【新唐人2012年11月22日讯】新任中共重庆市委书记孙政才，11月20号，在重庆市领导干部大会上强调：“不动摇、不懈怠、不折腾”。这“三不”，被外界认为“暗藏玄机”，恐怕是剑指薄熙来。接下来，就跟本台记者一起去了解。
20号，中共喉舌《新华网》宣称，“中共中央”决定，张德江不再兼任重庆市委书记，改由孙政才兼任。俞正声也不再兼任上海市委书记，改由韩正兼任。
另有消息说，内蒙古自治区党委书记胡春华，将调任广东省委书记，而福建省委书记孙春兰即将出任天津市委书记。
《中新社》20号还报导，新任中共重庆市委书记孙政才，在当天召开的重庆市领导干部大会上宣称，“要加倍珍惜重庆难得的发展机遇，不动摇、不懈怠、不折腾，一届接着一届干，努力把重庆的事情办得更好。”
对此，时事评论员林子旭分析，孙政才的讲话暗藏玄机，直接否定薄熙来的所谓“重庆模式”。
时事评论员林子旭：“孙政才在昨天的接任大会上提到了三不：不动摇、不懈怠、不折腾，这句话就已经把他的心迹表述的很清楚了，不动摇，就应该是紧跟中央，不懈怠，就是要自己好好表现，大干一番，不折腾，就是否定薄熙来的唱红打黑。”
孙政才入主重庆，到底是福是祸？
林子旭：“从好的一方面讲，可以说这是中共高层对他的信任和重视，想要让他到重庆历练一下，把薄熙来留下的烂摊子整理好，从而为其在未来进入中共最高权力核心做好铺垫。但是，从另外一个角度看的话，其实到重庆任职也等于说是进了一个火坑，重庆这个地方的情况，可以说是错综复杂，他稍有不慎，就有可能跌跟头。”
香港《明报》引述消息说，孙政才的升迁，与曾任北京市委书记的贾庆林有关，也有报导说，孙获总理温家宝特别青睐，是新一届领导层中温家宝的唯一传人。
但是，时事评论员刘淇昆，并不看好孙政才掌管重庆后的未来。
时事评论员刘淇昆：“为什么对重庆的未来不看好，因为我认为，在中共专制独裁统治之下，我对中国的前途不看好，只要中共在台上，只要中共的专制独裁统治，在继续下去，那么，中国是没有前途的。中国人民根本不可能有什么幸福的生活，根本不可能自由的呼吸。”
另外，“英国广播公司（BBC）”报导，在“十八大”前，一直被看好的汪洋和李源潮落选，以及胡锦涛的裸退，是胡温为避免保守势力撕破脸，将中共高层权斗公开化和扩大化，所权衡的策略和结果，但是，这并不表示，保守势力就一直会占上风。
外界分析，中共在权力划分、政治、经济和社会等方面所面临的危机与问题，将无情的揭开这一“平稳交接”的面纱。在继续保持一党专制僵化体制的情形下，将加剧中共派系之间和官民之间的冲突，都将使中国的社会与政局变得更加动荡不稳或充满变数。
时事评论员刘淇昆表示，从中共“十八大”的政治报告中宣讲的：“绝不走改旗易帜的邪路，要坚持中国特色的社会主义道路”，不难看出，当局死抱着中共一党独裁的寡头专政不放。这令那些幻想着“十八大”会是中国历史的转折点，对中共抱有希望的人，大失所望。
时事评论员刘淇昆：“所以，人们清楚的看到十八大之后，中共在独裁道路上会继续走下去，因此中国的贪污腐败，中国的两极分化，中国老百姓的不满和反抗，当局对异议人士、对老百姓的残酷镇压，所有这一切都会继续下去的。”
刘淇昆说，中共将在人民革命的火山爆发当中，走进坟墓。

The Hidden Agenda behind New Chongqing Leader Sun Zhengcai’s “Three No’s"
Sun Zhengcai became the new Chongqing Municipal
Party Committee Secretary.
In a Chongqing leading cadres meeting on Nov. 20, Sun stressed,
“No indecisiveness, no remissness, and no messing around."
