【新唐人2013年05月10日讯】安徽女坠亡地 北京警方仍戒备
在安徽女子袁利亚死亡事件引发抗议示威之后,5月9号,北京丰台京温商城附近气氛仍然紧张,数百名全副武装的北京武警部署在附近的街道上,超过15辆警车停靠在商城外面,显示了当局和民工之间的对立。
一天前,数百名农民工在这里举行了抗议活动,他们要求警方查明事件真相。据报导,现年22岁的袁莉亚在京温商城卖服装,上个星期五,人们在商城一个地下停车场的出口处发现了她的尸体。
警方认定袁莉亚跳楼自杀身亡,但是示威者对警方的调查结果表示怀疑。
有人网上透露消息说,袁莉亚遭到强奸,然后被从楼上抛下。但北京警方发表声明说,调查排除了袁莉亚中毒、遭受性侵和谋杀的可能,是“自主高坠”死亡。
袁莉亚安徽老家亲属遭监控
另外,死者袁利亚安徽老家的亲人,也被警察监控。
网友蔡文宝告诉《新唐人》,9号,他前往袁利亚老家探望她的亲人,发现她的家中有十几名便衣。当时在场的还有《安徽商报》、《安徽电视台》和另一家媒体的记者,这些便衣用恶狠狠的目光盯着袁家的亲戚朋友,使他们不敢讲话。对前往探望的人态度也非常恶劣。
吁官员公布财产 逾10人被捕
中共新一届领导上任后,一再表示要坚决打击腐败,但最近中共当局却严厉打击公开要求官员公布财产的维权人士。
《法新社》报导,中国至少有10名活动人士,因倡议政府官员财产公开而遭当局逮捕,他们的代理律师梁晓军5月9号透露,其中一人被控“煽动颠覆国家罪”,其他人都被控“非法集会罪”。
据大陆《维权网》消息,活动人士袁冬、张宝成、马新立、侯欣4人,3月底在北京西单广场,打出“公民要求官员公布财产”的横幅后,被警察带走,并被拘留。4月中旬,再有6人相继因同样原因被警方拘捕。
律师表示,目前还不清楚法院会在什么时候开庭审理此案。

Police Deployed At Death Site
After the death of Yuan Liya from Anhui Province
on May 3rd,
today, things remain tense near Jingwen Mall
in Fengtai, Beijing.
Hundreds of heavily armed police
were deployed in the streets near the dock.
More than 15 police cars parked at the mall, showing the
confrontation between the authorities and migrant workers.
One day ago, hundreds of migrant workers
protested here, asking the police to find out the truth.
According to reports, 22-year-old Yuan Liya
was a clothes salesperson at Jingwen Mall.
Last Friday, her body was found at an exit of an
underground parking lot at the mall.
Police said Yuan Liya committed suicide
by jumping off a Building.
Demonstrators expressed doubts about
the results of the police investigations.
Someone disclosed that Yuan Liya had been raped,
and then thrown from an upstairs window.
Beijing police said in a statement, they excluded
possibilities of poisoning, sexual assault and murder.
Yuan Liya died from ‘jumping off a building’.
Now the relatives of the deceased Yuan Liya in her hometown
in Anhui Province are also under police monitoring.
Tsai Wen-Bao told New Tang Dynasty television that on
May 9th he went to Yuan Liya’s home to visit her relatives.
He found over a dozen plainclothes policemen at her home.
There were also reporters from Anhui Business Journal,
Anhui TV and another media.
These plainclothes policemen stared at Yuan’s family,
friends and relatives ferociously, threatening them not to speak.
Their attitude towards visitors was also very bad.
Arrested When Appealing To Publicize Officials’ Properties
After the new leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
took office, they repeated said they would combat corruption.
Recently the CCP cracked down on human rights activists
who asked officials to announce their properties.
Agence France-Presse reported at least 10 activists in China
were arrested when publicizing properties of CCP officials.
Their attorney, Liang Xiaojun said on May 9th one was
charged with inciting subversion of the state;
others were charged with the crime of unlawful gathering.
According to Human Rights Defenders website, activists
Yuan Dong, Zhang Baocheng, Ma Xinli, Hou Xin held banners.
“Citizens Require Officials to Publicize Properties” they read.
They were at Xidan Square, Beijing at the end of March
before being taken away by police and detained.
In mid-April, another six people were arrested
by the police for the same reason.
The attorney is unclear when the court will hold a hearing on it.
