【新唐人2012年12月18日讯】随着薄熙来、王立军的垮台，薄熙来主政重庆期间“打黑”运动中不为人知的黑幕逐渐被曝光。最近，大陆网络上热传一张题为“重庆打黑刑讯十招”的图片，揭露了薄熙来和王立军在重庆“打黑基地”铁山坪使用的部分酷刑。但这些残酷的刑讯手段，却还只是大陆当局司法黑幕的冰山一角。
大陆《腾讯网》发布的这张图片，用图说方式集中曝光了前重庆市委书记薄熙来、和公安局局长王立军在所谓“打黑”运动中采用的部分酷刑。而这些平时只有在电影上才能看到的酷刑，却真实的发生在2009年到2011年间的重庆“打黑基地”铁山坪。
例如“李庄案中”，指控辩护律师李庄的龚刚模，在狱中由于经常遭受一种名为“鸭儿戏水”的酷刑，导致他大小便失禁。而一名茶楼女老板则被长时间捆在所谓“老虎凳”上，上厕所、来例假都在“老虎凳”上解决，生殖器因此溃烂。
另外“苏秦背剑、金鸡独立、烤全羊、缠铜丝、打表、浇冷水、喷芥末油、咽阴毛”等折磨手段，更是阴毒变态，让人怵目惊心。
这张重庆“打黑酷刑图”发表后，很快吸引大批网友围观。人们纷纷痛斥薄熙来、王立军的丧心病狂，感叹：这是奥斯威辛集中营再现！
广州唐荆陵律师，因关注民众维权而多次遭当局抓捕迫害，他向《新唐人》表示，实际上，中国大陆发生的各种酷刑远不止这些，他本人就曾遭受被长期剥夺睡眠的酷刑折磨。
唐荆陵：“就是连续将近10天左右不让我睡觉，前面5天是一分钟都没让睡，后面也是睡得时间很短的，就是一、两个小时的样子。以前听说过这种酷刑，自己经历的时候确实相当难过，到后面手就会发抖。”
唐荆陵谈到，早在04年的时候，他就从法轮功学员口中知道了这些酷刑。但时至今天，太多的酷刑案例仍然被掩盖着。
唐荆陵：“那大量的案子没披露呢，各种各样的酷刑十分普遍，而且是不分地域、不分类别的。”
《明慧网》报导，自江泽民发动迫害法轮功以来，中共当局故意放纵公安等司法系统执法犯法，采取各种残酷手段对法轮功学员进行洗脑迫害，甚至给身心健康的法轮功学员注射、服用破坏中枢神经的药物。而中共系统性活体摘除法轮功学员器官进行贩卖，在2006年被曝光后，更被称为“这个星球上从未有过的邪恶。”
曾被非法关押在长春黑嘴子劳教所的法轮功学员马春梅，逃离中共的迫害后来到自由世界。她接受《新唐人》采访时，描述了劳教所对她的酷刑折磨。
法轮功学员马春梅：“他们对我围攻、打骂、欺骗，3天3夜不让我睡觉。把我吊起来，我头昏、迷糊、恶心，呕吐之后就昏死过去了。我醒来之后，又把我铐在死人床上3天3夜。我滴水未进。”
马春梅还揭露，在劳教所经常看到学员被电棍电得满脸焦糊、布满大泡，连走廊里都弥漫焦糊的味道。马春梅本人也经受了长时间电击，她还曾被注射一种不明药物，并被抽取大量血液。
马春梅：“打完这药之后我就不能走路了，腿肿。胃里难受，像烧糖一样难受，浑身发麻，什么都不听使唤。”
薄熙来、王立军因迫害法轮功，并涉嫌参与活体摘除法轮功学员器官、贩卖法轮功学员尸体，而被“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”立案追查中。

Chongqing’s 10 Torture Anti-Corruption Methods Exposed
After Bo Xilai’ and Wang Lijun’s downfall, torture methods
were exposed, used in Chongqing’s anti-corruption campaign.
