【新唐人2013年11月15日讯】拘90多天 郭飞雄首见律师
在被关押了95天后，大陆维权人士郭飞雄，终于得以与律师见面。
据大陆维权律师隋牧青在推特发布的消息，官方与郭飞雄共同指定的律师陈光武，11月14号，在广州天河看守所会见了郭飞雄。会谈在警方高度监视之下进行，郭飞雄面容憔悴，反应似乎比较迟钝，与往昔思维敏捷、言词滔滔，形成很大反差。
郭飞雄8月8号被刑拘后，曾绝食抗争25天，与之前外界的传言基本相符。
警方指控郭飞雄策划、操纵了“南周事件”的街头抗议活动，和组织呼吁批准《人权公约》活动，以及要求官员财产公示的活动，郭飞雄对此坚决否认。
郭飞雄今年九月被当局以扰乱公共秩序罪正式批捕，在此之前，曾经有6位律师8次申请会见郭飞雄，都遭到警方拒绝。
海南三亚暴力强拆 烟雾弹袭村民
11月13号，海南三亚市海棠湾镇政府出动由防暴队、公安、城管、交警、消防等七、八百人的强拆队，到青田村进行强制拆迁。
据《中国茉莉花革命》网站报导，由于拆迁补偿问题没有谈妥，拆迁遭到村民抵制，双方爆发冲突。强拆队向村民发射烟雾弹、喷辣椒水，并用警棍、石头攻击村民，多人被打伤。
重庆近千职训学生打砸校内食堂
重庆市荣昌县昌元镇“荣昌职业教育中心”的近千学生，因不满学校食堂饭菜价高质量差，11月14号打砸食堂抗议，期间一度有警察到场了解。
据《自由亚洲电台》报导，职校老师表示，经过商议，食堂愿意作出调整，事件已经解决。
学校一名学生表示，这次是学校创校以来，首次大规模学生抗议事件，有近千人参与。

Guo Feixiong Finally Sees A Lawyer after 90-Day Detention
Chinese activist Guo Feixiong was finally allowed to meet
his lawyer after being detained for 95 days.
Human rights lawyer Mu Qingsui tweeted that on Nov. 14
Guo Feixiong finally met his attorney, Chen Guangwu, who
was jointly designated by the official and Guo Feixiong.
Their meeting was conducted at the Guangzhou Tianhe
Detention Center under tight police surveillance.
Guo Feixiong looked weary and slow, a big contrast to the
witty and expressive person he used to be.
Guo Feixiong has been detained since August 8. He went on
a 25-day hunger strike, just like the rumors said.
The police accused Guo Feixiong of: planning the “Southern
Weekly Incident" protest, and organizing activities such as
calling on approval for a “Convention on Human Rights"
campaign, and demanding official property declarations.
Guo Feixiong firmly denied them all.
Guo Feixiong was arrested September this year for
disturbing public order.
Six lawyers requested to meet Guo. The police had rejected
most of their applications.
Hainan Villagers Face Violent Demolition and Smoke Bombs
On November 13, a 700 strong team of riot squad, public
security, urban management, traffic police, and fire department
was dispatched by the local government of Sanya, Hainan
to conduct forced demolition.
The Chinese Jasmine Revolution website reported that the
demolition met resistance because of unsettled relocation
compensation issues.
The demolition team fired smoke bombs, and attacked the
villagers with pepper spray, batons and stones.
Many people were wounded.
A Thousand Students Destroy the Dining Room
On Nov. 14 up to 1,000 students of the Vocational Education
Centre Rongchang Chongqing, ruined the dinning center.
They complained the food was poor quality and high cost.
The police reportedly arrived at the scene of the protest.
Radio Free Asia reported that the teacher explained
the incident has been resolved.
The center will make adjustment to their food service.
A student said that this is the first large-scale student protest
with a thousand participants since the founding of the school.
