【新唐人2013年08月24日讯】中共企图通过上演公审薄熙来大戏，来树立中共法治治国的假象，不过，原本拟定好的剧本被薄熙来现场突然“改编”。外界认为，薄熙来看透中共高层，为确保中共政权不敢触及他的真正罪恶，所以在法庭上有恃无恐，企图为东山再起寻找机会，那么薄熙来更重大的罪行到底是什么呢？请看本台记者报导。
目前正在山东省公审的薄熙来案，备受国际关注，被世界媒体称为世纪公审。这场大戏，因为薄熙来当庭翻供，更让剧情跌宕起伏。
时事评论员蓝述：“薄熙来博的是习李不敢把薄案最深层的黑幕报出来，这就是薄熙来有恃无恐的地方，他把经济案件否定之后，就为他以后东山再起做了准备。”
什么是薄熙来案中最深的黑幕呢？让习李也如此忌讳。
美国人权法律协会亚洲执行长朱婉琪：“薄熙来犯的真正的三宗罪是他在12个国家被提告的，也被起诉的群体灭绝罪，反人类罪和酷刑罪，这三宗罪是万国公罪，这个最邪恶的罪当然不会在中共把持的法庭上来做审理。”
1999年中共前总书记江泽民，发动对中国一亿法轮功修炼者的残酷迫害。江泽民以升官为诱饵，授意薄熙来大力迫害法轮功。大连市和辽宁省在薄熙来任职期间，就成为迫害法轮功学员最严重的地区。
薄熙来在大连新建扩建大型监狱和劳教所，用来关押法轮功学员，如大连监狱、南关岭监狱、金州监狱、瓦房店监狱、庄河监狱，还有周水子教养院、姚家看守所等。薄熙来当上辽宁代省长后，又新建扩建了沈阳马三家劳教所、龙山教养院、沉新劳教所等，薄熙来把各地因为不报姓名而无法遣返的法轮功学员，秘密关押在他掌控的监狱中。
海外媒体揭露，与此同时，薄熙来和谷开来还犯下了大规模活摘法轮功学员器官，并贩卖尸体牟利的滔天罪行。薄熙来在辽宁执政期间，两家尸体加工厂在大连悄然出现，时至今日，这些塑化的尸体还在世界各地展出。
追查迫害法轮功国际组织的调查录音显示，原辽宁省委政法委副书记唐俊杰招供，摘取法轮功练习者的器官做移植手术，得到过薄熙来的正面指示。大连第二尸体加工厂董事长隋鸿锦招供，部分尸体来自大连市公安局。
王立军在薄熙来的管辖范围内，利用法轮功学员的身体，在无注射麻药的情况下，进行器官移植及各种试验，中学文化程度的王立军，摇身为专家、学家、博士生导师。
追查迫害法轮功组织发言人汪志远：“关于薄熙来，根据我们追查国际掌握的情况，他涉嫌活摘法轮功学员器官，还用法轮功学员做活人人体试验，并且把身体做成塑化模型在全世界展出，贩卖从中牟取暴利，我们相信在不久的将来，这些罪恶他都逃脱不了历史的审判。”
自2004开始，12个国家的人权组织和法轮功学员，以群体灭绝罪、反人类罪和酷刑罪对薄熙来提起诉讼。
2005年9月8号，薄熙来被国际司法正义促进协会（International Advocates for Justice）和人权法律专案（Human Rights Law Projects） 的负责人，在纽约提起刑事起诉。诉状指出，薄熙来应对他任省长时的辽宁省427条人命负责。
薄熙来也曾在美国华盛顿DC被法轮功学员指控群体灭绝罪、反人类罪及酷刑罪。另外，薄熙来还在加拿大、德国、韩国、西班牙、荷兰、俄罗斯、罗马尼亚、波兰、英国等地被告上法庭，共计十余次。
薄熙来等迫害法轮功元凶海外被起诉，给中共官场带来很大影响。维基解密电文引述南京消息人士的话说，薄一直在图谋往上爬，但总理温家宝极力反对，指出薄因迫害法轮功已在多国被起诉，薄的明显负面的国际形象不利于担任任何更高级职位。
追查迫害法轮功国际组织表示，无论天涯海角，无论时日长短，必将追查到底，协助受害者将罪犯送上法庭，严惩凶手。

Xi Jinping And Li Keqiang Avoid Bo Xilai’s Major Crimes
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) used Bo Xilai’s trial
to give public impact on the “rule of law”.
