网传日本“国会新闻社”次长宇田川敬介，早在4月26号独家专访了被软禁在北京的薄熙来，消息来自日本《富士晚报》11号的报导。针对这则报导，《博讯网》12号在短讯中说，据可靠消息来源透露，这条消息是挺薄势力的造假，例如，负责调查薄熙来案的是中纪委，而不是国安，但消息中不止一次提到国安的出现和联系，显然是一则捏造的新闻。
报导还提到，有媒体说薄熙来案出现转机，消息人士表示，这些都是毫无根据的猜测和放风。
有趣的是，BBC中文网记者向日本新闻界人士打听“国会新闻社”和宇田川敬介，得到的答案是“国会新闻社”原来叫“大和新闻社”，成员只有一两人。“国会新闻社”虽没加入日本新闻协会，算不上新闻界传媒，但却在日本国会内设有办公室。
BBC介绍《富士晚报》是日本一份非主流传媒的小报，隶属日本右派报纸《产经新闻》，即使在日本非主流的众多小报中也不算出色。所以周五有关薄熙来的报导，周六才开始在日本网络上和部分海外中文网上流传。
而BBC中文网记者还致电《产经新闻》前驻北京记者福岛香织查询，福岛香织向有关编辑查问真实性，得到的回答是，中共国安部指名传唤宇田川出席饭局，见面主要另有目地。
薄熙来与妻分居逾10年
在《富士晚报》的报导中，薄熙来说，他与妻子谷开来已分居10多年，因为儿子薄瓜瓜和自己的仕途才没有离婚，他对此感到后悔。
《世界新闻网》引述分析人士的看法指出，此前就有有心人士通过《路透》放出消息，声称谷开来在海伍德死后，疑似精神不正常，甚至穿着军装闯入公安会议。这显然是在为谷开来开脱，让她将来能以精神状态为由，获得从轻处罚。而日本《富士晚报》有关薄熙来早与谷开来分居十多年的报导，更有把薄、谷完美切割的明显用意。
薄熙来效应 更多中国富人打算移民
“薄熙来事件”不仅引发中共高层内斗，还出现多重效应，其中，美国《华尔街日报》11号报导，专办移民的律师发现，在薄熙来被免职之后的几周里，移民申请的数量在增多。报导说，今秋中国领导层换届之前，“薄熙来事件”增加了人们的不确定感。
中国人申请移民到美国、加拿大和英国等地已成为一种趋势，其中包括投资移民。比如美国2011财政年度的投资移民申请人数，有75%为中国人。不过，现在中国有钱人开始寻求更多可以移民的国家，甚至是去加勒比海等小岛国。报导说，这显然与政治动荡和经济趋缓所引起的担忧有关，特别是一些商人和政治人物希望保护自己的家人和财富。
True or False: Japan Releases Suspicious News Backing Bo Xilai
An Internet rumor spread regarding alleged deputy-director
of “Congress News Agency,” Keisuke Udagawa’s, interview with Bo Xilai on April 26.
An exclusive interview was released by Yukan Fuji evening
newspaper on May 11, which revealed Bo has been put under house arrest.
On May 12, a news brief on Boxun.com cited reliable sources
saying the news was fabricated by Bo Xilai’s backing force.
Bo’s case is being handled by the Central Commission
for Discipline Inspection instead of State Security Ministry, according to Boxun.
But the Japanese news repeatedly mentioned links with
State Security Ministry.
A turning point in Bo Xilai’s case reportedly emerged.
Informed sources said all these news are baseless
speculation and rumors.
Ironically, the BBC Chinese version inquired with journalists
in Japan about “Congress News Agency” and Keisuke Udagawa.
The answer they received is that its former name was “Yamato
News Agency,” with only 1-2 employee(s).
The “Congress News Agency” is not a member of Japan
Newspaper Association, but it owns an office in Japan’s Congress.
Yukan Fuji evening newspaper is a mediocre tabloid affiliated
with Sankei Shimbun, according to the BBC news report.
This is why the coverage of Bo Xilai issued on Friday did not
spread until Saturday in Japan and on overseas Chinese websites.
The BBC Chinese called Sankei Shimbun’s former reporter
in Beijing to check the news’ authenticity.
The journalist replied that the CCP’s State Security Ministry
summoned Udagawa to attend the dinner for another purpose.
Bo Xilai And His Wife Separated Over 10 Years Ago
In Yukan Fuji evening newspaper’s report, Bo Xilai stated
that he and his wife Gu Kailai had lived apart for over 10 years.
He also remarked that he did not divorce only out
of consideration for his son and his own political career.
Bo regretted his decision, said the news report.
A report on Worldjournal.com cited analyst reviews
regarding Bo’s interview.
Reuters had reported that Gu Kailai was suspected
to be mentally ill after Heywood’s death.
Allegedly, Gu even broke into an internal Public Security
meeting donning a military uniform.
The intention clearly was to absolve Gu Kailai under a “not
guilty by reason of insanity” pretext, aiming for a light sentence.
The report regarding the couple’s separation had a clear
purpose, a perfect cut of ties between Bo and Gu, said the comment.
More Wealthy Chinese Emigrate After Bo’s Removal
The Bo Xilai case aroused top-level infighting among the CCP,
and further triggered multiple effects.
On May 11, the Wall Street Journal reported that immigration
lawyers found that immigration applications increased after Bo’s removal.
The report deduced that people’s uncertainty grew after Bo’s
case and before the arrival of this fall’s CCP leadership transition.
Emigrating to the US, Canada and the UK from China
has become a trend. This includes investment immigration.
Among the US immigrant petitions in 2011, the Chinese
account for 75%.
Wealthy Chinese have begun to seek out a more diverse
selection of countries as prospective immigration destinations.
Even small island states like the Caribbean are candidates.
The worries obviously stem from political turmoil
and economic slow down, said the news report.
Businessmen and politicians in particular want to protect
their families and wealth.
