重庆巿前公安局局长王立军被提起公诉后,当地巿民认为,王立军还涉及包括强奸、暴力镇压访民等罪行,但当局却没有对此提出告诉。
《自由亚洲电台》报导,被劳教的重庆网民方洪表示,成都检察院对王立军的指控有“漏罪”。
方洪透露,王立军到重庆出任公安局长后,成立了女子交巡警平台,当中有13名研究生女警,王立军强奸了8名。方洪说,他认识一名受害者的父亲,可以证实。
另外,曾执业律师的李庄,也在网上揭露过王立军强奸女警,并生下小孩,这名东北女警事后还控告王立军强奸。
而重庆下岗工人梁先生则指控,王立军用“黑社会手段”对付上访的下岗工人。
路透社:习近平指薄熙来不是盟友
英国《路透社》9月7号独家报导,习近平会见了胡耀邦的儿子胡德平,两人谈了关于政改以及如何处理薄熙来的敏感话题。
有消息人士向《路透社》透露,习近平在过去的六个星期当中,会见了著名的改革派代表人物——胡德平。
消息人士说,习近平认为“中国累积的问题前所未见”,他还说:“我们必须想办法进步和改变,同时保持稳定。”
报导认为,习近平在做出姿态,表现他自己不但愿意接受经济改革的意见,也愿意倾听政治改革派的建议。
另外,习近平在与胡德平的会谈中澄清了他与薄熙来的关系。习近平说,他不是薄熙来的盟友,薄熙来案件会在党纪和国家法律下严格办理。
四名藏僧因向境外提供资讯被捕
总部设在法国巴黎的“无国界记者”组织,7号发表新闻稿表示,中共政府抓捕了四名藏人喇嘛,理由是他们向境外提供信息和图片。
“无国界记者”说,被抓捕的是青海玉树“雪歌寺”的喇嘛,事件发生在9月1号,拍摄抓人场面的另一名僧侣也被同时逮捕。目前,警方严密监控“雪歌寺”,已经停止了电话通讯和供电。
“无国界记者”谴责中共打压藏人僧侣的行为,呼吁中共当局尊重人权,停止对西藏进行新闻封锁。
重庆江水变红 冤案太多?
由于薄王事件,重庆成为全世界瞩目的焦点。现在重庆又出现一个诡异的现象。
7号上午,重庆“朝天门”长江段江水呈现赤红色的一组照片,引发网路的议论。在前一天晚上,重庆南岸区等地出现了大范围停水,部分网友和重庆市民怀疑江水受到污染。不过,重庆市环保局表示,没有发现违规排污行为,江水中也没有监测出有毒物质。
不管环保局如何解释,如血的江水,让网友震撼!

Wang Raped 8 Policewomen
The prosecution of Wang Lijun, the former director of the
Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau has concluded.
Wang was also involved in other crimes involving local citizens
but was not charged by the authorities for them.
These crimes include rape and violent suppression
of petitioners.
Radio Free Asia reported that Fang Hong, a netizen in Chongqing
who has been sentenced to a forced labor camp, pointed out
that in the allegations of Chengdu’s Procuratorate
against Wang Lijun, some crimes were not brought to light.
Fang Hong said after Wang Lijun became the director of
the Public Security Bureau in Chongqing, he established the Women’s Patrol platform.
Out of 13 policewomen graduates, 8 were raped by Wang.
Fang Hung said that he knows the father of one of the victims,
and he can confirm it.
Li Zhuang, a former lawyer, has also revealed online that
Wang Lijun raped policewomen.
One gave birth to a child, and afterwards a policewoman
from the Northeast sued Wang.
A laid-off worker, Mr. Liang in Chongqing, accused Wang Lijun
of dealing with petitioning laid-off workers using underhanded methods.
Reuters: Xi Is Not an Ally of Bo
A Reuters exclusive report on September 7 mentioned that
Xi Jinping met with Hu Deping, Hu Yaobang’s son
to discuss sensitive issues regarding political reform
as well as how to handle Bo Xilai.
An informant revealed to Reuters that Xi Jinping had met
with Hu Deping, a well-known reformist representative, in the last six weeks.
The informant said Xi Jinping believes,
“China’s accumulated problems are unprecedented."
Xi also said, “We must think of ways to progress and
change while maintaining stability."
Reports remarked Xi Jinping is making a gesture to show he
is not only willing to accept the views on economic reforms,
but also willing to listen to recommendations of
political reformists.
In addition, Xi Jinping clarified his relationship with
Bo Xilai in his talks with Hu Deping.
Xi Jinping stated that he is not Bo’s ally and Bo’s case will
be handled under strict party discipline and national laws.
Four Tibetan Lamas Arrested
The Reporters Without Borders organization, headquartered
in Paris, France, held a press release on September 7,
in which they revealed that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
government arrested four Tibetans lamas using the excuse
that the lamas provided information and pictures
to overseas medias.
Reporters Without Borders said the four lamas from Xuege
Temple in Yushu, Qinghai Province were arrested.
The incident happened on September 1, and another lama
who attempted to capture arrest scenes was also arrested.
At present, authorities are closely monitoring Xuege Temple,
and have shut off telephone communications and power supply to the Temple.
Reporters Without Borders condemns the suppressive
behavior of the CCP towards the Tibetans monks,
and calls on the Chinese authorities to respect human rights
as well as stop the news blackout in Tibet.
Chongqing River Turns Red
Due to the Wang Lijun and Bo Xilai cases, Chongqing has
become the focus of the world’s attention.
Recently, Chongqing experienced another strange
phenomenon.
On the morning of September 7, the Yangtze River
near Chaotian Gate in Chongqing turned up red in photos,
which has triggered another round of online discussions.
The previous night, the water supply in the South Bank area
of Chongqing was cut off on a large scale, and some netizens
as well as Chongqing citizens suspected that the river
was polluted.
However, the Chongqing Environmental Protection Agency
claimed they did not find any toxic substances in the river in breach of sewage code.
Regardless of the explanation given by the Environmental
Protection Agency, the river was as red as blood, which shocked netizens.
A netizen questioned if something beneath the ground
had been turned out.
Others said the extreme amount of injustice in Chongqing,
has caused the river to turn red.
