【新唐人2012年9月18日讯】据报导,成都中级法院发言人证实,重庆市原副市长、公安局原局长王立军,于18日在成都中院受审。据了解,王立军所涉的四宗罪,可能分两部分审理:徇私枉法和受贿罪,公开审理﹔叛逃、滥用职权两罪因涉及“国家机密”,不公开审理。最终,数罪并罚可能判处王立军“死缓”。
在此之前,中共喉舌媒体引述成都市检察院的起诉书,声称被告人王立军,身为重庆市副市长、公安局长,明知中共重庆前市委书记薄熙来妻子谷开来,有杀害英国商人尼尔•伍德的重大嫌疑,却违背职责、徇私枉法,以使谷开来不受刑事追究,构成徇私枉法罪。
今年2月初,王立军被薄熙来解除市公安局长职务后,进入美国驻成都领馆,并在那里滞留24小时。事件引爆中国政坛变化,牵出薄熙来案及谷开来杀人案。但由于案件的敏感程度,中国媒体极少予以报导。
谷开来因故意杀人罪被判“死缓”。杀人案是在8月9日于安徽合肥法院开庭,并在当天审结,8月20日判刑,前后10个工作天。香港媒体报导,当局对王立军案件的处理,可能延续谷开来杀人案的处理模式,在庭审时,维持有限度的透明。
而美国《华尔街日报》17日报导了“王立军案背后的情报战”,指称王立军在滞留美国驻成都领馆期间,向美国外交官描述了谷开来杀人的证据。
大陆资深媒体人高瑜分析王立军案,她认为,王立军四宗罪都牵扯到薄熙来,对王立军的审理,将开启中共当局对江系血债集团的清算。
“九一八”酝反日顶点
18日也是历史上的“九一八事变”81周年,这一天,大陆酝酿的反日情绪恐怕到达沸腾的顶点。据了解,日本外交人员早已收到九一八当天可能发生更多抗议的警告。
上海当地消息说,上海将展开更大规模的游行。不只是上海,大陆许多城市也都酝酿着在18号展开扩大反日示威游行。
Wang Lijun’s Trial Begins in Chengdu
Sources said that Chengdu intermediate court spokesperson
confirmed the case of former Chongqing police chief,
Wang Lijun will be heard on Sept.18th.
It said that Wang’s trial for four charges has two parts:
A public hearing for bending the law for his own ends
and accepting bribes.
Defection and abuse of power will be a private trial as
it involves state secrets.
Sources said that Wang might finally get a
suspended death sentence.
Prior to this, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
mouthpiece media cited Chengdu procuratorate indictment.
It claimed that Wang knew former Chongqing party secretary
Bo Xilai’s wife, Gu Kailai was suspected of killing British businessman Neil Heywood.
However, Wang bent the law for his personal gain
helping Gu get away with murder.
Wang committed the crime of bending the law for his ends.
In early February this year, Wang Lijun fled to Chengdu US
consulate after being removed from police chief by Bo Xilai.
Wang stayed inside US consulate for over 24 hours
This incident triggered China’s political changes, leading to
the Bo Xilai affair and Gu Kailai murder case being exposed.
However, due to the sensitive nature of the cases, the CCP
media hardly reported anything.
Gu Kailai’s premeditated murder received a suspended
death sentence.
Gu’s trial was held in Hefei, Anhui province on August 9th,
the trial ended on the same day.
She was sentenced on August 20th. Her trial took 10 days
from beginning to end.
Hong Kong media reported that Wang’s trial procedure may
use the same method as dealing with Gu Kailai, to maintain a limited public view during the hearing.
On Sept.17th, the Wall Street Journal reported: “As Scandal
Shook China, Quiet Spy Game Unraveled”.
The report said that Wang showed the US diplomat Gu Kailai’s
murder evidence.
Gao Yu, a senior media person in mainland China said that
Wang’s four charges were connected to Bo Xilai.
Wang’s hearing will begin the trial towards the
Jiang-faction’s blood-debt.
China Anti-Japanese Protests Rise Up
Sept.18th is the date of the 81 years anniversary of the
Manchurian Incident.
In mainland China, anti-Japanese events rose up to the extreme.
Sources said that Japanese diplomats had received warning
that more events could take place on Sept.18th.
News from Shanghai said that there would be a mass
protest starting locally.
Not only just in Shanghai, many cities plan to hold large
protests against Japanese on Sept.18th .
Japanese Netizen: China and Japan Are Good Friends
Sino-Japan’s dispute on Diaoyu Islands (Senkaku Islands)
reaches the limit before a war starts.
A Japanese netizen, AV Sola Aoi’s posted on microblog
attracted 150,000 followers.
She posted calligraphy: “China and Japan are good friends.”
Prior to this, she revealed that she attempted to travel to
China, hoping the fans can give her advice.
Most Chinese netizens suggested she go to Diaoyu Islands.
Sources said that she has 13 million fans in Sino microblog.
Some netizens said: Diaoyu Islands belong to China,
but she belongs to the world.
