【新唐人2014年01月09日讯】以炒作著称的中国富商陈光标抵达美国纽约。他在新闻发布会上高唱爱国歌曲，没有一个人鼓掌。他宣称要收购《纽约时报》，但是《纽约时报》拒绝跟他会谈。他看似滑稽的人格背后，却暗藏凶狠，对调查记者进行死亡威胁。据《南方人物周刊》记者向本台记者透露，陈光标跟中共中宣部关系亲密。
陈光标自称“中国首善”，以摆“钱墙”、发“现金”救助贫民，来博取慈善家美名。但是大陆媒体对他充满怀疑。
2010年9月，陈光标高调裸捐，《南方人物周刊》，《新京报》，《21世纪经济报导》等媒体去江苏调查，被陈光标知道后，通过有关部门把记者“和谐”了。
2011年4月，《中国经营报》用八个版面做专题，质疑陈光标的慈善行为。2011年4月27号，《南方都市报》刊发《陈光标旧事再调查》长篇内容。紧接着，同属南方报系的《南方人物周刊》也刊发封面报导《中国“首善”陈光标光环的背后：人脉•慈善•生意》。
《南方人物周刊》这篇报导的记者陈磊，1月8号告诉《新唐人》，陈光标做慈善的可疑之处非常多。
《南方人物周刊》主笔陈磊：“首先他的捐助没有任何有发票的，没有拿出来说给谁来看，中央电视台虽然采访他，完全给他背书的。并没有拿出一个有信服力的证据来。另外一个就是，他高调的发现金，没有任何一个机构第三方来出具证明，他发了多少钱？捐了多少钱？第三，他的生意来源他一直讲不清楚。”
陈磊表示，因为媒体不是公权力机关，没法核查陈光标的财务。所以记者并不清楚他的财务是什么流向。但是他这么炒作的背后，一定有他的经济利益。
陈磊透露，陈光标跟中共中宣部关系密切，连《央视》也为他背书。
陈磊：“因为他搞定了宣传部门。相当于是绑架了政府。他是全国道德模范，什么抗震救灾英雄，《央视》给他背书，某些人有没有经济利益，我就不清楚了。但是他和中宣部的关系比较好。曾经中宣部下面有一个人权基金会，据说捐了一笔钱。但是这笔钱是不是到了哪个地方？我们也查不出来。因为你知道中国这些慈善的帐是查不清的。”
在大陆《中华网》上有文章披露，多年前的一天，当时名不见经传的陈光标，突然给“国防大学”捐了两辆罕见的“保时捷”名车。“国防大学”作为回报，安排陈光标去一个将军班，上了三个月的课，这期间，陈光标天天挨个请将军们吃饭，结果那几年，所有国防拆迁工程全是他的。报导说，陈光标不知赚了多少个亿。
陈磊表示，这个传言他没有调查核实。但是陈光标的确跟一些高层官员走的比较近，似乎还有军方关系。陈磊在“上海复旦大学”采访他的时候，他开的是一辆军牌的车。有一个军方的司机送他。
在《南方人物周刊》刊出质疑陈光标的文章之后，陈磊受到了威胁。
陈磊：“不仅仅是我。还有赵何娟，还有《新京报》的童朴，还有《中国经营报》的叶文添，只要做他负面报导，质疑他的，都会受到了一些威胁。我们的邮箱里收到了很多那个血淋淋的很恶心的尸体照片。我手机上也收到一个匿名短信，说我们的身份证号，家庭地址，他都知道。”
陈磊也录下了在采访陈光标的过程中，陈光标斥责和威胁他的话语。《中国经营报》主任编辑李宾，日前在网易上披露了这段对话的文字。
陈磊问陈光标：“你曾说要把自己财产全部捐出去，举行个公证仪式，什么时候公证？”陈光标威胁说：“你还年轻，小伙子，可以搞其他人，到我，你要注意，我只能这样提醒你。……到时候可能你连怎么进去的都不知道。”
陈磊表示，陈光标声称收购《纽约时报》，完全是在忽悠和炒作，因为他说话不负责任，所以《纽约时报》不理睬他，是明智之举。

Chen Guangbiao Has Ties To Central Propaganda Department,
Threatened To Kill Reporter
Wealthy Chinese businessman Chen Guangbiao,
known for his hype, arrived in New York on Jan. 6.
