【新唐人2012年7月19日讯】目前由香港中学生发起的撤回“国民教育科”浪潮，已经推广至社会人士，他们计划在29号举行反对洗脑的万人大游行，争取在开学前，撤回国民教育科。不过大陆少先队式的洗脑教育，早在几年前已经悄悄播种名校，“国民小先锋”以黄领巾为标志进驻香港小学，声称是加强爱国主义，被大陆媒体形容为“中共领导”下的少年儿童组织。类似这样的中共“红色教育”洗脑，港人似乎已经难以容忍了。
深圳市政府信息网一则消息写着：“香港‘国民小先锋’是中国共产党领导下的一个少年儿童组织，标志是佩戴黄色领巾，旨在加强爱国主义教育，类似于大陆学校的少先队组织”。
香港《苹果日报》报导，“国民小先锋”成立于2007年，曾经多次到大陆跟少先队交流，在“荃湾道教联合会圆玄学院”石围角任教的余绮华说，“国民小先锋”旨在令小孩对国家有感情和责任感，把爱国讯息薪火相传。
余绮华所在的学校网站表示，名校荃湾官立小学、荃湾潮州公学都成立了小先锋﹔油塘香港道教联合会圆玄学院陈吕重德纪念学校也已加入。
香港时事评论员程翔指出，这是一个很荒谬的洗脑工程，这是从03年50万香港市民反对23条立法抗议以来，中共对香港政策大改变下的一系列行动之一。
香港时事评论员程翔 ：“这种作法呢，我觉得会对香港的民心，下一代的孩子会造成不利的影响，他们会认同一党专政这种不合理的政治制度，那么我觉得把爱国跟爱党混淆起来，我觉得是非常危险的事情。”
教育界立法会议员张文光斥责“国民小先锋”推行“红色愚民教育”，呼吁家长要求校方全面退出。
香港作家张成觉认为，目前由工联会和民建联扶植的“国民小先锋”在香港虽然还没成气候，但也不可小觑。
香港作家张成觉 ：“民建联和工联会它们都有钱，都是有北京在后面撑着，所以它们会得寸进尺，变本加厉的， 对这样的活动啊，这样的组织啊，也应该给予揭露，指出它后面的潜在危险，引起公众的注意。”
另一方面，香港的小学将于九月试行推广德育及国民教育学科，被民众质疑是向学生洗脑，灌输不正确的爱国观，引发民间强烈反弹。
学生家长组成了“国民教育家长关注组”，近2,300名成员17号发起了“爸爸妈妈齐来喝停国民教育”的公开声明，要求叫停国民教育科，重新公开咨询。
“关注组”谴责教育局浪费公款，资助国民教育服务中心出版洗脑教材，呼吁全港学校放弃使用。
另外，网上也疯传一份家长写给学校的“请假纸”，文中向老师要求，于德育及国民教育科及相关活动时间，让子女前往图书馆自修。
目前，教师、家长、大专生、学者等，29号将举行“全民行动反对洗脑729万人大游行”，争取在开学前撤回国民教育科。
张成觉：“我觉得这样的游行很有必要，但是一次是不够的，还要持续的进行，而且也不一定就采取游行的方式，还可以采取别的，包括在报刊上，传媒上，其他的传媒上经常的对这个话题抓住不放，一定要持续，那么才能够使有关当局会有所收敛。”
香港教育专业人员协会代表，17号到申诉专员公署，投诉教育局资助洗脑教材。而“国民教育家长关注组”则开始发起网上筹款活动，用登报的方式迫使教育局撤回洗脑科。

Yellow Scarf Invades Hong Kong, Anti-brainwashing on the way
Now, the wave of withdrawing the ‘National Education’
initiated by the Hong Kong secondary school students, has extended to the people in society.
They plan to hold a thousands – people march on July 29 and
try to fight for withdrawal of ‘National Education’.
However, the mainland Young Pioneers’style of brainwashing
education has been spreading in schools since several years ago.
The ‘National Pioneer’stationed in Hong Kong primary schools
and claimed to strengthen patriotism marked by a yellow scarf,
which is described as a juvenile under
the leadership of the CCP by media.
It seems the Hong Kong people won’t tolerate such kinds of
CCP ‘Red education’brainwashing.
One message from Shenzhen Municipal Government
information website reads,
‘Hong Kong’National Pioneer’is a children organization
under the leadership of the CCP.
The mark is to wear a yellow scarf, which is designed to
strengthen the patriotism in education, similar to mainland schools’Young Pioneers’organizations.
Hong Kong’s Apple Daily reported,
National Pioneer was founded in 2007 and
had made many trips to the mainland to exchange with
the mainland Young Pioneers.
Yu Qihua, who teaches in Quan Wan Taoist Association,
Yuan Xuan Institute:
National Pioneer, aims at making children to have feelings
and sense of responsibility of the country and to pass the torch of patriotism.
The website of Yu Qihua’s school shows that, the Quan Wan
Government Primary School and Quan Wan Chaozhou Public School have both set up the ‘National Pioneer’.
Hong Kong You Tang Taoist Association, Yuan Xuan Institute
and Chen Lu Memorial School have also joined.
Hong Kong commentator Cheng Xiang pointed out that,
this is an absurd brainwashing project,
which is one of a series of actions from the CCP since 2003,
500 thousand Hong Kong people fought against the Article 23 legislation.
Cheng Xiang:"This practice, I feel, will bring negative effects
to the people of Hong Kong and their children of the next generation.
They will agree with such an irrational political
system which is a one-party dictatorship.
I think it is very dangerous to mix patriotism and the party."
Zhang Wenguang, member of the Legislative Council of the
Educational sector, denounced the ‘National Pioneer’
implement the’Red stupefying education’, and urged parents
to ask the schools to withdraw completely.
Hong Kong writer Zhang Chengjue believes, now the
‘National Pioneer’which are fostered by the
Federation of Trade Unions and the Democratic Alliance
for Betterment have not amounted to anything, but should not be overlooked.
Zhang Chengjue: “DAB and FTU are rich, and are supported
by Beijing in the back. Thus they will push for more.
Such activities and organizations should be informed
about the potential dangers to draw the public’s attention."
On the other hand, Hong Kong’s primary schools will be
piloting the promotion of moral and national education disciplines in September.
People question that it is brainwashing, and indoctrination
of an incorrect patriotic view, which will lead to a strong civil rebellion.
Parents of students formed a ‘National Education Parents’
Concern Group’, nearly 2,300 members launched a public statement on July 17,
“Mom and Dad together Stop National Education"
to halt the National Education, and re-open public consultation.
‘Concern Group’condemned the Department of Education for
wasting public funds to finance the National Education Service
Center to publish brainwashing materials, and called on all
schools to abandon the use of such materials.
Besides, parents to school’Leave Letter’ becomes popular on
the internet, in which the parents asked the teachers to let
the children go to the library for self-study during the moral
and National Education related activities.
Currently, teachers, parents, college students
and scholars will hold an
‘All move to fight against brainwashing 7.29 million
people’s march"
to strive for the withdrawal of the National Education
before the semester begins.
Zhang Chengjue:"I think that this procession is necessary,
but once is not enough,
it should be continuous and it is not necessary
to take the way of holding parades.
Other ways could be applied including holding the topic
in the press and media, thus the authorities will be silenced."
Hong Kong Professional Teachers’ Union representative
went to the Office of the Ombudsman,
complained against the Department of Education funded
brainwashing materials on July 17.
‘Parents’ Concern Group’ launched the online fund-raising
activities to use the newspaper’s way to force the Department of Education to withdraw the brainwashing division.
