【新唐人2012年11月30日讯】最新一期《争鸣》杂志刊登文章说，前重庆市委书记薄熙来在“十八大”前，就已经交代，曾向江泽民家人及四大江系要员行贿。周永康、曾庆红、李岚清、曾培炎等，都曾收受薄熙来巨额贿款。
《争鸣》说，原国务院副总理李岚清，自从听说薄熙来向中纪委特别小组，交待了向他行贿的问题后，就日夜坐卧不安，最后不得不向江泽民打电话求救。随后，出现了江泽民10月9号，接见“上海海洋大学”校长的新闻，在事隔11天后突然刊出，意在表明江泽民还活着，影响力仍在。
文章引述中共办公厅一位中级官员私下透露的消息指称，“海大”之所以配合做场面，很大原因是因为所谓“香港某反动杂志”，报导“薄交代了贿赂江泽民家庭成员以及李岚清等人”。
文章分析，目前薄熙来案件的刑事判决，已经成为江泽民最大心病。
据了解，薄案最快也要在明年三月全国人大十二届一次会议召开之前，才可能有初步的判决结果。那么，在这四个月的时间里，究竟有多少线索，会涉及到江系人马，谁也说不清，而江泽民不但要安排好舍车保帅，确保李岚清等人不出问题，还要保住自己的家庭成员不卷进薄案，对江泽民目前的现状来说，可谓是高难度动作。
美国“乔治梅森大学”教授、时事评论家章天亮认为，一直以来，“倒薄派”和“保薄派”的明争暗斗就没有停止过，这一事件的曝光，很可能是“倒薄派”，要震慑一下江泽民。
时事评论家 章天亮：“现在，中共倒薄和挺薄双方，都在利用腐败问题做文章，倒薄派代表人物是温家宝，所以不断的有关于温家宝腐败的丑闻出来，作为一种反制的话，关于江泽民派系的丑闻，可能也会不断的往外揭。”
不过，时事评论员林子旭认为，薄熙来案件，存在一个很大的贪腐关系网。
林子旭：“大家现在都已经看得非常清楚了，薄熙来只是保守派整体行为的一个代表而已，这些人形成团体无非就是想要两样东西：一个就是金钱，一个就是权力。中共从来也没有单纯的为了反腐，而去反过腐败，所谓的反腐败，更多的都是源于中共内部权斗的需要，或者是中共想要借助一些，已经兜不住的案子去平息民愤罢了。”
章天亮还分析说，“保薄派”还幻想着薄熙来，将来有东山再起的可能。章天亮认为，只要不把中共这个制度解体掉，光处理一个薄熙来，是解决不了问题的。
章天亮：“整个江泽民他们的派系，跟中共的命运是捆绑在一起的。就是说，倒薄已经不再成为一个指标了，到底是不是要‘保中共’，（从）这个切割的程度，可以看出来，处理薄熙来的方向上 ，是不是还要继续保共产党。”
独立评论员韩武，怀疑薄熙来一案，揭出的行贿线索已经指向江泽民家人，和江系四大要员这个消息的可靠性，他觉得以薄熙来目前的处境，他不会傻到这一步。
独立评论员 韩武：“如果薄熙来能这样交代，我觉得对中国社会是个好事，而且对中国共产党的贪污腐败，会起到一定打压的作用，但是我想，他作为一个政治人物，他不会这样做，他这样做的话，把他最后的一张底牌，或者说保命的底牌，后者他将来想平反再起的底牌，就完全没有了。”
林子旭告诫，作为中国百姓，不能对中共或是对中共内部的某些人抱有幻想，也不要觉得中共内部权斗激烈了，中共就会自己垮台。林子旭认为，中国真正的希望，在民众手里，中共自己是绝对不会主动退出历史舞台的。

Hong Kong Media Exposes Bo Xilai’s Confession,
Four Members of Jiang Zemin’s Faction Involved
The latest issue of Hong Kong “Chengming” magazine
reported that before the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) 18th congress,
the former CCP Chongqing secretary Bo Xilai
said in his confession that he had bribed Jiang Zemin,
Jiang’s family as well as four major members of
Jiang’s faction.
