Shandong Suicide Bomber Bombed Government Criminals in an Attempt to Alarm the CCP
Qu Huaqiang is a disabled petitioner from Rongcheng city,
Shandong province.
Because his petition hadn’t been handled over
a long period of time,
he detonated a homemade explosive that was strapped
to his body in the yard of the local town government office.
He died and 6 officials suffered injuries.
This is the second explosion within one week in which local
people attempted to bomb Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials.
Scholars have pointed out that CCP officials are now criminals
that people want to kill.
After 8:00am on September 3, Qu Huaqiang, a 49 year-old
petitioner, went to the yard of Tengjia Town government by wheelchair.
After the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) Vice Secretary
of Tengjia Town and the director of the police station came out to the yard, he detonated a homemade explosive.
He died immediately and 6 officials withstood injuries.
Why did Qu Huaqiang choose to end his life this way?
Qu Huaqiang published 17 articles on his blog
between June 2007 and February 2008.
In the articles entitled “Helpless in the Disability
Agreement” and “Was Forced to Sign Disability Agreement”,
he discussed why he started the petition,
and that he wants to use a bomb to ask for justice.
On August 27, an internal retired female worker
from Water Company of Shaoyang City,
Hunan Province set ablaze a gasoline bottle,
which killed three of her bosses.
Then she committed suicide.
These two explosions happened within the same week.
Suicide Bombers come one after another in China.
It’s very sad but also shows that now in China,
people are suppressed and live in a tough situation.
Yang Junheng, the editor of World Chinese Weekly,
wrote in his blog that from suicide to suicide attack, the next action (Chinese petitioners will take) is attack.
The authority should clear that the Chinese officials
are criminals in people’s eyes.
People will not happy until the officials are dead.
Ma Xiaoming, the former editor of Shaanxi TV has
followed the petitioners for a long time.
He said that most of the petitioners’ issues are directly
related to the corruption of the CCP officials.
Some are due to the fact that public security departments
broke the law in seizing people’s assets.
In addition, the officials who handle petitions treat
petitioners in a very bad manner,
including challenging, provoking, teasing
and even putting them into jail.
That’s the reason why petitioners label officials criminals.
Ma Xiaoming: “This an alarm to CCP regime,
to CCP’s dictatorship.
People keep on sending clear, strong signals to the regime.
The mode that people use to protect their rights
is upgraded step by step.
From few individuals to large group of people, methods
used in warning the CCP that citizens have used range
from sending letters and telling their stories
to blocking the street, blocking governments,
turning over police cars, defacing government
buildings up until now, the killing the police and corrupt officials.
They use their life to die together with those corrupted officials.
They also use other modes to express their appeals.”
Hu Jun is the founder of Rights Movement.
He said in current China, the officials and people
are extremely antagonistic.
Now the CCP is still eager for power, and suppressing
the people which has created a big conflict in the society.
Hu Jun: “The antagonistic level between people
and government is very intense, very tragic.
CCP hasn’t thought about it, but they tightened
protection for its 18th National Congress.
Using this congress to suppress people,
CCP is breaking its whole system.
CCP will be disintegrating itself due to its evil actions."
Hu Jun pointed out that the only solution is for
CCP officials to return power to the people and take the road of democratic constitutionalism.
This is the only way to save themselves as well as release
the people from a life of suffering.
According to the information, almost 5,000 petitioners were
arrested when going to the National Petition Center on September 3,
and more than 2,000 petitioners were blocked by police
from entering the Petition Center.
It’s reported that many petitioners have arrived
in the suburbs of Beijing.
They are waiting there for the 18th National Congress,
when they plan to enter Beijing City.
Among them are many veteran petitioners
like Qu Huaqiang.
