【新唐人2013年02月05日讯】河南省多位法轮功学员被当局非法判以重刑之后，被关在“河南新乡女子监狱”，他们遭受了严重的迫害，其中郑州市的陈真萍，已被迫害致身体无法站立，精神崩溃。她的女儿担心妈妈生命安危，痛陈中共的残酷迫害。
陈真萍因为修炼法轮功，在2008年北京奥运前夕，被中共当局判处8年有期徒刑。
《明慧网》2月2号最新消息透露，陈真萍在“新乡女子监狱”被迫害，身体遭受严重伤害。期间，两名包夹朱仙枝、王红梅，不让她睡觉，强制对她洗脑。而陈真萍女儿给她的钱，被狱方主任童国荣指使刑事犯偷走，陈真萍无钱购买基本生活用品。
另外，报导说，监狱长每星期找她谈话，让她表示：没有对她实行迫害。但现在陈真萍已被迫害致身体无法站立，视物不清,精神崩溃。
陈真萍嫁到芬兰的大女儿金昭宇，2月4号接受《新唐人》电话采访时披露，河南新乡女子监狱已经连续40个月，不让任何人去见陈真萍。而主要迫害她的两名女监狱警察牛旭、和袁文娟，去年8月却对她舅舅说：可以去见陈真萍。
陈真萍代理律师李苏滨：“陈真萍她现在还在监狱里边，监狱方就不让见。它（中共当局）有很多的理由，它就说必须得本人委托。”
《新唐人》记者：“当事人她都没有人身自由，她怎么能委托律师呢﹖她也没法跟律师联系啊!”
李苏滨：“它现在是根据司法部的一个规定，严格来说这个它已经违反了刑事诉讼法。”
金昭桓是陈真萍的小女儿，陈真萍2008年被抓之后，金昭桓到法院索要判决书，遭到办案法官任远的殴打。当时才19岁的金昭桓后来也被警察追捕，被迫四处躲藏。去年4月，金昭桓在芬兰政府的营救下逃出中国，与姊姊在芬兰团聚。
河南法轮功学员陈真萍小女儿金昭桓：“在迫害之前我妈妈因为是晚期癌症，因为修炼法轮功之后身体就好了，妈妈修炼之后不只身体变好了，脾气、心态各方面都变得很好，可是，在（中共）迫害之后，妈妈就是一次又一次的被抓到劳教所、监狱，我在学校里承受着老师和同学异样的眼光。”
芬兰北部最大的媒体《拉普兰报》曾对金昭宇姐妹的故事，进行了两次报导，国际人权组织“大赦国际”也四次发出关注陈真萍的报告，她的案例在2010年被提交联合国，2011年被列入欧盟提交中共释放良心犯的名单中。2012年12月10人权日芬兰大赦国际，再次为陈真萍举办争签演讲活动，并邀请了金昭宇金昭桓姐妹，现场讲述妈妈被迫害的经历，在场的人纷纷签名支援。
金昭桓：“妈妈曾经有五次被非法抓入监狱，从03年被放回家之后到08年再次被抓走之后，我们家开始了长达5年时间的监视居住,就是不允许我妈妈离开家门一步，我们所有属于自己合法的权利，全部都被剥夺了。”
据了解，陈真萍始终坚定信仰法轮大法，不接受所谓转化。金昭宇远在北欧的芬兰，看到妈妈被迫害的现况，她说，会持续的加大力度呼吁和营救妈妈。
金昭宇：“我们会加大力度的呼吁各界关注我妈妈和营救我妈妈，我们会继续向媒体披露、向各大国际营救组织呼吁来伸出援手，对我妈妈进行营救，我们也呼吁各国的外交部伸出援手，营救我妈妈。”
去年5月，芬兰国家电视台YLE《受迫害者在芬兰》节目中，介绍了金昭宇营救母亲的故事；捷克“大赦国际”去年也邀请金昭宇前往首都布拉格的中使馆，参加抗议中共当局的活动。

Help! Chen Zhenping Persecuted and Now Near Death
Several Falun Gong practitioners in Henan province were
heavily sentenced by the Chinese Communist Party.
They are now detained in Henan Xinxiang Women’s Prison,
suffering severe persecution.
