8月28号，《大纪元》新闻网独家发布一段录音，披露薄熙来亲口承认“江泽民下达了活摘法轮功学员器官的命令”。
录音中一个自称是中共驻德国使馆秘书的人，以查证是谁下达了活摘法轮功学员器官的命令，在电话中向薄熙来询问，薄熙来回答说是江泽民。
报导说，这段录音是2006年9月13号，时任商务部部长的薄熙来，随同当时的中共总理温家宝访问德国汉堡时录下的。当时，德国法轮功学员正在控告薄熙来。
录音文件说，德国外交部要核对这个情况，如果薄熙来参与“活体摘取法轮功学员器官”，“他们出席的规格可能就有所变动”。
报导引述录音提供者的话说，薄熙来虽被公审，但中共高层仍掩盖薄熙来的真正罪行，因此决定将掌握的证据曝光。
这位知情者还说，如中共高层继续掩盖薄熙来的真正罪行，他将进一步公布所掌握的更惊人相关证据。他说，中国的军队、武警、医院、公安、监狱、劳教所、政法委都参与了活摘法轮功学员器官的罪恶，参与者众多。
他呼吁那些参与者和知情者，为了良知、自己和中华民族的未来，勇敢的曝光证据。
“恒天然”还清白 党媒攻势受重挫
8月28号，新西兰官员表示，经过在美国和新西兰进行195次测试，得出的检测结果，“恒天然公司”产品不含肉毒杆菌，从未危及大众安全。
据《法新社》报导，新西兰初级产业部说，在实施一连串检验后，证实这些菌属于梭状芽孢杆菌（clostridium sporogene），而不是原先指出的可能致命的肉毒杆菌。
新西兰初级产业部发表声明说，这种菌不会造成肉毒杆菌中毒。就目前所知，梭状芽孢杆菌不曾造成食品安全问题，但如果特定菌株含量过高，可能造成食物腐坏变质。
“恒天然”先前惊爆奶粉中检验出肉毒杆菌，引发全球恐慌。
在“恒天然”主动曝出自己奶粉中检验出疑似肉毒杆菌之后，中共党媒曾发表一系列文章进行批评和抨击，并要大众不要迷信所谓的“洋奶粉”。喉舌电视台也连篇累牍的播出调查节目和访谈节目，试图打击中国消费者对“洋货”的迷信，提升消费者对国产乳制品企业的信心。
不过，当时中国的消费者对这些节目并不买账，有网友说：“国外奶粉都是预防性召回，国内奶粉得吃死人了才会报导。国内媒体最近这么大篇幅报导真是煞费苦心，低级黑。”

Audio Evidence: Bo Xilai Confirmed Jiang Zemin Ordered Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners
On August 28, the Epoch Times released exclusive
audio evidence of live organ harvesting conducted
by the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) authorities.
In the revealed recording, Bo Xilai admitted
Jiang Zemin had issued the order to harvest
organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.
In the recording, a man claims to be a
secretary at the CCP embassy in Germany.
He inquires with Bo Xilai about who
has demanded the organ harvesting.
Bo replies that it was Jiang Zemin.
The telephone conversation was
recorded on September 13, 2006.
On that day, Bo Xilai, then Minister of Commerce,
was visiting Germany, alongside Premier Wen Jiabao.
During his stay in Germany, Bo was
sued by German Falun Gong practitioners.
In the recording, the secretary says that the
German Foreign Ministry needs to check with Bo.
If Bo had participated in harvesting organs
from living Falun Gong practitioners, they will
change their diplomatic reception standards.
The Epoch Times cites the recording provider.
He says that Bo has been tried in public, yet,
the CCP top level still conceals Bo’s core crimes.
This drove him to expose the proof in hand.
The informant warns that if the CCP continues its
cover-up, he will release more stunning evidence.
It can prove China’s participation in organ harvesting.
This includes the army, armed forces, hospitals, the
police, prisons, reeducation-through-labor centers,
and the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee.
The informant is appealing to people involved
in organ harvesting, and people who know.
For the sake of conscience, the future of themselves and
of the Chinese nation, “stand up to expose the truth".
Criticism Over Chinese Official Media Coverage As Fonterra Cleared of Botulism in Milk Products
On August 28, New Zealand officials said that a total
of 195 technological tests have been conducted.
No deadly Clostridium botulinum was found in
Fonterra’s whey protein concentrate products.
The Agence France-Presse quoted the
New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries.
It said, “The organism is confirmed
as Clostridium sporogenes."
It is not a botulism-causing fatal bacteria that
was previously suspected, and caused alarm.
“It is therefore not capable of producing botulism
causing toxins," the Ministry said in a statement.
It poses no food safety threat, “but which, at elevated
levels, can be associated with food spoilage."
Earlier on, tests indicated that Fonterra’s
milk products contained Clostridium botulinum.
The exposure has since triggered
a global contamination panic.
After Fonterra had exposed the original test results,
the CCP official media set off a wave of censuring.
It warned the Chinese to not blindly
believe in “foreign" milk powder.
Other CCP state-run media cooperatively broadcast
investigative reporting and talk shows on the issues.
This was considered to be an attempt to reduce the demand
from Chinese consumers on “products made overseas".
Also, it was deemed that the CCP tried to enhance
Chinese confidence in domestic dairy products.
However, the Chinese consumers
did not accept the propaganda.
A netizen posted, “foreign milk manufacturers
usually announce a preventative recall.
But news about contamination of domestic milk
powder is reported only after death has occurred.
China’s media is painstakingly defaming
foreign products, which is really vulgar."
