12月13号，一架中国海监飞机进入日中两国都提出主权要求的钓鱼岛空域，日本战机紧急升空拦截。
日本官房长官藤村修通报说，当地时间上午11点，中国飞机进入尖阁群岛（钓鱼岛）空域，日本航空自卫队紧急出动八架F—15战机拦截。
日本防卫省表示，这是自从1958年日本军队开始监控领空以来，中方飞机首次在相关空域出现。
12月13号是“南京大屠杀”纪念日，与中国飞机进入钓鱼岛上空的几乎同一时刻，中国南京开始了“纪念南京大屠杀75周年”的活动。
据“英国广播公司”《BBC》中文网报导，时事评论员黄忠清认为，中国飞机选择南京大屠杀纪念日进入钓鱼岛领空，显示中共的战略思路在“十八大”之后有一个大的转变。他说，习近平的一系列讲话都表达出，中国再也不能像以前一样对与周边国家的领土争议采取“搁置争议，共同开发”的立场。中国发展到现在到达了一个转折点，所以整个战略出现了变化。
不过，黄忠清也表示，目前爆发战争的可能性还不大，中共还没有“不惜一战”的准备。
上海同济大学网页惊现反共标语
12月12号深夜，上海“同济大学外国留学生在线申请系统”网页上，赫然出现反共标语，据《反共黑客网》显示，这是“反共黑客” 的又一次网络攻击。
中共十八大后，“反共黑客”频繁攻克中共网站。分别在被攻破的网站上挂出“消灭共匪！还我河山！”、 “庆祝《九评共产党》发表八周年！暴政必亡！共匪必灭！”等标语。
“反共黑客”是一个自称“匿名者”的国际黑客组织，今年4月，它攻击了中共几个地方政府的网站，使这些网站的首页面目全非，还用中英文号召“起义”，反抗专制，号召中国人民“为自由而战”，并警告中共政府，说：“今天你的网站被骇（黑），明天你的邪恶政权就会垮台。”
据统计，到目前为止，大陆网站上出现反共标语已有70多次，被攻破的网站包括中共政法委，党校，环保局，司法局，老干部局，国土局等各级中共政府网站。
数千人欲旁听拆迁案 法官惧开庭
据《自由亚洲电台》报导，江苏省南通市拆迁户钱琴，起诉市政府违法强拆一案，原定12月11号在如皋法院开庭，由于数千当地拆迁受害人和维权人士涌向法院要求旁听，结果，法官竟突然宣布中止庭审，不敢开庭。
报导引述钱琴的话说，起初法官批准30人旁听，但旁听席上早已坐满27人，都是市和镇政府的人员，只剩下3个空位给前来旁听的老百姓。众多民众在法院外一度鼓噪，抗议法院故意阻挠老百姓旁听。

Japanese fighter jets intercepted Chinese airplane over island.
On Dec. 13th, a Chinese maritime surveillance aircraft
entered airspace over Diaoyu island, a controversial district between China and Japan.
Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Fujimura informed that
at 11:00, a Chinese aircraft flew into the airspace of Senkaku Islands (Diaoyu).
Japan Air Self-Defense Force urgently dispatched eight F-15
fighters to intercept.
Japan’s defense ministry said that it was first time that Chinese
aircraft came out the airspace of Senkaku Islands since the Japanese army monitored the relative airspace since 1958.
December 13th is the memorial day of Nanjing Massacre
which happened during the Sino-Japanese war.
When the Chinese aircraft flew into Diaoyu airspace, it started
to carry out the memorial activities of the 75th anniversary of the Nanjing Massacre" in Nanjing city.

commentator Huang Zhongqing thought that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had its purpose.
Huang thought that Chinese aircraft flying into the airspace
showed that Chinese strategy had changed after the 18th Party Congress.
Huang said that series of Xi Jinping’s speaking showed China
would change the standpoint of “Putting aside disputes and jointly developing”.

Emerging anti-communist slogans on the website of Shanghai
Tongji University.
On December 12th anti-communist slogans on the website of
“online application system for foreign students of Tongji University”.
Fangongheike website showed that it was one
more net-attack from the hacker of anti communism.
After the 18th Party Congress, the hacker of anti communist
continually attacked the website of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Respectively, they posted the anti-communist slogans such as
“Elimination of commie!”, “Commie must be extinct!” etc.
Fangongheike is an international organization claiming
“anonymous user”.
In April this year, it attacked some local government websites
of the CCP and made the homepage of the websites unrecognizable.
It called on uprising in Chinese-English to resist the dictatorship
and called on the Chinese to fight for freedom,
It warned the government: “Today, your government websites
are broken into, and tomorrow your evil regime will collapse.”
According to statistics, it emerged more than 70 anti-
communist slogans on the websites of mainland china.

Party School, the Environmental Agency, the Justice Bureau, the veteran Bureau, Land Bureau, etc.
The judge frightened several thousand people observing case of
forced demolition.
According to the report of “Radio Free Asia”,

in Rugao court.
However, several thousand victims of forced demolition and civil

However, 27 government staff sat in the public gallery,
leaving only three seats left to the ordinary people.
Many people protested that the court was obstructing the
