【新唐人2013年12月04日讯】12月2号上午，北京朝阳区温榆河法庭开庭，非法审判河北涞水县法轮功学员信廷超，现场来了许多声援他的民众。同时，近3千名河北民众按手印，联名要求北京朝阳区公安局立即释放信廷超。目前民众联名仍在扩展。
偏僻的朝阳区温榆河小法庭，法院外面来了许多河北涞水县村民，他们风尘仆仆远道而来，是为了声援被非法拘捕的乡亲——法轮功学员信廷超。
今年6月14号，信廷超在北京市打工时，因免费送人一张弘扬中华传统文化的“神韵”光碟，而被北京亚运村派出所警察绑架。信廷超先后被非法关押在朝阳看守所、北京市第一看守所。
大陆陕西居民康女士：“我觉得信廷超这个事情有点不可思议，为什么要这样对待法轮学员呢？充其量只不过是个人信仰和喜好问题，也不妨碍社会。”
据了解，河北涞水县村民代表多次陪同信廷超的家人到北京，要求公安局释放信廷超。村民听说信廷超因为派发“神韵”光盘，就被抓起来了，也感到非常愤怒，纷纷在要求立即释放信廷超的联名信上签名、按手印。
后来，一封题为《敢向红朝要天理 手印丹心耀中华》的公开信在涞水县所属的保定市流传。经过几个月的人传人、心传心，参与给信廷超签名按手印的民众越来越多，而且已经扩大到了涞水县的邻县─涿州市，甚至扩大到了保定市以外的衡水市。
截至11月24号，联名手印扩展到2838人。
独立评论员邢天行：“从签名将近3000手印这一点来看，从签名人数和参与人的身份来看出来，觉醒的人越来越多，他们都是看到非法对法轮功的打压，是非常不公正的，他们希望用自己的行动，去寻找一种公平。”
然而5个多月过去了，信廷超的家人和乡亲们都没有见到信廷超。与此同时，朝阳公安局却滥用法律，实施所谓的“调查取证”，蓄意对信廷超诬陷、起诉。
12月2号上午九点半，信廷超案在北京开庭。信廷超的妻子、女儿及几十名乡亲租车赶到现场声援，但都被拒绝入庭。
中国人权律师唐吉田：“绝不会真正的去公开，而且在旁听人员的选择上，也会让大量的610国保或其他维稳人员来冒充旁听人员，整个它有一套系统的方案，怎么样确保他们这种违法的行为顺利进行下去。”
当天，温榆河法庭外几辆崭新的警车特别引人注目，而身穿“朝保”警服的警察，三五成群的在法庭外面站岗。大约在下午一点左右，信廷超亲友团及租用的大客车，被朝阳区楼梓庄派出所扣押，直到当晚，亲友团才被释放。
唐吉田：“如果真正据理力争，能够为当事人的合法权益而努力的律师，很有可能被刁难，甚至是进行不了程序，或者是之后受到某种打扰。这类的案件，真正的犯罪者，绝不是在法庭上被他们审判的人。”
有评论指出，中国现在的乱政根源来自于司法腐败，在迫害法轮功的过程中，中国的司法已经完全崩溃。中共“三中全会”废止劳教制度，有可能是转型变相，让镇压手段更恶劣。
邢天行：“迫害法轮功这个核心问题，它(中共)不去解决，它不能清算原来非法镇压所遗留下来的问题，那么就导致现在它的司法部门，同样用非法的手段，进一步迫害善良的民众，那么它不可能恢复司法真正的公正，它想用表面上一些小小的改动，去给大家建立信心，也绝对不可能达到，这个结果就是自欺欺人。”
就在海外媒体《大纪元》、《明慧网》等，以“河北手印进京”为主题，报导了这次事件后，信廷超的妻子立即遭到涞水镇公安局宋志强等人的恐吓、威胁，迫使信廷超的妻子一度离家出走。

CCP Exposes Corruption in the Judiciary by Ignoring 3,000

Wenyuhe court illegally tried Hebei province, Laishui town
Falun Gong practitioner Xin Tingchao.
Meanwhile, nearly 3,000 people signed a petition with
their fingerprints to jointly request his immediate release.
Currently the fingerprint petition continues to circulate.
Outside of a Chaoyang District remote Wenyuhe court,
many Laishui villagers came to support illegally arrested
Falun Gong practitioners Xin Tingchao after a long,
dusty hike.

