【新唐人2012年12月07日讯】四川省委副书记李春城因涉嫌严重违纪，目前正接受组织调查。而，前中央办公厅主任、现任中央统战部部长令计划的夫人谷丽萍，日前也被中纪委“双规”。分析认为，中共各派系互斩爱将是在向老百姓“表忠”，以示“反腐”姿态。但这种抓典型打贪的模式，与老百姓要求法办贪官，实现社会公正的需求，相同吗﹖下面就来听听专家怎么说﹕
日前，中共当局颁发所谓“改进工作作风，密切联系群众”的八项规定，同时，也传出多位不同派系的人马相继“出事”。
据大陆媒体《财经》报导，中共中央候补委员、四川省委副书记李春城，涉嫌严重违纪，12月2号晚间被带走调查。
来自海外媒体的消息指称，李春城事件，直指中共前政法委书记周永康。消息说，1999年至2002年间，曾主政四川的周永康，是李春城的后台。
香港《苹果日报》报导，新任中宣部部长，原中共总书记胡锦涛的小舅子刘奇葆，在接掌中宣部前，是四川省委书记。李春城被调查期间，刘奇葆突然取消外访活动，离奇失踪。外界揣测，可能与李春城有关。
另外，北京又有消息指称，“中办”前主任、现任中央统战部部长令计划的夫人谷丽萍，被中纪委“双规”，但消息未能获第三方证实。
对此，时事评论员史达分析说，目前，权斗最激烈的两大派系的“爱将”纷纷被抛出，是有原因的。
时事评论员 史达：“这一次，江跟胡两派各斩对方的代表人物，其实在我看来，他们做的事情，其实是要杀鸡儆猴、给他们的同僚看，稍微克制一点，那么更主要的是，他们其实是要骗老百姓，给老百姓做个姿态，你看我们反贪了。”
时事评论员林子旭则认为，这些事没有什么大惊小怪的，这并不能说明中共新的领导班子，真的开始要反腐了。
时事评论员 林子旭：“现任的中共领导人的核心意图，还是要用反腐，来保住中共这个腐烂的体制，李春城只是被用来树立现任领导形象，以及权威的垫脚石而已。”
香港时事评论员刘锐绍向“英国广播公司(BBC)”表示﹕中国（共）当局现在“肯定不是打老虎”，选上李春城是因为既可以表现“打击腐败”，又不会造成太大的冲击。
那么，中共“反腐的底线”会到哪里呢？
史达：“大家知道，他的底线，只是做到能够对外掩盖贪腐，对内起到一定的政治作用，他们最终的底线，是不至于让中共翻船为止，那么，大家可以看得到，其实中共的敌人是人民，人民一旦知道了，或者彻底厌恶中共这个贪腐政权的时候，他们就完了。现在中共就是想在这一点上，欺骗老百姓。”
外界普遍认为，新官上任“三把火”，习近平上任的第一把火，烧向了腐败。
史达：“俗话说‘野火烧不尽、春风吹又生’。现在中共贪腐、枉法的事情，已经遍布几乎所有的官员。所以，中共现在的做法是，抓几个典型打一打，这个与老百姓要求的法办大批中共贪官的需求，来实现社会公正，是完全不同的﹔所以 ，我可以断言，不用多久，中共打击贪腐的‘决心’，一定会被大家看穿了。”
中共当局最近大动作的打贪反腐，在刘锐绍看来，只是习近平的“百日计划”–希望在短时间内树立威信。
而史达表示，既然中共要打贪，老百姓也会“将计就计”，一起帮着从各方面去打，致使揭露出来的贪官越来越多，到那个时候，中共开始“刹车”，习近平会“投鼠忌器”，不敢打到中共统治的根上。那时候，中共的马脚就会露出来。所以，史达说，“大家等着看，好戏还在后头。”

Wanting to Show the Determination of Anti-Corruption to Save the Regime, Each CCP Faction Dismissed Its Favorite Officials

Gu Liping, the wife of Ling Jihua, who is current Minister
of the CCP United Front Work Department and former
Director of the CCP Central Office, was detained
and interrogated by the CCP Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Analysts commented that each CCP faction dismissed
its favorite official to show “loyalty” to people,
and display its new gung-ho anti-corruption attitude.

to bring corrupt officials to justice and demand social justice in society?

