【新唐人2012年6月2日讯】“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”发表了《关于中共军队、武警医院系统涉嫌参与活体摘取法轮功学员器官的调查报告》。报告说，时任中央军委主席的江泽民对法轮功学员“名誉上搞臭，经济上搞垮，肉体上消灭”的灭绝政策是真实存在的，江利用国家机器，包括军队和武警，全面系统的对法轮功实施了“群体灭绝”。
5月29号，“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”发表《关于中共军队、武警医院系统涉嫌参与活体摘取法轮功学员器官的调查报告》，报告中掌握的证据，证实了中共军警医院参与谋杀法轮功学员，构成了“群体灭绝性犯罪”。
“追查国际”发言人汪志远向《新唐人》表示，现在“追查国际”掌握的资料，有据可查的，有23个省市自治区的军队或当地的医院，参与了活摘器官。
发言人汪志远：“可以说范围基本上覆盖了全国。在军队来讲，7大军区、4个总部所辖宰的主要医院、大医院参与了这次活摘器官。还有一些部队下面的医院，也就是一些比较小的医院也参与了。”
汪志远指出，中国的军队不是属于国家的，是属于中共直接操控的。他说，实施集权管理制度的军队，使得迫害更方便、更加隐蔽。
亲眼看到军医活摘女法轮功学员器官的锦州警察，在举报的录音中说，对法轮功学员的器官摘除根本不打麻药。
目击军医活摘法轮功学员器官的持枪站岗警察：“这个时候军医犹豫了一下，看了我一眼，又看了我们的领导一眼，领导点了一下头。他还继续了，先摘的是心脏、再摘肾。当心脏的血管剪了一下，她又进行了一下抽搐，就非常可怕的。我给你学一下声音啊，反正我也学不好，撕裂的嚎叫，啊。。。就这样张着大嘴。睁着两只眼睛，张着大嘴。唉。我不想再讲下去了！”
汪志远表示，中共活摘人体器官的罪恶极其严重，这与希特勒二战对犹太人的大屠杀，和日本731部队对中国人的迫害罪恶相类似。
汪志远：“这个是人类历史上从来没有过的邪恶、残酷迫害，这是群体灭绝罪、这是直接毁坏人类的道德良知，这是地球上每一个正直善良的人都应该报告、都应该揭露的。我们‘追查国际’就是追查一切迫害法轮功的罪恶以及相关组织和个人。我们的宗旨就是无论天涯海角、无论时日长短，我们将追查到底。”
“法轮功人权律师团”发言人朱婉琪在采访中表示，不仅军队参与了活摘法轮功学员器官，这还是中共政府有目地的行为。
朱婉琪：“其实从王立军开始，包括公安、政法委系统，例如像王立军本身、薄熙来和周永康，我们都有相当的实证，他们参与了活摘法轮功学员器官这样的罪行。换句话讲，中共国家的机器灭绝法轮功的手段，可以说是从二战以后最严重、最残暴、最邪恶的一个罪行。从国际司法上来看，是完全触犯了刑事法上面的‘反人类罪’、还有‘酷刑罪’的规定。”
中共的这种行为已被世界广泛认知。
联合国的酷刑专门委员诺瓦克教授，几年前就向中共政府要求解释关于“活摘法轮功学员器官”的指控，但中共政府并没有回应。最近美国国务院政府报告当中也提到“活摘器官”的事情。
朱婉琪指出，今年中共迫害法轮功的“血债派”逐渐落马后，在国际上推动了“北京大审判” 的国际司法行动， 也就是对犯有严重罪恶的罪犯，将要在北京进行大审判，这类似于对二战战犯的“纽伦堡大审判”。朱婉琪希望各国政府一起要求中共停止这种罪恶，并尽快推动“北京大审判”。

WOIPFG: Organ Harvesting in Military and Police Hospitals.
The “World Organization to Investigation the Persecution
of Falun Gong” (WOIPFG) has recently published a survey.
It is “A Survey Report on the Chinese military, the Armed
Police Hospital suspected of involvement in harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners”.
The report said that the extermination policy towards
Falun Gong practitioners really exists.
Namely, “to stain their reputation, to ruin them financially,
and to eliminate them physically,” orders given by former
CCP Central Military Commission Chairman Jiang Zemin.
