【新唐人2012年5月29日讯】河北省泊头市全村300户代表按手印，并盖上村委章要求释放法轮功学员王晓东的“300手印”事件，经网络曝光以后震动了中共高层。地方检察院已经以“证据不足”，将案件退回公安局复查。大陆法律界人士也开始对此发声，北京一知名人权律师表示，愿意依法为法轮功学员做“无罪辩护”
惊动中共高层的“300手印”一案，已经由检察院以“证据不足”为由，退回公安局再复查。
不过，当地知情人士刘燕（化名）26号透露，王晓东家人请的河北律师显然受到当局压力，只敢做“有罪辩护”。因此，王家人决定转而聘请国内的维权律师。27号，《大纪元》新闻网报导，一名北京律师已经表示愿意代理这个案件，并希望更多律师同行关注。
这位北京律师暂时不方便透露姓名，他表示愿意为王晓东做“无罪辩护”。他说，根据他在大陆对“法轮功”案件的了解，根本就是枉法判决，起诉罪名的所谓证据有的是编造的，很多没有量刑依据，也就是不存在触犯法律的问题。
他认为，案件被检察院退回公安局复查是一个进展。可能有两个很好的结果，如果家属在这个时机向当地公安提出有关“取保候审”的要求，王晓东很有可能可以回家，而另外一个可能是“无罪释放”。
大陆维权律师李天天也表示，这是一个好的进展。
大陆维权律师李天天：“现在看来结果是在往好的方向发展的。那我觉得这个事情其实就是黑帮之间火拼的时候他要借力呗。实际上他们一直知道法轮功学员被迫害的事实存在，一直装聋作哑。现在等于是他要借老百姓的力打击另一派。当然对老百姓是好事情。”
广东维权律师唐荆陵认为，大陆民众对这种压迫人权的事越来越看不下去了，很多民众勇敢的站出来表示反对，要求释放这些有信仰的好人，这是民众的一个觉醒过程，他们勇气可佳，很值得赞赏。
“权利运动”组织负责人胡军表示，现在中国老百姓发生了很大的变化，不再恐惧和漠视中共对法轮功学员的迫害，公开发声，让中共高层感到了恐慌。
“权利运动”负责人胡军：“高层看到这种变化之后，他们也知道他们继续采取这种方式的话，对他们来说，他们的日子也不多了。他们应该能够清醒的认识到，当中国百姓都要觉醒的时候，那就是独裁体制灭亡的时候快到了。”
不过刘燕说，目前当地政法委还在搜捕王晓东的妹妹王晓美，王晓美的亲戚外出时，总感觉有车在跟踪，家附近的巷口也有不明人物逗留。
胡军指出，当地政法委的人员不应该再助纣为虐，因为情况很快就要发生变化。
“权利运动”组织负责人胡军“周永康要退，马上要退出。我们以后对政法系统这种罪行都要进行清算的。因为他们所做的坏事必须得到追究，必须要追究。”
李天天认为，中共中央无法用“不知道”来推脱政法委迫害法轮功学员人权的责任。而目前中共的激烈内斗并不能使中共变好。
李天天：“这只能是黑帮之间的火并使老百姓得到一点利益，并没有说明这个政府就是一个好政府，说明它是一个彻头彻尾的坏政府。全世界都知道的事实它一直装聋作哑。这个社会要变好必须从根本上清除共产党的影响，彻底使这个共产党下台，彻底推翻这个专制制度，否则的话老百姓一样遭殃。”
据了解，全村300户代表按手印，盖上村委大章的材料被送达政治局，高层传阅引起震动，接近北京高层人士透露说，中央有些人认为，这件事情相当于1978年引发邓小平实行“包产到户”等重大经济改革的“小岗事件”一样，要改写中国历史了。

The 300 Thumbprints Petition Case, Beijing Lawyer To Plead Not Guilty
300 villagers signed a letter with their finger prints in Botou,
Hebei Province which was then stamped by the village committee.
The villagers called for the release of Falun Gong
practitioner, Wang Xiaodong.
The document was exposed on the internet,shocking
the top leaders.
