【新唐人2013年01月16日讯】中国大部分部地区星期三早晨被大雾阴霾垄罩，多处发布浓雾警报，严重影响道路交通，并对当地居民带来严重不便。
中国河南省早上多处垄罩着浓雾，使得能见度降低到平均五百呎。
河南省气象局发布黄色警报，是五级中的第三级。当地交通局则是在跨省高速公路上40个收费站设立了交通管制。
中国西南部贵州省也发布了黄色警报，当地能见度也因为浓雾降低到100呎不到。
在厦门至成都高速公路的贵州段，大雨和浓雾让能见度甚至降到50呎以下。
新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州里的奎屯市，以及维吾尔自治区在星期二下雪之后，星期三早上也可以看见浓雾。
温度下降到负15度，能见度则是下降到100呎以下。
根据气象专家的说法，新疆多数区域大雪将会持续下到星期四晚间，在部分地区，强风会持续带入大雪，让道路交通进一步受阻。

STORYLINE:
Heavy fog blanketed central and west China Wednesday morning, affecting road traffic and causing inconvenience for local residents.
Most parts of central China’s Henan Province were covered by dense fog in the morning, reducing visibility to an average of 500 meters.
The Henan meteorological department issued a yellow-color early warning of fog, the third in its rank. And local traffic department imposed traffic control at 40 tollgates of highways across the province.
The weather condition improved amid wind in the afternoon, and the traffic controls were all removed by 14:20.
And a yellow-color early warning of fog was also issued in Guizhou Province in southwest China, where dense fog reduced the road visibility to less than 100 meters.
In the Guizhou section of Xiamen-Chengdu Highway, rains and fog had even reduced the visibility to less than 50 meters. Local traffic police reminded through louder speakers driver to slow down on the highway.
And City Kuitun in Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, also saw heavy fog Wednesday morning after Tuesday’s snowfall.
Temperatures dropped to minus 15 degrees Celsius with visibility falling to less than 100 meters in the city.
According to meteorologists, snow will continue to fall until late Thursday in most regions of Xinjiang, with gales bringing snowdrifts that might further impede road traffic in some areas.