Jiang made use of the state machinery, including the military
and armed police to carry out a comprehensive and systematic “Genocide” of Falun Gong.
On May 29, WOIPFG published “A Survey Report
on the Chinese military, the Armed Police Hospital
suspected of involvement in harvesting organs
from living Falun Gong practitioners”.
The evidence in the report confirms that the CCP’s military
and police hospitals are involved in the murder of Falun Gong practitioners, which belong to Genocide crimes.
WOIPFG spokesman Wang Zhiyuan spoke with NTD.
Wang said at present, the materials that WOIPFG hold,
which are traceable, show that military hospitals or local
hospitals in 23 provinces and autonomous regions are involved in organ harvesting.
WOIPFG spokesman Wang Zhiyuan: “You could say that
the range is basically covering the whole country.
In terms of the army, major hospitals of 7 Military Districts,
and 4 Headquarters are involved in organ harvesting.
In addition, some subordinate hospitals, namely, some
relatively small hospitals, are also involved in it."
Wang Zhiyuan pointed out that China’s military does not
belong to the country, but is directly controlled by the CCP.
He said the implementation of the centralized management
system of the army makes the persecution more convenient. It allows it to be more undercover.
A Jinzhou policeman personally saw military doctors
committing organ harvesting from a female Falun Gong practitioner.
He said in a recording of his report that doctors conducted
organ removal from Falun Gong practitioners without anesthetic.

“At that moment, that doctor, that military surgeon hesitated.
Then he looked at me, then at our (policemen’s) superior.
Then our superior nodded, and he continued to do the veins…
(Her) heart was carved out first, next were the kidneys.
When her cardiac veins were cut by the scissors,
she started twitching. It was extremely horrible.
I can imitate her voice for you,
although I couldn’t imitate it well.
It sounded like something was being ripped apart,
and then she continued “ah”.
Since then she always had her mouth wide open,
with both her eyes opened wide. Ah… I don’t want to continue saying it.”
Wang Zhiyuan said that the sin that the CCP commits
human organs harvesting is extremely serious.
This is similar to the sins of Hitler’s Holocaust towards
the Jews in World War II and Japanese 731 troops’ persecution of Chinese people.
Wang Zhiyuan: “This evil and cruel persecution had never
happened before in human history.
This is Genocide, and direct destruction
of the moral conscience of mankind.
This is what each virtuous person
on Earth should report and uncover.
Our WOIPFG is to trace all the evil of the persecution
of Falun Gong, as well as organizations and individuals.
Our aim is to trace in the end, regardless of wherever
the place is, whenever the time is."
Zhu Wanqi, spokeswoman of “Falun Gong human rights
lawyers" commented in an interview.
Not only are the armies involved in organ harvesting
from Falun Gong practitioners, but it is being carried out purposefully by the CCP government.
Zhu Wanqi: “In fact, starting from the Wang Lijun event,
including the police, Politics and Law Committee.
Such as Wang Lijun himself, Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang,
we have considerable evidence that they are involved in such
crimes as organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.
In other words, the extermination means put upon
Falun Gong by the CCP using all the state machinery,
can be said to be one of the most serious, cruelest
and the most evil of crimes.
From the point of view of international justice, it completely
violates the criminal law of “crimes against humanity," and the provisions of “torture crimes.”
Globally, this behavior by the CCP is widely recognized.
Manfred Nowak , former UN Special Rapporteur on Torture,
asked the CCP to explain accusations of “organ harvesting
from Falun Gong practitioners” a few years ago. The CCP did not respond.
Recently, the U.S. government report of the State Council
also referred to the issue of “organ harvesting”.
Zhu Wanqi points out what will happen this year.
After the members of the CCP’s blood debt faction have
been dismissed from their positions,
the international judicial action of “the Beijing Great Trial”
will take place.
Namely, judgment on the offenders who have
committed serious sins will be conducted in Beijing.
This is similar to the “Judgment at Nuremberg"
for World War II crimes against humanity.
Zhu Wanqi hopes that the governments of all countries
together call on the CCP to stop this kind of evil.
To promote “the Beijing Great Trial” as soon as possible.