One of them, Chen Zhenping from Zhengzhou,
is too ill to stand and has had a nervous breakdown.
Her daughters, worrying about Chen’s life safety,
disclosed the CCP’s brutal persecution.
On the eve of the Beijing Olympics in 2008, Chen Zhenping
was given an eight-year jail term for practicing Falun Gong.
On February 2, Minghui.org reported that Chen has been
severely persecuted in jail.
Two inmates who were officially assigned to monitor and
torture Falun Gong practitioners, deprived Chen Zhenping of sleep.
They also forcibly brainwashed and forced Chen
to denounce Falun Gong.
The prison authorities even instructed criminal offenders to
steal the money that Chen Zhenping’s daughters left to her.
Chen thus cannot afford basic necessities.
Minghui reported that the warden talked to Chen weekly,
forcing her to admit that she has never been persecuted.
Now Chen Zhenping has been too ill to stand, and
has had a complete mental breakdown.
On Feb. 4, Jin Zhaoyu, Chen Zhenping’s eldest daughter
lving in Finland, told NTD the latest information about Chen.
For 40 consecutive months, Henan Xinxiang Women’s Prison
forbade anyone to visit Chen Zhenping.
However, in August 2012, two female prison guards who are
main culprits in the persecution of Chen Zhenping told Chen’s brother he could visit her.
Jin Zhaoyu: “I feel they were just lying! If it is allowed, why
till today does the prison still forbid my uncle from seeing her?
I telephoned my uncle recently and was told the prison
actually forbids him from going to see her !”
(Chen Zhenping’s attorney) Li Subin:
“Chen Zhenping is still imprisoned.
The prison authorities simply ban anyone from visiting her.
The pretext is that paying a visit to Chen should get her
prior guarantee of trustworthiness."
NTD reporter: “But she’s deprived of personal liberty,
how can she entrust a lawyer? She’s even cut off contact with her lawyer!”
Li Subin: “This is a provision issued by the Ministry of Justice.
Strictly speaking, it violates the Criminal Procedure Law."
Jin Zhaohuan is Chen Zhenping’s youngest daughter.
After Chen’s arrest in 2008, Jin Zhaohuan went to court to ask for the written judgment.
Ren Yuan, the judge handling the case,
beat 19-year-old Jin Zhaohuan in public.
Afterwards, in order to escape the police,
Jin Zhaohuan had to go into hiding.
In April 2012, rescued by the Finnish government,
Jin Zhaohuan reunited with her elder sister in Finland.
Jin Zhaohuan: “Before 1999, my mother had been
diagnosed with late-stage cancer.
Doctors in five hospitals told us that she only had
3 months left to live.
But later, after she began to practice Falun Gong,
she quickly regained her health, and had very good temper and mentality.
Since the CCP launched the persecution of Falun Gong,
my mom has been arrested repeatedly.
She has been detained in the reeducation-through
labor centers and jail.
At school, I suffered discriminatory treatment
from teachers and classmates.”
The biggest newspaper in Northern Finland, Lapin Kansa,
twice reported the two sisters’ stories.
Amnesty International has four times released urgent
action calls for Chen Zhenping.
In 2010, Chen Zhenping’s case was submitted to the UN.
In 2011 the European Commission for Human Rights
included Chen Zhenping in a list of prisoners of conscience,
urging the CCP regime for an immediate release of them.
Jin Zhaohuan: “My mother was put in jail five times.
She was released in 2003, and re-arrested in 2008.
During this five-year interval, the authorities placed us
under residential surveillance.
My mother was banned from going outside home.
We were deprived of our own legal rights.”
It is said that Chen Zhenping still refuses to give up
her belief in Falun Dafa.
Jin Zhaoyu said she is very upset when learning of
her mother’s continuing situation.
Jin Zhaoyu: “Of course, my sister and I will intensify efforts,
appealing to the community to help rescue my mother.
We’ll continue to disclose information to the media and to
ask for help from international rescue organizations.
We also call upon each country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs
to help rescue my mother."
In June 2012, YLE TV, the Finnish national public service,
broadcast the story of Jin Zhaoyu rescuing her mother.
In May 2012, Czech Amnesty International invited Jin Zhaoyu
to take part in a protest against the CCP regime,
which was staged in front of the CCP embassy in Prague.