Zhou Yongkang, Zeng Qinghong, Li Lanqing and Zeng Peiyan
had received a huge amount of bribes from Bo Xilai.
“Chengming” reported that the former Vice Prime Minister
Li Lanqing was restless day and night
after he had heard that Bo Xilai had confessed
he had bribed him.
Finally, he had to call Jiang Zemin for help.
Since then, there has been further news released
on October 9th, that Jiang met with the president of Shanghai Ocean University(SOU) 11 days ago.
The news is intended to show that Jiang is still alive,
and still has influence.
The article quoted a mid-level official of CCP
General Office who said in private that
the main reason why SOU supported doing the show
is the so-called “Hong Kong reactionary magazine”
which reported that “Bo confessed he bribed
Jiang Zemin’s family, Li Lanqing and others.”
The article analyzed that the current biggest anxiety for
Jiang Zemin is the coming criminal judgment on Bo Xilai.
Based on the information we received, Bo’s case will not
have a preliminary result before the first meeting of
the 12th session of National People’s Congress (NPC).
Then, nobody knows how many clues will be related to
Jiang’s faction in the coming four months.
Jiang Zemin is trying not only to protect the senior
members of his faction like Li Lanqing,
Jiang also wants to protect his family and make sure
that will not be impacted by Bo’s case.
But this will be highly difficult for Jiang to accomplish
due to his status as a former head of state.
Zhang Tianliang is a professor from U.S. George Mason
University, and a political commentator.
He thinks that the struggle between the “Anti Bo Gang“
and the“Pro-Bo gang” has never stopped.
The news that was released by Chengming may be
an action of the “Anti-Bo gang” to deter Jiang Zemin.
Zhang Tianliang: “Now, CCP’s Anti-Bo Bang and
Pro-Bo Gang are using bribery as weapon.
The representative of the Anti-Bo Gang is Wen Jiabao
which is why there are constant corruption scandals surrounding Wen.
At the same time scandals surrounding Jiang’s faction
are being exposed continually.”
However, another political commentator Lin Zixu thought
there’s a huge web of corruption in Bo’s case.
Lin Zixu: “Now everybody sees clearly that Bo Xilai is
only a representative of the whole conservation faction.
The conservation group is only seeking two things:
one is money, and the other is power.
The CCP has never taken any action
that is purely anti-corruption.
Most of the so-called anti-corruption drives are
driven by the CCP’s internal power struggle,
either the CCP wants to make use of it,
wants to appease the people’s grievances.”
Zhang Tianliang also analyzed the “Pro-Bo gang” still fancies
that Bo has chance to come back to officialdom in future.
Zhang Tianliang thought if China wants to solve the issue,
It will not be enough to just move Bo away without
disintegrating the CCP completely.
Zhang Tianliang: “The whole Jiang faction tied
its fate together with the CCP.
Which means the collapse of Bo is no longer an indicator,
the key is whether or not to maintain the CCP’.
From a degree of separation from Bo’s case,
from the direction of dealing with Bo,
we can see clearly that the key is
whether to maintain the CCP or not.”
Independent commentator Han Wu suspected
the reliability of the news that
Bo confessed he had bribed Jiang Zemin’s
family and four major members of Jiang’s faction.
He thought that in the current situation,
Bo would not be so foolish as to take this action.
Han Wu: “If Bo Xilai confessed like that, I think it’s good for
China. It will give certain pressure on CCP’s corruption.
But I also think, as a political figure, Bo wouldn’t do it.
If he really did, he has played his final card, which is
a life insurance card as well as his future career’s card. Now he has nothing left.”
Lin Zixu is alarmed that Chinese should not have any illusion
about the CCP or anybody inside CCP.
Also it should not be thought that CCP will disintegrate by
itself because of the hard internal struggle.
Lin Zixu thinks the real hope for China is in the hands of
the Chinese people themselves.
The CCP will never leave the stage of history
voluntarily or by itself.