Recently, photos of “10 torture methods”
were widely circulated online.
They reveal approaches, used in Tieshanping anti-corruption
centre, when Bo and Wang were in charge of Chongqing.
Yet these torture methods are just the tip of the iceberg
of the corrupt judicial system in China.
The photos released by Tencent website highlight some
‘anti-corruption’ torture methods, used by Bo and Wang.
Torture is usually seen in movies, but it is used here for real
in Tieshanping, a place for anti-corruption treatment in Chonqing, between 2009 and 2011.
For example, in Li Zhuang case, Gong Gangmo, who
accused lawyer Li Zhuang, has experienced torture method in jail, called “duck playing in water.”
This led to Gong becoming incontinent. Another female
prisoner was tied on a so-called “tiger bench” for a long time.
She wasn’t allowed to use toilet, even during menstruation
she was still tied on the bench, leading to genitals’ infection.
In addition, there are “back cuff, one leg stand,
roast whole lamb, wrapped copper wire,
pouring cold water, spraying with mustard oil, etc.,”
which are all shocking and brutal.
Photos of these torture methods were publicized,
attracting many netizens.
People condemned Bo and Wang as insane.
One netizen said, ‘Auschwitz had reappeared.’
Guangzhou Lawyer Tang Jingling was arrested many times
due to human rights issues.
He told NTD that the forms of torture in China
are actually much more than those exposed on the photos.
For example, he personally had suffered
from a long-term deprivation from the right to sleep.
Tang Jingling: “I wasn’t allowed to sleep
for ten consecutive days.
For the first five days I did not even have a minute to sleep,
the rest of the days I slept a couple of hours, very short.
I heard of this kind of torture before experiencing it,
it indeed was very hard, later my hands were trembling.”
Tang Jingling said since early 2004, he had heard about
these tortures from Falun Gong practitioners.
Yet too many cases of brutal torture
are still unveiled.
Tang Jingling: “Many cases haven’t been exposed, different
tortures are widely used, regardless of region and category.”
Minghui website reported that since Jiang Zemin
began to persecute Falun Gong,
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) deliberately
indulged in the judicial system.
They implemented various torture means towards
Falun Gong practitioners, including cruel brainwashing.
Even injecting or forcibly feeding drugs to Falun Gong
Practitioners, to damage their central nervous system.
The CCP systematically harvests organs from live
Falun Gong practitioners, to sell them.
Since the events were exposed, it was described as
“a form of evil, unseen on this planet.”
Falun Gong practitioner Ma Chunmei was held
in Changchun Heizuizi labor camp.
Ma escaped the persecution and came to a Freeland.
She told NTD about her experience of being brutally tortured.
Ma Chunmei: “A group of them beat me,
abused me and tried to deceive me.
Three days and nights they didn’t allow me to sleep.
I was hung up, and felt dizzy, confused, nauseous,
and started vomiting, after which I lost consciousness.
When I woke up, they locked me in bed for three days
and nights. I didn’t have even a drop of water to drink.”
Ma also said that she often saw Falun Gong practitioners’
with burned by electric batons faces, covered with blisters.
The smell from the burns filled the hall. Ma also suffered
this torture, plus she was injected with unknown drugs, and had large amount of blood taken for tests.
Ma: “They locked the door from the outside, when they
gave me the injection – I was inside, they were outside.
I couldn’t hear clearly what they were talking about.
I heard them only saying, why it didn’t work on her?
They meant I was very strong and resisted the drugs.
They were observing me.”
Ma said that when the drip nearly run out, she felt her organs
getting hot, and the entire body becoming numb.
She could hardly control herself, her legs started to swell,
she couldn’t walk.
Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun are suspected in involvement
of organ harvesting of live Falun Gong practitioners, and selling their organs and bodies.
Bo and Wang are investigated by the World Organization
to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG.)
