【新唐人2013年01月29日讯】朱瑞峰拒向警方交出淫乱视频
在网上曝光重庆官员雷政富淫乱视频的中国调查记者朱瑞峰，1月28号，带着律师主动去北京市公安局德胜门外派出所，接受了重庆警方的7个多小时的查问。
据英国广播公司（BBC）中文网报导，朱瑞峰表示，重庆警方主要查问他是如何得到这些不雅视频的，并对他说，按法律，他应该把视频交还给重庆警方，但是，这一要求被朱瑞峰坚决拒绝。
朱瑞峰说，出于记者的职业道德，他必须保护提供线索的线人，如果他交出手里的原始视频，重庆警方就能够用现代技术分析和恢复一些东西，找到向他提供视频的重庆公安局的警察。
朱瑞峰表示，自己手中掌握的东西，其实只剩几条漏网之鱼，目前还在对事实真伪作调查取证，如果有确凿证据，仍然会继续向公众揭露与曝光。
辽宁六百村民营救法轮功学员
继秦皇岛昌黎县2300人签名信、河北周官屯村300手印、河北正定县千人手印营救法轮功学员之后，最近，辽宁抚顺市新宾县又有600村民联名按手印营救法轮功学员。
据海外《明慧网》报导，抚顺市新宾县法轮功学员赵积伟，于去年4月15号，被非法抓捕并抄家，已被拘留迫害8个多月，在精神和肉体的双重折磨下，赵积伟肝炎复发，身体状况堪忧。
辽宁抚顺东洲区法院，还准备在1月29号于抚顺市看守所，对赵积伟非法开庭审理。
当地村民得知赵积伟被迫害的情况后，非常气愤，619人签名盖手印，严正要求抚顺市公安局无条件释放赵积伟。
网友闯邵阳 探朱承志家人
网名“屠夫”的大陆知名维权人士吴淦，1月28号成功到达湖南邵阳，探望了维权人士朱承志和李旺阳的家人。
《德国之声》报导，据吴淦介绍，1月27号，他与江西维权人士刘喜珍前往邵阳，准备探访朱承志的家人，不过，他们刚刚下车就被等候的警察非法控制，并被迫离开昭阳。但是，屠夫在半途下车，拔掉手机卡，潜回邵阳，并于1月27号晚上，成功探访朱承志的妻子曾秀莲。
1月28号，吴淦又到李旺阳的妹妹家中探访，在李旺玲家门口再次遭遇邵阳国保，李旺阳的妹夫也被国保追赶。吴淦透露，整个探访过程李旺玲一直在哭泣，他感到李旺玲非常恐惧和无助。邵阳当局在李旺阳莫名死亡后，一直对李旺玲进行控制，不允许她和外界接触。
去年6月，因六四事件坐牢多年的邵阳民主人士李旺阳，被离奇上吊自杀，朱承志因对外披露李旺阳“被自杀”真相而被中共警方关押至今。

Zhu Ruifeng Refused To Hand In Sex Video To Police
Zhu Ruifeng, first exposed Chongqing officical
Lei Zhengfu’s sex video online.
Then he went to Beijing with his lawyer on Jan. 28th.
He was interviewed for seven hours by Chongqing police
in Beiing Deshengmen police station.
The BBC website Chinese version reported that Zhu said,
Chongqing police asked him how he obtained the video.
Police told him that according to law, he should hand in
video to Chongqing police but Zhu refused.
Zhu said that considering the moral standard for being a
journalist, he must protect his source of information.
If he handed in the original video, Chongqing police can
restore some information by using modern technology.
They will trace and find out the policeman who provided
Zhu the video from within Chongqing police station.
Zhu said that the material he has is actually like
a few fish that escaped from a net.
Now, he is verifying the credibility of the material. Once
it is confirmed, he will continuously reveal it to the public.
600 Villagers In Liaoning Province Rescue A Falun Gong Practitioner
Following 2300 people in Changli County signing petition
letters to rescue Falun Gong practitioners in Qinhuandao,
More people did the same; from 300 finger-printed signatures
in Zhouguantun Village in Hebei,
1000 finger-printed signatures in Zhengding County in Hebei.
Recently, 600 villagers in Xinbin County Fushun City, Liaoning
Province also pressed their fingerprints on petition letters.
Overseas Minghui website reported Falun Gong practitioner
Zhao Jiwei in Fushu City was illegally arrested.
On April 15th, 2012, his home was illegally searched by police.
Zhao has been detained for 8 months.
Having suffered in physically and mentally, Zhao had recurrent
Hepatitis and his health was in a critical condition.
Fushun Court planned to hold an illegal hearing for Zhao
in Fushun Detention Centre on Jan. 29th.
When local villagers heard Zhao’s story of being persecuted,
they were very angry.
619 villagers pressed their fingers on petition letters seriously
requesting Fushun police to release Zhao without conditions.
Netizen Successfully Visited Zhu Chengzhi’s Family
On Jan. 28th, netizen Tufu, an activist Wu Gan in Mainland
China successfully visited Zhu Chengzh and Li Wangyang’s
families in Shaoyang in Hunan Province.
Deutsche Welle said that Wu Gan went to Shaoyan together
with activist Liu Xizhen from Jiangxi Province on Jan. 27th.
They planned to visit Zhu Chengzhi’s family.
As soon as they took off the car, they were illegally detained
by police who were waiting for them there.
They were forced to leave Shaoyang.
However, Tufu took off in the car halfway to home,
disconnected his mobile phone, and went back to Shaoyang.
He successfully visited Zhu’s wife Zeng Xiulian
on the evening of Jan. 27th.
On Jan. 28th, Wu Gan visited Li Wangyang’s sister,
Li Wangling at home.
At front of Li Wangling’s house,
Wu met National Security Personnel.
Li Wangyang’s brother-in-law was also chased
by National Security Personnel.
Wu said that Li Wangling was crying
the whole time during his visit.
He said he could feel Li Wangling’s fear and helplessness.
After Li Wangyang’s strange death, Shaoyang authority began
to monitor Li Wangling, not allowing her to contact anyone.
QJune, 2012, Li Wangyang who had been jailed for
participating in the Tiananmen Students Movement in 1989 was
found hanged in a hospital room under mysterious circumstances.
Zhu Chengzhi who revealed the truth of Li’s death,
has been detained by police until now.
