9月28号,中共宣布给予原重庆市委书记薄熙来“开除党籍”和“开除公职”处分,对他涉嫌犯罪的问题及犯罪问题的线索,已移送司法机关处理。同时,大陆微博也解禁了薄熙来、谷开来、王立军三人的名字,短短时间内,网友评论如潮。
大陆民众从来没有如此自由的在微博上集中谈论薄熙来、王立军案。输入薄熙来三字,光新浪微博就有找到 6,589,732 条结果。而输入王立军三字,则有更多相关的讯息,找到了7,029,664 条结果,谷开来,也有1,651,676 条结果。
对薄熙来可能的起诉和判决,媒体人石扉客分析说,仔细看通稿,可知目前问题分两大类,一类是涉嫌的犯罪、一类是涉嫌的犯罪线索。值得关心的是后者,这是个极富戏剧性的谜底。
而青春作家张春江却提出这样一个问题:除了表面的罪项之外,关于活摘人体器官这宗罪,中共需要怎么解释?
敏感词“活摘”微博解禁
薄熙来被“双开”的当天,与薄案紧紧相关的敏感词“活摘”也被大陆微博解禁,外界因此猜测,中共高层或许有大举动。
记者在新浪微博上搜索“活摘”发现,《大纪元》新闻网不久前报导的“中共活摘器官联合国曝光连锁升温 多国外交官汇报”等新闻,都被解禁。
专家:薄熙来可能被判死缓或死刑
薄熙来被从重处理的消息公开后,引起各界的强烈关注。《美国之音》引述“北京大学”法学院教授贺卫方的话说,薄熙来最后面对的处罚会超出许多人的想像。
报导说,著名的刑事辩护律师莫少平也有类似的看法,他说,薄熙来牵涉的问题太多,如果一定要追究他个人的责任,那么判他死刑是有充分根据的。
英媒:日中正向军事冲突发展
英国《每日电讯报》9月28号刊登记者Malcolm Moore从北京发出的文章说,中国和日本在钓鱼岛主权争执上互不退让,显示双方关系正在向军事冲突方向发展。
文章引述“清华大学国际问题研究所”所长阎学通的话说,两国政府的互不妥协,使军事冲突的危险变得可能。
文章分析说,导致中日钓鱼岛主权之争急剧升级的原因,不仅是中国各地进行的示威抗议活动,也由于两国政府都面临:不久将进行政权转换。
日本将在明年举行大选,而中国十年一届的领导层交班即将开始,所以两国在改换最高领导层之前,都不愿有任何示弱的嫌疑。

Internet has dismissed the name of ‘Bo Xilai’
On September 28, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
announced that Bo Xilai,
the former CCP Secretary in Chongqing was expelled
from the CCP and dismissed from position.
His alleged crimes and evidences and clues have been
transferred to judicial organs.
Meanwhile, micro blog in China lift up ban on names of
Bo Xilai, Gu Kailai and Wang Lijun.
In a short time, netizens’ comments had piled up.
People in China had never posted on micro blogs
so freely to discuss about Bo and Wang’s case.
Enter Bo Xilai online, you could find over 6.5 million results;
if enter Wang Lijun, more related articles show up, about 7 million results;
even enter Gu Kailai, you will find 1.65 million results.
About possible prosecution and sentencing of Bo Xilai,
a media person Shi Kefei said, “If you read carefully through the draft,
you can see the current problems are divided into
two categories- one is alleged crime, and the other clues.
The latter is worthy of concerning,
and it’s a very dramatic mystery.”
An youthful writer, Zhang Chunjiang raised such a question,
“In addition to the superficial offenses,
how will the CCP explain Bo’s crimes on organ harvesting
from living human beings?”
Sensitive Word “Organ Harvesting Alive” Lifted
On the very day of Bo’s sanction, “living organ harvesting”,
which is closely related to Bo’s case, was also lifted on microblogs in China.
Outside speculates big actions in high-level CCP.
Reporter found “Organ Harvesting Alive” was lifted
on Sina microblogs when searching.
The Epoch Times recent reports were also lifted, including
“CCP Organ Harvesting Disclosed In The United Nation, Multinational Diplomats Reported”.
Experts: Bo May Be Executed
Bo Xilai will be sentenced seriously,
and the news caused strong attention.
The VOA quoted Peking University Law School
professor He Weifang, and said
“Punishment on Bo Xilai will beyond the imagination
of many people.”
The reports said a well-known criminal defense lawyer,
Mo Shaoping, had a similar view.
Mo said, “Bo had involved in many problems.
If to investigate for his personal responsibilities,
and then there is a sufficient basis to sentence his to death.”
British Media: Japan and China May Have Military Conflicts
British Daily Telegraph published an article of reporter
Malcolm Moore on September 28 issued from Beijing,
saying China and Japan fight on Diaoyu Islands’ sovereignty,
the two sides are moving to direction of military conflicts.
The article quoted Yan Xuetong, director of Institute of
International Studies in Tsinghua University,
saying the two governments won’t compromise,
so that military conflicts become possible.
The article analyzes that the reason leading to the dramatic
escalation of the Diaoyu Islands sovereignty dispute
is not only protests throughout China, but both are also facing
regime conversion soon.
Japan will hold a general election next year, and the leadership
transition every 10 years in China is about to start.
So before the change of top leadership, neither wants to
show any sign of weaknesses.
