi Public Security Bureau.
It reported that, Ilham Tohti, an Associate Professor at the Central University for Nationalities, has been collaborating with so-called overseas “East Turkistan".
It alleged that Tohti instigated students to “overturn the government” during classes,and formed a criminal team to split the country.
The report also alleged that Tohti created a website called “Uyghur Online".
He recruited people to act as web administrators,correspondents and messengers, to incite ethnic hatred, and advocate independence of Xinjiang.
Ilham ‘s wife Guzaili Nu’er refuted this series of official charges, responding angrily: “They are going too far!"
Guzaili Nu’er: “I don ‘t understand what they are saying about my husband.
He is absolutely not as he is described on the Weibo account. He is a college teacher working in the university.He conducts no such activities related toEast Turkistan or Xinjiang independence."
Guzaili Nu’er confirmed that until now, the police had not yet informed Ilham ‘s family about where he is detained.
She is also rigidly monitored by the police.
When she goes for her daily food shopping, or picking up and dropping off her kids at school, she ‘s tracked by police.Even when her two young children go out to play,the police also closely track and monitor them.
This seriously impacts the them in a negative way.
According to the report, 45-year-old Ilham Tohti is an Associated Professor majoring in economics at the Central University of Nationalities, in Beijing.
In 2006, he created the website “Uyghur Online."
This is a key online portal to allow the world to understand the real situation in Xinjiang.He criticized Beijing authorities for their implementation of ethnic discrimination policies.The regime restricts religious activities and normal social activities, which has intensified ethnic conflicts in Xinjiang.
Ilham is well recognized as a mild scholar by mainland people.
He objects to Xinjiang independence or any violent actions, actively promoting peaceful negotiations between Uyghur and Han ethnics.
Ilham hopes the authorities will make adjustments to oppressive Xinjiang policies.Despite his stance, he is still regarded by the Chinese authorities as a dangerous figure.He has been detained, arrested and place under house arrest many times.
In recent years, the situation in Xinjiang has seen escalating tensions and conflicts. The Beijing regime has repeatedly stepped up it ‘s use of force in Xinjiang, to try to oppress any activities.
On the afternoon of January 15, the police detained Ilham, and ransacked his home.
Hu Jia, Beijing social activist: “If the authorities arrest Ilham, and give him a jail sentence, this will only ignite further conflict, and add fuel to the fire".
Hu Jia questions when even a person like Ilham Tohti is suppressed by the authorities, with his recognized peaceful opinions.
This will only make the Uyghur people increasingly feel that they have no space for survival.That they are backed into a corner.
Hu Jia: “If Ilham is treated like those from the New Citizen
Movement, he will be also punished by legal procedures.Finally, he will be sentenced with imprisonment.During the whole process, we will appeal for him.
This is not an issue that is only pertinent to one ethnic group, or only to Uyghurs."
Hu Jia emphasizes that Ilham is almost the only important channel bridging the Uyghur and Han ethnic groups.
The Chinese Communist Party are destroying that bridge.
On January 17, Wang Lixiong, Beijing ethnic research expertand environment activist, launched a petition calling to “release of Ilham Tohti without any charges".
Up until the evening of January 26, 1,645 people
from more than 10 countries have signed the petition.
They are appealing to the Chinese regime to release Ilham.
According to a report by Deutsche Welle, Guzaili Nu’er has formally engaged Beijing lawyer Li Fangping, to take her husbands case.
Markus Ederer, European Union Ambassador to China, urged Beijing to clarify the reasons for detaining Ilham.Mr Ederer also called for the release of information on Ilham ‘s whereabouts.He is concerned that the actions of Beijing are “narrowing human rights."
Jen Psaki, spokesperson for the US State Department, commented in a statement.
The US are “deeply concerned" that Ilham has been detained, and urge the Beijing Authorities to release information on his whereabouts.
