随着开审日期的逼近，中共前重庆市委书记薄熙来案再度成为海外舆论和大陆网友关注的热点。
除海外媒体又挖出薄熙来新的受贿证据——一栋位于法国戛纳的豪华别墅外，大陆网友也在微博披露，即将审薄的山东省济南中院已经加强警戒。
新浪微博网友“深度播报”8月6号发出一张照片，声称济南中院门前，已由荷枪实弹的军人，取代了原先在路卡执勤的警察。
另外，据香港《明报》周二报导，曾因用“一坨屎”指骂薄熙来的重庆网友方洪，因想前往济南旁听庭审，“看看薄熙来的下场”，已被警察强行带走“旅游”。
上海访民高院门前抗议司法腐败
上海高院法官集体嫖娼淫乱丑闻被曝光后，上海访民连续几天前往上海市高院抗议，要求彻查上海司法腐败和不公。
《美国之音》报导，据访民提供的消息，星期一，前往抗议的访民有近百位，他们在上海市高级法院门前，拉横幅和举牌，抗议上海高院4位法官及另一身份不明男子集体嫖妓丑闻所暴露的，以及访民自身所体验的上海司法腐败和乱象。
因认定法院枉法判决而长期上访的上海访民尹慧敏对《美国之音》表示，上海司法腐败令人震撼，司法不公制造了大批的冤民和访民。
据大陆媒体报导，上海法官集体嫖娼的爆料者倪培国，也是因为怀疑法官判决不公，才收集证据，曝光丑闻的。
山东警察打伤卖艺人 引发冲突
8月5号，山东胶南市双珠公园发生警察暴力驱赶河南籍街头卖艺人，引发群体冲突事件。
据海外《中国茉莉花革命》网站报导，事件中，一名孕妇被警察打伤，因而激起民愤，数百人围堵警车，一部警车被砸。
警方派出大批警察到场戒备，警民双方对峙。孕妇送往医院救治后，人群才逐渐散去。
一名西藏人在尼泊尔自焚身亡
8月6号，一名西藏流亡僧人噶玛昂顿嘉措在尼泊尔首都一座寺庙附近自焚，抗议中共政府对西藏的政策。
据《美联社》报导，这名僧侣自焚后，尼泊尔警方和居民将他身上的火焰扑灭并将他送往医院，但是这名僧侣不治身亡。
这是今年以来在尼泊尔境内发生的第二起藏人自焚事件。

Former Chongqing party secretary, Bo Xilai’s trial became
the hot topic of abroad media and mainland netizens.
Overseas media dug up new evidence of Bo accepting
bribery–a luxury house located in Cannes, France.
Mainland netizens also exposed on Weibo microblog that
Jinan Intermediate People’s Court in Shandong
Province (JIPCSP) began to tighten up on security.
On August 6, Sina Weibo netizen @deeply-report
posted a picture which showed
armed militaries had replaced police as guards
at the gate of JIPCSP.
Hong Kong’s Ming Pao reported on Tuesday that
Chongqing netizen Fang Hong who cursed Bo,
intended to attend court but was taken away by police.
Shanghai Petitioners Protest At Judicial Corruption
After Shanghai High Court (SHC) sex scandals
involving judges were exposed,
Shanghai petitioners went to protest in front of
SHC for several days.
They requested to completely investigate judicial
corruption and injustice in Shanghai.
Voice of America (VOA) reported according to information
from petitioners, on Monday, about 100 petitioners protested.
In front of SHC, they held banners and placards to protest at
four judges and unidentified man hiring prostitutes.
They also protested at judicial corruption that they
themselves encountered.
Yin Huimin who had petitioned for a long time against injustice
told VOA that judicial corruption shocked everyone.
The injustice has created many victims of
human rights violations.
Mainland media reported that whistleblower Ni Peiguo also
suspected judicial injustice and collected evidence to expose it.
Shandong: Police Street Artist Triggered Collision
On August 5, police violently dispersed street artists in
Shuangzhu park of Jiaonan city, Shandong province.
This caused clashes.
Overseas “Chinese Jasmine Revolution" website reported,
in the conflict, a pregnant woman was beaten by police.
It aroused public anger. Several hundred people surrounded
the police vehicles, one was smashed.
A large group of police were sent there,
police and citizens clashed.
After the pregnant woman was sent to hospital,
the people gradually dispersed.
A Tibetan Self-immolated in Nepal
On August 6, an exiled Tibetan monk Gyatso Karma Maang
Dayton self-immolated to death by a temple at Nepal’s capital.
The monk was protesting at the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) Tibetan policy.
Associated Press reported that after the monk self-immolated,
Nepalese police and local residences extinguished the fire
on his body and sent him to hospital. The monk later died.
This is the second Tibetan self-immolation case that
has happened in Nepal this year.
