Hong Kong Media: Bo Paid Immense Bribes to Jiang Zemin
Hong Kong’s The Trends magazine disclosed progress of
the case of Bo Xilai, former Party chief of Chongqing.
The Trends says Bo confessed to Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping
that he paid immense bribes to Jiang Zemin, his family and his cronies.
The article says Hu and Xi will, with absolute confidence,
expose the full story at a crucial moment to ruin Jiang Zemin.
It says it will be similar to how the
Soviet Union liquidated Stalin.
The article also says Zhou Yongkang, China’s top
security official, has actually sheltered Bo Xilai after the incidents with Wang Lijun and Bo Xiali.
Wang was given a lighter sentence for his “defection",
which was a political hint directed at Zhou Yongkang.
Zhou will retire after the 18th Party Congress.
The article said, Zhou will then “be a chess piece without
actual power"in Hu-Xi’s wrestling against Jiang’s clique.
Beijing Raises Flag Half-staff for Cambodia, Chinese Outraged
On October 17, the Beijing regime’s flag was at half-staff
to mourn the death of Norodom Sihanouk, Cambodia’s ex-king.
China’s state media reports called Sihanouk “a friend forever".
The official acts provoked curses on the internet in China.
Neitizens questioned the regime’s flying the flag at half-staff
on such “a big spender and idler".
They described Sihanouk as"a freeloader in China for decades",
who “colluded with the Khmer Rouge to kill over 300,000 overseas Chinese in Cambodia".
Many people condemned the Beijing regime, saying:
“No flag was lowered to half-staff for the Wenzhou train crash;
nor was it for the school bus crash casualties,
Beijing’s heavy rainfall victims, Yunnan’s mud-rock flow victims,
traffic accidents on the ‘Golden Week’ holiday,
nor for the death of fishermen shot by Korean Marine police.
Yet the regime immediately sets the flag at half-staff for this old
Cambodian rogue who has lived off Chinese people’s wealth all these years.
This has really cast a chill over Chinese civilians."
Faced with strong public criticism, Sina’s Weibo is removing
the pictures of the half-staff flag and the posts criticizing it.