The “Three no’s" is believed to be a “hidden agenda"
targeting Bo Xilai. The following is our analysis.
On the 20th, Communist regime mouthpiece, Xinhua,
reported the Central Communist Committee decision.
Sun Zhengcai will replace Zhang Dejiang to serve
as the Secretary of Chongqing Municipal Party Committee.
Han Zheng will replace Yu Zhengsen to serve as
the Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee.
Another source said that the Inner Mongolia Autonomous
Region Party Committee Secretary Hu Chunhua will become Guangdong’s Provincial Party Committee Secretary.
Fujian Provincial Party Committee Secretary Sun Chunlan
will become Secretary of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee.
China News reported on the 20th that Sun Zhengcai, the newly
appointed Chongqing Municipal Party Committee Secretary,
declared in a cadres meeting, “Cherish the rare opportunities
to develop Chongqing.
No indecisiveness, no remissness, and no messing around.
Put in effort continuously for Chongqing and get things done better."
Political commentator Lin Zixu analyzes that behind
Sun Zhengcai’s speech lies a hidden agenda, directly negating Bo Xilai’s, “Chongqing model."
Political commentator Lin Zixu: “Sun Zhengcai mentioned
in the successor general meeting yesterday three ‘no’s’ –
no indecisiveness, no remissness, and no messing around.
He stated his mindset clearly.
No indecisiveness means to follow the Communist Central.
No remissness means to strive for good performance.
No messing around means to deny Bo Xilai’s ‘praisal
of Communism and the gangsters’ movement.’"
Is Sun Zhengcai’s leadership a blessing
or a curse to Chongqing?
Lin Zixu: “On the bright side, it speaks to the trust
and attention he received from the regime.
His experience in Chongqing, cleaning up Bo Xilai’s mess,
will pave his way to the power core of the Communist regime.
However, from another perspective, in fact,
going to Chongqing is like throwing himself into a fire pit.
The situation in Chongqing is intricate.
Any carelessness will make him fall."
Hong Kong’s Ming Pao Daily News reported Sun Zhengcai’s
promotion was related to former Beijing Municipal Committee Party Secretary Jia Qinglin.
It was also reported that Premier Wen Jiabao took a particular
liking to Sun, and Sun is the only descendant of the new leadership from the Wen Jiabao faction.
但是，时事评论员刘淇昆，并不看好孙政才掌管重庆后的未来。
However, political commentator Liu Qikun is not optimistic
about the future of Chongqing with Sun Zhengcai in charge.

“Why am I not optimistic about the future of Chongqing?
Because I don’t think there’s any future with China under
the ruling of the Communist Party.
China has absolutely no hope with the Communist Party.
There will be no happiness or freedom."
In addition, BBC commentary pointed out the unexpected
failure of both Wang Yang and Li Yuanchao after entering the Standing Committee,
and the complete retirement of Hu Jintao are
a necessary strategy and consequence of
Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao’s effort not to publicize or
expand the power struggle within the Communist regime.
However, this does not mean the conservative faction
has prevailed.
The Communist regime is facing crisis and issues
in power division, politics, economy and society.
What’s hidden underneath the “smooth transition”
is soon to reveal ruthlessness.
The one-party rigid ruling system will only intensify
the conflict between the regime and the people.
There will be more uncertainty and turmoil in China.
Political commentator Liu Qikun analyzes the report
during the 18th National Congress.
The report said, “Never detour on the evil route.
Insist on socialism with Chinese characteristics.”
Liu Qikun indicates the Communist regime will surely
hold onto the one-party authoritarian oligarchic dictatorship.
The report has disappointed those who had believed that
the 18th National Congress would be the turning point of
Chinese history and those who had hope for the Communist regime.
Political commentator Liu Qikun: “Through the 18th National
Congress, People are clear now that the Communist regime will continue its dictatorship.
The corruption and polarization, people’s dissatisfaction
and revolt, the brutal repression of authorities against dissidents as well as everyday people will continue."
Liu Qikun believes the Chinese Communist Party
is walking towards grave among the volcanic eruption of the people’s revolution.
