【新唐人2012年8月6日讯】《维基解密》公布的一份出自美国驻上海领事馆的电报显示，中共内部充满各种政治暴力和暗杀。前中纪委书记吴官正的长子被谋杀，现任中共总书记胡锦涛的儿子也曾经遭遇暗杀。下面请看本台记者的采访报导。
这份美国驻上海领事馆2007年10月5号发往美国华府的机密电报，取名为：南京学者对中国政治暴力的看法，引用了南京大学谷教授的消息。
据谷教授在北京市公安局工作的一位亲戚透露，2007年1月，前中纪委书记吴官正的长子在青岛出差时被谋杀。他在酒店顶层房间死亡3天后才被发现，现场没有留下嫌犯的任何证据。
青岛市公安局官员告诉谷教授的亲戚，杀手来自北京。这位亲戚告诉谷教授，这起谋杀案涉及到对上海市委书记陈良宇和一位北京市领导人的腐败调查。他推测，与腐败案有关的官员谋杀了吴官正儿子，以此来威胁吴官正。
据说，吴官正因此受到巨大打击，他曾经在一次高层会议上说，他的儿子是为他而死。
对此，时政评论员蓝述向《新唐人》分析指出，中共官场上的这种残杀反映出，中共已经完全“黑社会化”。
时政评论员蓝述：“中共今天就是一个完完全全的黑帮组织。这个黑帮组织没有任何的道德底线，官员在官场上互相之间权力斗争已经全面的黑社会化。”
蓝述谈到，中共官员为争夺利益，完全不顾忌任何法律、道德和社会因素。
蓝述：“造成这种情况的最主要原因是：中共自己几十年以来党凌驾于法律之上，这么一种形式所造成的。中共作为一个政治集团，它从来没有任何的道德底线。”
美国领事馆的电报还指出，2006年胡锦涛的儿子也成为暗杀目标，但没有成功。而据《大纪元》中文网报导，胡锦涛本人就曾3次遭到前中共党魁江泽民派人暗杀。
2006年胡锦涛到黄海视察，他乘坐的导弹驱逐舰突然遭到两艘军舰开火袭击，5名士兵被打死。胡锦涛直飞云南，一周后才返回北京。被拘捕的舰艇官员供认，命令是江泽民下达的，海军司令员张定发具体实施。
江泽民在任期间，发动了对法轮功学员的迫害，但即使是胡锦涛等中共高官，也不愿介入这场无理迫害。江泽民担心被清算，大肆扶植卖命迫害的血债派人马。前一段时间曝光的薄熙来和中央政法委书记周永康的夺权密谋，就是其中的关键一环。
《维基解密》资料显示，暗杀和其他形式的政治暴力在地方政府更是常见。福建省的一个县级公安局局长认为副手想要替代他，于是出价30万元杀了他的副手。山东济南市人大主任段义和雇人将情妇炸死，事件牵涉到当时的青岛市委书记杜世成和一名山东省副省长。
蓝述：“上行下效，下面大大小小的官员，也就是个人利益高于一切。中共官员的道德原则，和中共自己作为一个执政党的道德原则，是完完全全保持一致的。在这一条上，中共的官员绝对和党中央保持一致。”
1998年，前国家主席杨尚昆因感冒住进北京301 医院，不久后去世。外界普遍怀疑，杨尚昆之死和江泽民派人动手脚有关。从此以后，中共许多元老对于进入301医院心有余悸。

Wikileaks: Chinese Communist Party Officialdom Filled with Political Assassinations
WikiLeaks has released a cable sent
by the U.S. Consulate in Shanghai.
It has disclosed the prevalence of political violence
and assassinations within the officialdom of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The elder son of Wu Guanzheng, former party secretary
of the Disciplinary Inspection Commission, was murdered.
The son of CCP President Hu Jintao was once
the target of an attempted assassination.
On October 5, 2007, the confidential cable
was sent from the U.S. Consulate in Shanghai.
It was titled “A Nanjing Academic’s
View on Political Violence in China.”
The cable cited professor Gu, of Nanjing University.
Gu’s relatives worked at Beijing Public Security Bureau.
Gu revealed that the elder son of Wu Guanzheng
was murdered in January 2007. The son was on a business trip to Qingdao.
His body was found in his hotel room
three days after his death.
No criminal evidence was left
at the scene, said the cable.
Qingdao Public Security Bureau officers told Gu’s
relatives that the assassins came from Beijing.
The murder was said to involve investigations into corruption
of Shanghai Party Secretary Chen Liangyu.
It also involved “unnamed top-level Beijing municipal leaders.”
The assassination was presumed to have
been conducted by the officials under investigation.
It was seen as a threat to Wu Guanzheng.
Wu was “devastated by his son’s murder.”
Wu was said to have said in a top-level
CCP meeting that his son died for him.
Critic Lan Shu says that the officialdom murder has proved
that the party has completely turned into gangsterdom.
Lan Shu: “The CCP has been
a Mafia gang in the full sense.
It does not have any moral bottom line.
The power struggle among officials shows the party
has totally evolved into a gangdom group."
Lan Shu remarks that CCP officials contend for personal
interest, rising above the law, morality and social factors.
Lan Shu: “Over the past few decades, the main reason
behind this fact is the CCP’s supremacy over the law.
Being a political group, the CCP has
never maintained any moral bottom line.”
The cable mentioned that Hu Jintao’s son was
also “a target of an assassination attempt in 2006”.
The Epoch Times Chinese language website reported
that Hu Jintao escaped two assassination attempts conducted by former CCP head Jiang Zemin.
In 2006, while Hu Jintao was on board a guided-missile
destroyer inspecting naval fleets on the Yellow Sea,
two fleets simultaneously fired at the destroyer,
killing five soldiers.
Unharmed, Hu Jintao, flew directly to Yunnan Province
and did not return to Beijing until a week later.
The arrested officers confessed that the command
had been issued by Jiang Zemin, and executed by Naval Commander Zhang Dingfa.
Jiang Zemin launched the persecution against
Falun Gong in 1999, during his tenure.
Hu Jintao and other CCP senior officials were
unwillingly embroiled in the persecution.
Fearing being punished for his crimes in the future,
Jiang thus wantonly fostered the blood-debt faction
to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.
The exposed plot between Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang
for seizure of power was a critical part of Jiang’s scheme.
The U.S. cable disclosed that “the assassination
and other forms of political violence are more common at local levels”.
In Fujian, a county-level Public Security Bureau
director believed his deputy coveted his position.
The director thus offered 300,000 Yuan
(USD 40,000) to have his underling murdered.
In Shandong, Duan Yihe, Head of Jinan Municipal
People’s Congress hired assassins to kill his mistress.
The incumbent Qingdao Party Secretary Du Shicheng
and a Shandong Vice Governor were implicated in the case.
Lan Shu: “If a leader sets an example,
his subordinates will follow suit.
Naturally, CCP local-level officials place
the pursuit of personal interests above all.
The moral principle of CCP officials are entirely
consistent with that of the CCP being a ruling party.
On this aspect, CCP officials are absolutely
in line with the CCP Central Committee."
In 1998, former CCP leader Yang Shangkun
was admitted to Beijing 301 Hospital.
He had caught a cold, but died shortly after being admitted.
It was widely suspected that Yang’s
death was linked to Jiang Zemin.