Local court denied Wang Xiaodong’s case due to
a “lack of evidence.”
The case was sent back to the police station
for further review.
Lawyers in China started to speak out about the case.
A well-known lawyer in Beijing said that he would
help Falun Gong practitioners to plead not guilty.
The case that shocked Beijing top leaders was rejected
by the court due to “lack of evidence”.
It was returned to the police station for review.
However, on May 26, local insider Liu Yan said,
Wang’s lawyer in Hebei was obviouslythreatened by the authorities, he could only plead guilty.
Wang’s family then decided to find
a human rights lawyer by themselves.
According to an Epoch Times report on May 27,
a Beijing lawyer has accepted Wang’s case.
Meanwhile he urged other lawyers
to familiarise themselves with Wang’s case.
The anonymous lawyer said he would plead Wang’s case
for a ‘not guilty’ verdict.
He said, according to his study of Falun Gong cases,
they had been misjudged.
Most of the so-called “evidence” was deemed fake.
As in most cases authorities didn’t have any evidence,
Falun Gong has never violated any law.
The lawyer believes Wang’s case, which was denied and sent
back to the police station, one of positive change.
He stated the possibility of two positive outcomes:
Firstly Wang’s family grasps this opportunity for bail, with Wang being released.
Secondly, release Wang upon a ‘not guilty’ plea and verdict.
In China, Human rights lawyer Li Tiantian said this recent
activity is highlighting positive change.
Li Tiantian: “Now we can see this case developing forward,
heading towards a good direction.
My personal view is, when mafias fight each other,
they need outside support.
Actually, they’ve known the facts about the persecution
of Falun Gong, but they pretended they didn’t know.
Now they want to use the civilian’s power attacking
another group. It certainly is good for the civilians.”
Tang Jingling, Guangdong human rights lawyer said,
more and more people in China can’t bear the human rights abuses any longer.
They stand up bravely to be against it, calling for the release
of good people who hold true to their beliefs.
This is the process of people’s awakening,
their courage is remarkable.
Hu Jun, director of Human Rights Campaign in China said
people in China are experiencing great changes.
They were no longer fearful nor ignored the
persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
Their open support of Falun Gong has shocked
the high-level leaders.
Hu Jun: “When top leaders see these changes, they know
if continuing the persecution, they won’t survive.
They should clearly understand, the time of Chinese peoples
awakening, is the time dictatorial regime is disintegrated.”
As Liu Yan said previously, local Political and Legislative
Committee still search for Wang Xiaodong’s sister Wang Xiaomei.
When Wang Xiaomei’s relatives went out, they always felt
they were followed by some car.
Aslo strangers were seen wondering around
outside their home.
Hu Jun pointed out ,local Political and Legislative
Committee shouldn’t support the persecution, as the situation will soon change.
Hu Jun: “Zhou Yongkang will soon be removed, the Political
and Legislative Committee’s crimes will be charged.
All bad things they have done will be investigated.
They must be investigated.”
Li Tiantian believes that central top leaders can’t use
the excuse of “don’t know” any longer.
They are trying to evade responsibility upon the Political
and Legislative Committee and their role in its persecution of Falun Gong.
In addition, the recent Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP)
intensified infighting can’t change the CCP for the better.
Li Tiantian: “This time civilians will benefit from
the CCP’s infighting.
It doesn’t mean that the regime is good, it only indicates
they are completely bad.
All the facts which the world had already known,
CCP always pretended they didn’t know.
To change society for the better, CCP’s influence
must be fundamentally eliminated.
The CCP must be removed, their dictatorial system must be
completely destroyed, otherwise, people will continue to suffer.”
Sources said 300 villagers signed a petition with their
finger prints approved by the village committee.
Then it was delivered to the Politburo where it was
circulated amongst high-level leaders, they were shocked upon reading it.
An insider close to Beijing leaders disclosed, several
top leaders believed this event comparable in significance to the Xiaogang villagers’ affairs,back in 1978.
Back then Deng Xiaoping started economic reforms
to privatised farms. It is time to rewrite Chinese history.