The CCP authority published an eight new regulations
a few days ago,
the purpose allegedly being for Improving the working style,
and establishing close ties with the masses.
At the same time, many officials from different CCP factions
have had “accidents”.
According to the Chinese media Finance reports, Li Chuncheng,
an alternate member of the CCP Central Committee and CCP
deputy secretary of Sichuan province, was taken away
for investigation on the evening of December 2
due to his serious disciplinary offenses.
News from overseas media alleged that Li Chuncheng’s
case is aiming on Zhou Yongkang, the former CCP secretary of the Politics and Law Committee.
It also said that Zhou Yongkang, who ruled Sichuan between
1999 to 2002, supports Li Chuncheng behind the scenes.
The Hong Kong’s Apple Daily reported that Liu Qibao,
the new Propaganda Minister and the brother-in-law
of former CCP General Secretary Hu Jintao, was secretary
of Sichuan before becoming Propaganda Minister.
When Li Chuncheng was investigated, Liu Qibao cancelled
all his visits and disappeared from the public eye.
The outside world suspects that it related
to Li Chuncheng’s case.
In addition, there’s more news from Beijing said that
Gu Liping, the wife of Ling Jihua, who is current Minister
of the CCP United Front Work Department and former
Director of CCP Central Office, was detained and interrogated
by the CCP Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
However, this information hasn’t been verified by a third party.
In this regard, the political commentator Shi Da said that
there’s reason behind the dismissal of the favorite officials from the CCP’s two most intensely struggling factions.
Shi Da: ”This time, the Jiang and Hu factions decapitated a
representative from each.
In my eyes, it’s to warn others.
It’s a show that warns others to be slightly restrained.
And the more important thing is showing to public that
they are anti-corrupt.”
Political commentator Lin Zixu thinks people shouldn’t
be surprised because this doesn’t show that the new CCP leadership is really start to combat corruption.
Lin Zixu: “The core purpose of the current CCP leadership
is using anti-corruption to save the putrid CCP system.
Li Chuncheng is used to establishing the image of new
leaders, and the authoritativeness of new leaders.”
Hong Kong political commentator, Liu Ruishao,
told BBC that it’s sure the CCP “didn’t beat the tigers.”
The reason why it chose to dismiss Li Chuncheng is it shows
it’s for “anti-corruption”, yet it won’t have a big impact.
Well, what’s at the bottom of the CCP’s anti-corruption
initiative?
Shi Da: “As all of us know, CCP’s bottom line is hiding
corruption externally, and play a political game internally.
The final bottom line is protecting the CCP regime.
Then, from this perspective it can be seen the real enemy
of the CCP is Chinese people.
If people know what it is, or people totally loathe
this corrupted regime, the CCP is finished.
Now, the CCP knows this, and is trying its best to deceive
the people.”
There’s a saying in China that, “a new leader must fire
three times.”
The outside world widely believes that Xi Jinping’s first fire
is the so called anti corruption initiative.
Shi Da: “There’s saying ‘wild fire can’t burn grass completely,
it will grow when the spring wind blows.’
Now almost all the officials of the CCP are corrupt.
So, CCP’s solution is making some examples to deal with.
But this is totally different from what the people need,
bringing a big bunch of corrupted officials to justice in society.
So, I can say that after a while, CCP’s ‘determination’
of anti-corruption will be showed out in public.”
Recently, the CCP took large actions against corruption,
but Liu Ruishao thinks it’s just a “hundred-day plan” of
Xi Jinping, who wishes to build his credibility in a short time.
Shi Da thinks since the CCP says to feign anti-corruption,
people helping their plan by reveal corruption by all means.
More and more corrupted officials will be exposed.
Then CCP will try to stop this anti-corruption movement,
eventually Xi Jinping dare not to hurt the party a bit.
By then, the real face of the CCP will appear.
Shi Da said “Let’s wait and see. The dramatic things will happen in the future.”