On June 14, Xin Tingchao was kidnapped by Beijing Yayun
village police due to freely giving away a Shen Yun
Performing Arts DVD to Promote traditional Chinese culture.
Xin Tingchao has been illegally detained in the Chaoyang
Detention Center and the First Beijing Detention Center.
Mainland Shanxi resident Ms. Kang: “I think Xin Tingchao’s
case is a bit weird, why do they treat Falun practitioners like that?
This is just a personal religious preference
and does not obstruct society.”
It is said that Xin Tingchao’s family and Hebei province
Laishui villagers went to Beijing a couple of times to request
the Public Security Bureau to release him.
The villagers felt angry since Xin Tingchao’s arrest
was just due to giving away a Shen Yun disc.
They jointly signed to request his immediately release.
Later, a public letter entitled, “Seek heavenly principles
to the Red Dynasty, demonstrate loyal hearts through thumb prints."
The open letter circulated in Baoding Laishui.
After months of being passed person to person, heart to heart,
more and more people participated in the signature
and fingerprint campaign including Laishui’s neighbor city,
Zhuozhou, even Hengshui City outside of Baoding city.
By November 24, there were 2,838 joint fingerprints.
Independent commentator Xing Tianxing: “Based on nearly
3,000 fingerprints and signatures, giving away the identity
of the participants, more and more people are awakening.
They found that it is very unfair to suppress Falun Gong
and attempted to balance it with their own actions.
However, Xin Tingchao’s family and folks have not seen him
for five months.
Meanwhile, Chaoyang Public Security Bureau has abused
the law.
They carry out so-called investigating and evidence collecting
to deliberately defame and prosecute Xin Tingchao.
On the December 2nd morning at 9:30 a.m., there was a court
hearing held in Beijing for Xin Tingchao’s case.
Xin Tingchao’s wife, daughter, and dozens of villagers
rushed to the scene to show solidarity, but were refused entry.
Chinese human rights lawyer Tang Jitian: “There will never
be a true public.
The people who sit in on the hearings are all from the 610
office and state security.
They have their own process to ensure such illegal activity
goes smoothly.”
That day, the new police cars outside of the Wenyuhe court
were particularly striking.
The uniformed police stood guard outside the courthouse
in small groups.
Around one o’clock, Xin Tingchao’s friends and relatives
with rented buses were detained by Chaoyang District
police station until the evening then released.

Tang Jitian: “If lawyers really try their best to defend
their clients, the regime likely makes things difficult
by stopping lawyers from fulfilling their legal rights during
the procedures or retaliate against lawyers later.
The real criminal in this kind of case absolutely was not
the one being tried in court.”
Commentators say that China’s current chaotic administration
was caused by the judicial corruption.
During the persecution of Falun Gong, the judicial system
has completely collapsed.
The recent abolishment of the labor camp system was likely
transferred into another form of abuse, thus the suppression
would become even worse.
Xing Tianxing: “The CCP doesn’t resolve the Falun Gong
issue, a key issue.
The CCP cannot clear out the problems remaining
from the suppression of Falun Gong.
Then it caused the current judicial organs, using the same
illegal means, to further persecute innocent civilians.
It is impossible to restore the true justice of the judiciary.
The CCP intends to change a little on the surface,
to build the public’s confidence, it is impossible to achieve.
The CCP just deceives itself.”
After the Epoch Times and Minghui.org reported
on the Hebei fingerprints signatures event,
Xin Tingchao’s wife was immediately threatened
by Song Zhiqiang from the police station.
Xin’s wife has had to leave her home.