However, Bo has denied his charges in court
which is an unexpected move.
Outsiders believe that Bo knows the CCP
leadership’s thoughts very well.
In order to ensure the CCP dares not touch his real crimes,
Bo acted fearlessly in court.
Bo seems to be looking for the opportunity
for a possible future come-back.
What are Bo’s most evil crimes?
Let’s take a look.
The ongoing Bo Xilai trial has drawn international attention.
It is considered the trial of the century.
Bo has denied all the charges in court, this move being a
dramatic change in the trial.
Lan Shu, current affairs commentator: “Bo Xilai understood
that Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang dare not expose his inhumane dark scenes.
This is why Bo can behave like that in court.
After he denied the bribes charges, he thought he would
have a possible chance of a come-back.”
What are Bo’s most serious crime that Xi and Li are avoiding?
Attorney Theresa Chu: “Bo has been prosecuted
in 12 countries.
Actually, Bo’s three major crimes should be genocide,
inhumanity and brutal torture.
These three crimes are the most evil crimes in any country.
Certainly, the CCP won’t disclose it in court.”
In 1999, former CCP head Jiang Zemin started a persecution
towards 100 million Falun Gong practitioners.
Jiang used promotion as bait for Bo, encouraging him
to viciously persecute Falun Gong.
Bo Xilai’s tenure in Dalian city and Liaoning province, made
them the places where the most severe persecution took place.
It was reported that Bo Xilai expanded prisons and
labor camps in Dalian to hold Falun Gong practitioners.
They were Dalian Prison, Nanguanling Prison,
Jinzhou Prison, Wafangdian Prison and Zhuanghe Prison,
Zhoushuizi Labor Camp and Yaojia Labor Camp.
After Bo became acting governor of Liaoning Province,
Shenyang city, he expanded Masanjia Labor Camp,
Longshan Labor Camp and Chenxin Labor Camp.
Bo secretly held those Falun Gong practitioners
who didn’t give out their identities in jails.
Overseas media exposed that Bo and his wife Gu Kailai
committed flagrant crimes of live organ harvesting and
trafficking corpses of Falun Gong practitioners.
During Bo’s tenure in Liaoning, two human body
plastination factories were opened in Dalian.
Even now, these plastination human bodies
are still being exhibited in different countries.
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of
Falun Gong (WOIPFG) released telephone transcripts and audio recordings,
Tang Jujie, former deputy party secretary of Politics and
Law Commission in Liaoning Province confessed.
Tang said harvesting Falun Gong practitioners’ organs for
transplantation was formally ordered by Bo Xilai.
Sui Hongjin, Chairman of Dalian No.2 Human Body
Plastination Factory said that
some human bodies came from Dalian Public Security Bureau.
Wang Lijun working for Bo Xilai, used Falun Gong
practitioners’ bodies without giving them anesthetic injections
when carrying out organ transplantation,
he also did different tests on them.
Middle school graduate Wang, swiftly became an expert,
scholar and professor.
Wang Zhiyuan, spokesman of WOIPFG:
“From the information we hold on Bo Xila,
he is suspected of involvement in live organ harvesting
of Falun Gong practitioners’ organs,
tests on live Falun Gong practitioners bodies, trafficking
and exhibiting their bodies in the world for large profits.
We believe he will soon be sentenced for these evil crimes.”
Since 2004, human rights organizations and Falun Gong
practitioners had filed lawsuits against Bo Xilai’s crimes of
genocide, inhumanity and brutal tortures in 12 countries.
On September 8, 2005, Bo Xilai was prosecuted in New York
by International Advocates for Justice and Human Rights Law Projects.
The indictment points out that Bo should be responsible
for 427 people’s death during his tenure in Liaoning.
In Washington D.C., Falun Gong practitioners have prosecuted
Bo Xilai for genocide, inhumanity and brutal torture.
Bo has been sued in Canada, Germany, South Korea, Spain,
the Netherlands, Russia, Romania, Poland and the UK.
Altogether more than 10 lawsuits.
Bo Xilai and other CCP high level perpetrators
were sued overseas for persecution of Falun Gong.
It had a bad impact on the CCP.
WikiLeaks cited insiders in Nanjing that Bo has always
expected he would be promoted.
However, former Premier Wen Jiaobao strongly
opposed it saying that
Bo has been prosecuted in many countries for the
persecution of Falun Gong.
Bo’s negative reputation wasn’t suitable to
hold any senior position.
WOIPFG said that no matter how long it takes,
we must work to restore and uphold justice in society.