There was no applause when he sang patriotic songs
at a news conference.
He claims to want to purchase the New York Times,
but the New York Times declined to meet with him.
There was hidden viciousness behind his seemingly
humorous personality.
According to information a Southern People Weekly
magazine reporter revealed to us, Chen Guangbiao
has close ties to the Central Propaganda Department
and once gave a death threat to an investigative reporter.
Chen Guangbiao, self labeled “Top Philanthropist of China"
has a reputation of giving cash to the needy.
However, mainland media outlets are highly skeptical of him.
In September of 2010, Chen Guangbiao’s high-profile flashy
style of donating was investigated by a handful of media
outlets including Southern People Weekly, the Beijing news,
21st Century Business and the Herald in JiangSu.
Upon learning that reporters were digging deeper
into his background, Chen Guangbiao attempted to silence
these reporters using his connections to the government.
In April 2011, China Business News questioned Chen’s
philanthropy in an eight page special report.
On April 27, 2011, Southern Metropolis Daily published
a lengthy report entitled, “Second Investigation
Into Chen Guangbiao’s Past."
Then, Southern People Weekly, which belongs
to the Southern newspaper chain also published a cover story
entitled, “Behind The Aura of China’s Top Philanthropist
Chen Guangbiao: His Connections, Charity, and Business."
On Jan. 8, Southern People Weekly reporter Chen Lei told
NTD that Chen Guangbiao’s charities are very suspicious.
Southern People Weekly writer Chen Lei: “First there are no
invoices for his contributions and no one has ever seen one.
CCTV interviewed him, but no convincing evidence
was provided.
Secondly, he gave cash in his high-profile manner.
No agency or third-party has proof regarding how much
he donated.
Third, the source of his business is unclear."
Chen Lei said that there is no way to verify the state
of Chen’s finances because the media is not a public entity.
Reporters cannot even look into his financial flow.
But behind his hype might lie economic interests.
Chen Lei revealed that CCTV has endorsed Chen Guangbiao
and he has close ties to the Central Propaganda Department.
Chen Lei: “He is close to the Central Propaganda Department.
He became a national moral model and earthquake relief hero
with an endorsement from CCTV.
But we don’t know if anyone received economic interest
because he is good with Central Propaganda Department.
It was said that he donated a sum of money to a Human
Rights Foundation under the Central Propaganda Department.
But we don’t know where the money went because
there is no transparency among these charities."
An article from mainland ChinaDotCom revealed that a then
unknown Chen Guangbiao spontaneously donated
two Porsche sports cars to the National Defense University
many years ago.
In return, the National Defense University arranged
for Chen Guangbiao to take three-months
of general studies courses.
During that period, Chen Guangbiao invited generals
one by one to have meals with him every day.
Since then, all defense demolition projects have been
sent to Chen.
After careful investigation, no one knows how many
billions Chen has made.
Chen Lei said he did not investigate and verify the rumor
regarding the National Defense University, but he says
with certainty that Chen Guangbiao has close ties
to some senior officials and has some military relations.
He revealed that a military driver drove him around in a car
with a military plate when Chen Lei interviewed him
at Shanghai Fudan University.
Chen Lei was threatened after the Southern People Weekly
published the article due to its skeptical tone.
Chen Lei: “Not only me, but Zhao Hejuan and Tong Pu
from Beijing news as well as Ye Wentian
from China Business News were threatened as long
as we gave him negative publicity and questioned him.
We received many disgusting bloody corpse photos
in our mailboxes.
My cell phone received an anonymous text message saying
that “they" know our ID number and home address.
Chen Lei also recorded Chen Guangbiao’s threats.
Senior editor of China Business News Li Bin recently
released the transcript on Netease.
Chen Lei asked Chen Guangbiao, “Can you tell when you
will perform a ceremony to donate all your property?"
In response, Chen Guangbiao threatened Chen Lei,
told him the authorities were highly annoyed by him,
said he would send the authorities after him and have
him arrested.
Chen Lei said the talk of Chen Guangbiao purchasing
the New York Times is entirely hype.
He believes it is wise for the New York Times to ignore him
because he speaks so irresponsibly.
