美国《外交政策》杂志网站5月30号发表长篇报导,讲述中共太子党权钱交易的内幕。文章披露,曾庆红的儿子曾伟曾利用权力,化公为私,一次性侵吞90亿美元的国有资产。
文章说,2007年,《财经》杂志披露,净资产达到94.7亿美元的国营电力公司“鲁能”,92%的股份,已经以4.78亿美元的价钱,被秘密转移给了两家不知名的私营公司。而当中共领导人知道卷入此事的太子党身份之后,便给杂志社和编辑施加压力,逼迫他们追回一篇已经到达报摊的后续报导。
《财经》杂志援引一份文件暗示,新业主可能从这笔交易中获得90亿美元的暴利。
《外交政策》说,已经得知涉入“鲁能案”最敏感的个人是曾庆红的儿子,37岁的曾伟。而且,时至今日,交易者双方没有人受到惩处。
文章还说,曾庆红儿子的财政交易丑闻,不仅仅限于“鲁能电力公司”,经过数年的权力交易,他几乎取得了中国经济各个领域盈利丰厚的合同,从煤矿到股市到百货商场,积累了大量的金钱。 2008年,曾伟在悉尼豪掷3200万美元购得豪宅,成为中共太子党中炫耀财富的最恶劣的确凿例子。
2.《陈希同亲述》作者遭警告
最近引起舆论关注的《陈希同亲述–众口铄金难铄真》一书,让中共官方在“六四23周年纪念日”前夕更加紧张,不仅施压作者要求暂缓发行,而且书中主人翁陈希同也同样受到官方压力。
据《德国之声》中文网报导,5月31号,《陈希同亲述》的作者姚监复,被他所在的大陆国务院“农村政策研究室”党委书记约谈和警告。
不过,出版这本书的香港《新世纪出版社》负责人鲍朴表示,这本书已经在香港各书店铺开,不可能收回。同时,中共当局也没有理由对“一国两制”下的香港书籍进行干涉,对于香港来说,出版和言论自由也是她珍贵价值所在。

3.海南村民抓警察做交换筹码
海南省最近几天不断有抗议行动。5月26号,上千人抗议在岭头村建火电厂,与武警发生大面积冲突后,连续几天抗议一直不断,几十位村民被抓捕,而在警民冲突混乱中,村民也控制了一名警察,要求交换被抓捕的村民。
28号深夜,中共当局将部分被抓村民释放,村民也释放了作为交换筹码的警察。随后,当局开始大举报复村民,29号深夜,数千武警对岭头村进行全面封锁。据村民说,在村外的武警人数估计有近六千人,他们守在岭头村外,通往邻近多条村的出入口,也被武警设岗封锁。
“中国国电集团”准备在海南省乐东县兴建大型燃煤发电项目,因为污染问题,遭到当地民众大规模抗议,并发生多次警民冲突,发电厂选址从开始的莺歌海镇到佛罗镇、黄流镇,再到现在的岭头村,每到一地都遭到村民的激烈反对。

U.S.media: Zeng Qinghong’s son one-time embezzled public funds of $9 billion
U.S. Foreign Policy magazine, published a lengthy report
about the insider trading power for money by CCP princelings on May 30.
The article revealed that Zeng Wei, the son of Zeng Qinghong,
used his power to transformed public funds into his own
and made a one-time embezzlement of $9 billion
in state-owned assets.
The article said that in 2007, Finance magazine disclosed that
net assets of $9.47 billion of state-owned power company,
“Luneng", its 92 percent stake, about $ 478 million, were
secretly transferred to the two unknown private companies.
Knowing the identity of the princeling involved in the matter,
CCP leaders exerted pressure on the magazine editors
and forced them to withdraw the follow-up reports that had
been sent to newsstands.
Caijing magazine quoted a paper implies that the new owners
may gain $9 billion from the deal.
“Foreign Policy", has been informed that “the most sensitive
individual” involved in the Luneng case is the son of Zeng Qinghong, 37-year-old Zeng Wei.
Moreover, no one was punished for the trade.
The article added that the financial trading scandal of Zeng
Qinghong’s son is not limited to Nuneng Power Company.
After several years of power trading, he made in various
fields of Chinese economy’s lucrative contracts,
from coal mining to the stock market to department stores,
and had accumulated a lot of money.
In 2008, Zengwei threw $32 million into buying a mansion
in Sydney, and it became the worst conclusive example
of an ostentatious display of the Chinese Communist
princelings.
The author of “Chen Xitong’s narrative in person” has been warned
The book “Chen Xitong’s narrative in person” has recently
attracted public attention.
It makes the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) more nervous
at the eve of 23rd anniversary of June 4th incident.
CCP not only put pressure on the author and requested that he
postpone publishing of the book, but also put pressure on Chen Xitong, the protagonist of the book.
According to “Deutsche Welle" Chinese network, on May 31st,
Yao Jianfu, the author of “Chen Xitong’s narrative in person”,
was interviewed and warned by the CCP secretary of Rural
Policy Research Office of the State Council, where Yao Jianfu works.
However, Bao Pu, the responsible person for publishing
this book, said that it’s not possible to recall the book since it has already been on sale in Hong Kong book stores.
At the same time, there are no reasons for CCP to interfere
with the book publication in Hong Kong under the policy
of “One Country, Two Systems," for Hong Kong, freedom
of publication and expression are its precious values.

Hainan villagers caught policeman as a bargaining chip of exchange
In recent days, there have been protests in Hainan Province.
May 26, nearly a thousand persons protested against
the construction of a thermal power plant, and had a large conflict with armed police.
The protests continued for several days, and dozens
of villagers were arrested.
However, during the conflict, the villagers also captured
a policeman and demanded to exchange the arrested villagers with him.
Late on the night of May 28th, CCP authority released some
of the arrested villagers,

Late at night on May 29th, thousands of armed police conducted
a full blockade of Lingtou village.
According to the villagers, the number of the armed police

Entrances leading to a number of neighboring villages were
also blocked by the armed police.
China Guodian planed to build large coal-fired power
generation projects in Ledong County of Hainan.
Due to pollution problems, the projects were strongly protested
by the local people, and several clashes between the police and the police took place there.
The location of the power plant from Yinggehai Town
and Huangliu Town at beginning to Lingtou Village now, has been fiercely opposed by the villagers in each local.
