【新唐人2013年04月06日讯】19样品与H7N9病毒株高度同源
大陆农业部新闻办公室5号晚间发布,国家禽流感参考实验室再次从上海市送检的738份样品中,检测到19份H7N9禽流感阳性样品。其中鸡10份、环境样品7份、鸽子2份。
在19份样品中,有8份来自上海松江区“沪淮农副产品批发市场”;3份来自闵行区“景川市场”;8份来自闵行区“凤庄市场”。
访民陕西祭习仲勋 遭驱赶扣押
4月4号,20多名大陆访民前往中共总书记习近平的故乡——陕西省富平县,祭奠习近平的父亲、前中共领导人习仲勋,受到当地警方的阻拦和驱赶。
据《美国之音》报导,这些访民在习仲勋陵园领票入场刷身份证时,被认出身份。扫墓过程中,被当局人员跟踪和阻拦,先后被带出陵园,并被强行押进一辆大客车拉走。最后被关押在富平县污水处理厂的一处装有摄像头的库房里,由警察看守,等待各自的当地政府来领人。
访民江富友对《美国之音》表示,他们作为公民,有权为习仲勋扫墓,富平县的做法令人气愤。
人权观察吁释放北京反腐四公民
总部设在纽约的“人权观察”组织,4月4号发表声明,要求中共政府立即释放因“要求官员公开财产”,而被刑拘的四名北京公民。
“人权观察”中国项目主任索菲亚.理查森在声明中说,拘押四名反腐维权人士,让人质疑习近平严打贪腐的决心。
3月31号,北京公民袁冬、侯欣(女)、张宝成和马新立等,在北京西单文化广场,展示“要求官员公开财产”和惩治贪官、裸官的横幅后,被警方带走,并以“非法集会”的理由,将4人刑事拘留。目前他们被关押在北京的看守所。
嘉兴800工人连续罢工 与特警对峙
浙江省嘉兴市“摩天汽车配件有限公司”800工人罢工,已经进入第五天。4月5号,事态升级,全厂工人聚集到工厂外公路上与特警对峙。
据《中国茉莉花革命》网站报导,4月1号,公司拒绝一名因工受伤工人回厂上班,并报警让警察进厂将这名工人用手铐铐走,引起工人不满,而爆发集体罢工。
厂方态度强硬,多次报警镇压工人,导致罢工升级。

20 Petitioners Detained For Visiting Xi Zhongxun’s Grave
On April 4th more than 20 Chinese petitioners went to
Xi Jinping’s hometown, Fuping County in Shaanxi province.
They aimed to visit the grave of Xi’s father Xi Zhongxun,
former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) veterans.
Yet, the petitioners were blocked and driven
away by local police.
Voice of America (VOA) reported that petitioners swiped
their ID cards to get into the Cemetery of Xi Zhongxun.
The ID cards were tracked; petitioners were blocked from
going further and taken away from the Cemetery.
Later, they were detained in a warehouse with installed
surveillance cameras and guarded by the police.
Now the petitioners, in custody, are waiting to be
taken away by the authorities of their residential areas.
Petitioner Jiang Fuyou told the VOA that as citizens,
they have rights to visit the grave of Xi Zhongxun.
The CCP in Fuping County really made them angry.
Human Rights Watch Appeals Release of Four
Detained Beijing Citizens
On April 4th New York-based Human Rights Watch (HRW)
issued a statement.
It called on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to
immediately release four Beijing citizens.
The four were arrested for demanding CCP officials
declare their assets.
The statement said detention of four anti-corruption activists
raised public doubts on Xi Jinping’s resolve in fighting corruption.
On March 31st Beijing citizens including Yuan Dong, Hou Xin,
Zhang Baocheng and Ma Xinli, displayed banners in Beijing
Xidan Cultural Square. The banner demanded assets
declaration of CCP officials and punishment of corrupt officials.
They were finally taken away by the police and
accused of “illegal rally”.
Currently, the four are held in a local detention center.
Jiangxing’s 800-Worker Strike Escalates
A strike involving 800 workers at Motian Auto Parts Co.
in Jiaxing city has entered its fifth day.
The strike escalated on April 5th when all workers gathered
outside the factory to confront the SWAT police.
Molihua.org reported that on April 1st the company rejected
a worker returning to work who had an on-the-job injury.
The management called in the police to
handcuff the worker and took him away.
The issue outraged other workers, who finally staged a strike.
The factory leaders repeatedly asked the police to suppress
the workers, leading to an escalation of the strike.
