【新唐人2012年7月25日讯】6月底美国“艾奥瓦州”州长受中共副主席习近平的邀请，到河北正定县西平乐镇大寨村参观，中共当局以“维稳”为名，大肆骚扰迫害当地法轮功学员，703位正定村民，联名按手印致信美国州长，呼唤关注中共的人权迫害。
6月1号，河北正定县4辆警车30多名警察，闯入法轮功修炼者李兰奎家中，进行非法抄家，在绑架李兰奎时，闻讯赶来的村民纷纷拦阻和谴责恶警的非法行径，最后警察落荒而逃。
但7号早上，警察偷偷把李兰奎强行绑架，家属四处打听，警方才辗转给了家属拘留单。14号，警方又说要改判李兰奎1年零3个月劳教，家属不签字，李兰奎被送到了石家庄市洗脑班非法关押迫害。
7月初，703位正定县乡亲递交了一份联名信，请求到访的美国州长聆听被掩盖的中国民众的心声，关注李兰奎事件，并希望借助美国的正义力量，使他们得到自由安全的保障。
“权利运动”组织负责人胡军指出，中共可以不需要任何法律程序抓捕、屠杀自己的民众。它维稳的原因是害怕被追查责任。
“权利运动”负责人胡军：“法轮功讲真相，你讲真相不是造成中共要承担责任吗？它要承担责任，宝座坐不成了，它继续残害他人的权力被剥夺了，它不愿意，所以它要继续杀人啊，继续把人关到监狱里啊，继续把人被精神病啊。”
李兰奎1999年5月开始修炼法轮功，刚修炼两个多月，江泽民和中共开始了对法轮功的打压，李兰奎也遭受了中共无休止的迫害。
大陆河北人士李蒙：“在08年底的时候，有人在正定县那一段，就在铁路上，放了石头，然后那个火车上坐的国家领导人还有外宾呢，那个列车差一点出事，当时，（当局）动用了几十辆警车还有很多警察破案，都没找到线索，然后它们就说是法轮功干的，然后又把李兰奎给绑架，然后直到警察找到作案的人，才把他们释放了。”
大陆河北人士李蒙指出，李兰奎以前因身体不好，卧床两年不能干活，修炼法轮功神奇恢复，当地好多人都走入了法轮功修炼，因此警察就不断的对他家进行打压迫害。
李蒙：“李兰奎在他们那一带挺有名的，他以前是瘫痪在床，后来他妻子还有癫痫（症），然后他们说修炼法功，没多久他们全部病都好了，最近听说他常常被警察抓，但是我相信炼法轮功的人都是好人，经常有人出来帮他说话，听说他最近他又被抓了。很多人又在签名保他。”
“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”负责人汪志远指出，这场长达13年之久对信仰“真善忍”的修炼者的迫害，大陆民众已经清醒的认识到了，中共多年经营的恐怖局面正在解体。
目前已有几十名参与迫害法轮功的中共高官，被国外视为“人权恶棍”，国际上正以“群体灭绝罪”和“酷刑罪”等起诉他们。
胡军指出，他们不仅在国外被起诉，在中国同样逃脱不了法律严惩，中共倒台日，就是对他们的清算日。

Seven Hundred and Three Fingerprints Call for Governors Attention
At the end of June, the U.S. Governor of Iowa was invited
to visit Dazhai Village, in Zhengding County, Hebei Province.
The invitation came from the People’s Republic
of China Vice President Xi Jinping.
The Chinese authorities again harassed local Falun Gong
practitioners in the name of stability maintenance.
Seven hundred and three Zhengding villagers
fingerprinted a joint letter to the U.S. Governor.
The letter asked for his attention on the
Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) human rights abuses.
On June 1, over 30 policemen from Zhengding, traveling
in four police vehicles, broke into Falun Gong practitioner
Li Lankui’s home, and ransacked it.
As they were kidnapping Li Lankui, fellow villagers
were alerted and came to block the police.
They condemned the illegal acts of the police,
and finally the police fled away.
On the morning of June 7, the police
secretly abducted Li Lankui.
His family requested information,
and the police produced the detention form.
On June 14, the police said to change
the sentence of Li Lankui to one year
and three months in a forced labor camp.
His family members refused to sign.
Li Lankui was sent to a brainwashing center
in Shijiazhuang to be persecuted.
In early July, 703 Zhengding County residents submitted
a joint letter, requesting the visiting U.S. governor to listen
to the voice of the suppressed Chinese people.
The letter asked the governor
to pay attention to the Li Lankui event.
They hoped that with the power of justice of the U.S.,
they can get protection for their freedom and safety.
Hu Jun, Director of the Rights Movement organization
pointed out that the CCP do not need any legal proceedings
to arrest and kill Chinese citizens.
The explanation of ‘maintaining stability’
is because they fear their actions will be traced.
Hu Jun: “Falun Gong practitioners are telling the truth.
If so, shouldn’t the CCP be responsible for it?
It (CCP) has to be responsible, it cannot rule the country
any more, and it should not have the right to harm others.
So it is reluctant (to let the truth spread), it will continue to kill
and to detain people in prison or mental hospitals.”
Li Lankui began to practice Falun Gong in May 1999.
After just two months practicing, Jiang Zemin
and the CCP launched the suppression of Falun Gong.
Li Lankui has been subjected
to endless persecution by the CCP.
Li Meng, citizen in Hebei Province, China:
“At the end of 2008, someone put
a stone on the railway in Zhengding.
The train, carrying foreign visitors, almost crashed.
(The authorities) then utilized dozens of police cars
to try to solve the case, but did not find any evidence.
Then they said Falun Gong practitioners
did it, and abducted Li Lankui.
When the police found the person who committed
the crime, Li was then released."
Li Meng said that Li Lankui used to be in poor health.
He couldn’t work, and had to stay in bed.
Due to his miraculous recovery by practicing Falun Gong,
a lot of people locally started to practice too.
Because of this, the police continually suppressed his family.
Li Meng: “Li Lankui is quite famous locally.
He used to be paralyzed, and his wife had epilepsy.
They said that shortly after practicing Falun Gong,
all of their illnesses were gone.
Recently I heard he was often arrested by the police.
But I believe Falun Gong practitioners are good people,
and I often came out to speak for him.
I heard he was arrested again recently, and many
people tried to help him by signing a joint letter."
Wang Zhiyuan, Director of the World Organization
to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong commented.
The 13- year persecution of Falun Gong practitioners,
who believe in “Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance"
has been clearly realized by Chinese people,
and many years of CCP terror is disintegrating.
Dozens of CCP officials persecuting Falun Gong
are regarded as human rights abusers, and have been sued
internationally for Genocide, and crimes against humanity.
Hu Jun pointed out that they were not
only sued in foreign countries.
They also cannot escape punishment by law in China.
When the CCP collapses, it will disintegrate.
