【新唐人2012年7月3日讯】惧声援法轮功 赣州钟鼎邦乡亲受限
台湾新竹高科技公司经理、法轮功学员钟鼎邦,6月18号被中共公安以“协助调查法轮功”为由非法绑架后,两个星期来音讯全无,家属心急如焚。而在钟鼎邦大陆的家乡江西赣州,又传出中共官员强迫当地干部职工,签不参与声援法轮功保证书的消息,引起外界关注。
据《明慧网》报导,近几天,江西赣州的中共官员,在当地进行以家庭为单位,逼迫每个干部职工签保证书的迫害活动,要求干部职工及家人“不听、不信、不传法轮功信息,不参与声援法轮功”,并发给人手一张污蔑法轮功的传单,传单上没有落款的单位。
《明慧网》分析说,很显然,这是迫害法轮功的中共血债派周永康等人,因害怕钟鼎邦在大江西家乡得到联名声援,害怕出现如同黑龙江伊春市、辽宁朝阳地区,以及河北省泊头市富镇周官屯村的按手印声援事件,而采取的行动。
另外,钟鼎邦被非法绑架后,她的女儿钟爱在脸书上发起营救活动,已获得8千人的支持声援,美国众议员罗拉巴克(Dana Rohrabacher)和罗伊斯(Edward Royce)都表示关注,并呼吁国际间关注钟鼎邦在大陆的安危。
《苹果日报》拟告警方 为记者讨公道
中共国家主席胡锦涛访问香港期间,香港《苹果日报》记者向他提出六四问题后,遭到香港警方拘留。目前,《苹果日报》正在考虑通过司法途径控告香港警方,希望通过法律途径,解决这次事件所触及的香港新闻自由受到侵犯,以及警察执法期间违规等相关问题,为被拘的记者讨回公道。
据《美国之音》报导,在现场高声向胡锦涛提问的记者韩耀庭表示,《苹果日报》正在酝酿通过正式的法律途径,寻求这次事件的司法公正。他说,7月3 号他们将正式和律师会面,谈谈法律控告的有关细节,然后再做决定。韩耀庭透露,《苹果日报》老总在事件发生之后就跟律师谈过,觉得可以通过法律途径控告香港政府、控告警务处。
6月30号,胡锦涛在参观九龙邮轮码头时,《苹果日报》记者韩耀庭(Hong Yiu-Ting)在现场记者区内高声向他提问,说:“胡主席,香港人民要求平反六四,你听到了吗? ”。现场香港警察随即将他带走,拘留十几分钟。这次事件引发香港媒体以及记者组织对香港新闻自由状况的严重关注。

Fearing people’s support for Falun Gong, Zhong’s folks in
Ganzhou are restricted by the Chinese Communist party (CCP).
Zhong Dingbang, manager of a high-tech company in Taiwan
and a Falun Gong practitioner was kidnapped by CCP police on June 18th .
The reason given was that he is assisting in the investigation
of Falun Gong.
For the past two weeks, there has been no information about

In Zhong Dingbang’s hometown of Ganzhou in Jiangxi
Province,
apparently CCP officials are forcing local cadres and
workers to sign the guarantee of not supporting Falun Gong.
It draws the attention of the outside world.
According to “Minghui Net" in recent days,
the CCP officials in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Porvince,
carried out activities of persecution, forcing each family
of the cadres and workers to sign a guarantee.
This requires the family of cadres and workers not to listen to,
not to believe in, not to pass on information about and not to support Falun Gong.
CCP officials distributed a flyer slandering Falun Gong to
each person, with no issued department noted in the flyers.

“Apple Daily" intends to bring charges against police to seek
justice for reporters.
During the time of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) president
Hu Jintao’s visit in Hong Kong, a reporter for Hong Kong’s
Apple Daily asked the question of June 4th Incident, and was
subsequently detained by the Hong Kong Police.
Currently, the Apple Daily is considering suing the Hong Kong
Police through legal channels to resolve issues from this incident.
For instance, the freedom of the press in Hong Kong has been
violated,
the police violated some freedoms during their enforcing
of the law. Apple Daily wants to seek justice for their reporter.
The Voice of America reported that Hong Yiu-Ting,
who asked the question loudly to President Hu Jintao,
said that, “Apple Daily" is planning to seek justice
through formal legal channels.
He said that on July 3rd, they will meet a lawyer and discuss
the details of legal charges to be brought, then make a decision.
Hong Yiu-Ting revealed that the boss of “Apple Daily" talked
with lawyers after the incident happened.
His boss thought they could bring charges against Hong Kong
government and the Police Force.
On June 30th, when Hu Jintao visited Kowloon cruise terminal,
“Apple Daily" reporter Hong Yiu-Ting said his question loudly:
“President Hu, have you heard that Hong Kong people require
the vindication of June 4th Incident?”
The Hong Kong Police immediately took him away and detained
him for over ten minutes.
This incident caused serious concerns from Hong Kong media
and reporter organizations about the press freedom in Hong Kong.
