【新唐人2012年5月11日讯】云南昭通市十六名中共体制内人士公开呼吁，免除周永康和刘云山的职务。他们指出，江派的薄熙来、周永康等为自己的利益，牺牲了民族的前途，而维稳办的巨额经费却用来镇压老百姓，另外，中宣部编造历史，欺骗国人。海外学者希望这封公开信能促使胡温拿下周永康。下面请看详细报导。
云南昭通市十六名中共体制内人士最近在网上发表公开信，呼吁胡锦涛免去周永康常委和政法委书记职务，交由中纪委查处﹔同时免去刘云山中宣部部长职务，不得进入十八届常委班子。
公开信执笔人余永庆：“在王立军事件发生以后，暴露了薄熙来关于重庆模式的一些阴谋，实际上是一种谋反。薄熙来都公开申辩，说这个事情是得到了周永康的同意和支持。看来周永康他们这一帮人就是为了维护江泽民系统的一己之私，不惜牺牲全国人民的利益，不惜牺牲我们国家和民族的前途。”
在王立军出逃美国领事馆后，美国政府通过媒体，曝光了薄熙来和周永康的政变计划。薄周打算联手推翻习近平，由薄熙来取而代之。在薄熙来被双停交由中纪委调查后，舆论上倒周的呼声一直不断。
公开信执笔人余永庆：“周永康是政法委书记，他们以维稳的名义花费国家的资产是超过了军费支出，而他们维稳所办的事情不是维护我们国家的真正的安定，而是对人民进行打压，实际是办了制造不稳定因素的坏事。”
“中国社会民主党中央委员会”主持人刘因全表示，云南昭通市体制内人士对胡锦涛的这封公开信，对中国的问题有精准的认识。
“中国社会民主党中央委员会”主持人刘因全：“我认为他们看问题看得很准。薄熙来的后面站着一个更加邪恶黑暗的势力，这个势力的代表人物就是周永康，只有周永康和薄熙来一起来查处，才能够清算薄熙来的罪恶。如果不从根本上来解决周永康、薄熙来的这一个黑社会腐败团伙，中国甚至连现在的这局面都保不住，还会要倒退，所以这封信是非常及时的，是非常好的。”
十六位体制内人士在公开信中点出，中共宣传部部长刘云山在舆论导向上，协助毛左势力造就了现在这个“专制独裁的帝国体制”。
公开信执笔人余永庆：“刘云山2009年他曾经抛出了一个《六个为什么》，这个小册子里面对过去毛泽东做下的一些罪行，是给予片面的肯定，制造假的历史来欺骗人民，来肯定毛泽东。毛泽东给我们国家所造成的危害是世人所公认的。”
公开信说，毛派他们以“维稳”之名，购置军火、扩充警力、掌控军队，为政变、暴乱作准备﹔他们还暗地里搜集温家宝和习近平的黑材料，利用媒体制造混乱，手段卑鄙性质恶劣。总之，这一切都是为了薄熙来要进常委班子，接任政法委书记，甚至要当薄泽东，不达目地，决不罢休。
刘因全：“他们的目的就是要把中国引向毛泽东时期那种黑暗的邪恶的时代，胡温真是应该重视了，如果再不下决心痛下杀手是非常危险的，甚至他们本人的身家性命都保不住。我认为胡温应该接受这16个人的建议，开始查处周永康。”
公开信中还历数了毛泽东的大量罪恶，以及“六四”天安门大屠杀和江泽民对法轮功的迫害。

CCP insiders write open letter to Hu and Wen, urging investigation of Zhou Yongkang and Liu Yunshan
Recently, sixteen CCP regime insiders from Zhao Tong City
of Yunnan province wrote to Hu Jintao to call for dismissal of Zhou Yongkang and Liu Yunshan.
They pointed out that Jiang’s faction members Bo Xilai
and Zhou Yongkang were sacrificing the future of the Chinese
to benefit themselves by spending huge amount of funds
for the “stability preservation office” to suppress civilians.
To cooperate with Bo and Zhou, the propaganda department
also concocted fake history to deceive Chinese people.
Overseas scholars consequently remarked that they hoped
this open letter would urge Hu and Wen to take down Zhou and his followers.
Recently, sixteen CCP regime insiders from Zhao Tong City
of Yunnan province announced an open letter online.
They called on Hu Jintao to dismiss Zhou Yongkang
from the Politburo Standing Committee and the Political
and Legislative Affairs Committee (PLAC), and put him
under investigation of the Central Commission for Discipline.
The letter also suggested removing Liu Yunshan from his post
as head of the Propaganda Department, as well as blocking his entry to the Politburo Standing Committee.
Yu Yongqing, author of the open letter: ”the Wang Lijun
incident revealed that the conspiracy behind Bo Xilai’s Chongqing mode was indeed to plot a coup.
Bo himself also publicly said that his plan was approved
and supported by Zhou Yongkang.
From this we can see that Zhou and his followers were
only considering how to protect their private benefits
and those of the Jiang’s faction, even at the cost
of sacrificing the future of our people and country.”
After Wang Lijun’s defect to the U.S. consulate, the U.S.
government exposed Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang’s coup plot via media.
According to their plan, Bo and Zhou aimed at overthrowing
Xi Jinping and replace him with Bo.
Since Bo was dismissed and put under investigation, there
have been constant voices requiring dismissal of Zhou as well.
Yu Yongqing, author of the open letter: ”As head
of the PLAC, Zhou Yongkang and his system spends
more money than the military expenditure
under the name of “stability control”.
However, what they are doing is only to suppress our people
rather than protecting real social stability.
It’s indeed what they are doing that makes
our society unstable.”
Chair of China Social Democratic Party, Liu Yinquan
remarked that the open letter from Zhao Tong had shown an accurate understanding of the situation in China.
Liu Yinquan, Chair of China Social Democratic Party: ”In my
opinion this letter hits the key points.
There is a faction behind Bo Xilai with even more darkness
and evilness, and Zhou Yongkang is one of their leaders.
You have to handle them together to bring Bo’s crime
to justice.
If you don’t root out their gang-like corrupt group,
the situation will definitely become even worse.
Therefore this open letter is a really a good one
which comes at the right time.”
The open letter also pointed out that the head of CCP’s
Propaganda Department, Liu Yunshan,
has helped Mao leftists in building the current
“dictatorship regime”via media propaganda.
Yu Yongqing, author of the open letter: ”In 2009, Liu Yunshan
threw out a brochure called “Six Why”, which tried to give partial credit to Mao’s crime.
He made up false history to deceive Chinese people
so as to compliment Mao, despite the fact that the damage
which Mao brought to our country has been
universally acknowledged.”
The open letter stated that, under the name of
“stability control,” Mao leftists purchased weapons,
built up security forces and tried to control the army
in preparation for the coup.
They also secretly collected information on Wen Jiabao
and Xi Jinping, aiming at creating public confusion of their images via media propaganda.
In summary, the letter remarked that all these dirty tricks
were only to help Bo Xilai enter the Politburo Standing
Committee, succeed the position of PLAC secretary,
and even become the second Mao in China;
they would never have stopped until the goal is achieved.
Liu Yinquan: ”Their ultimate goal is to bring China
back to the dark and evil times rules by Mao.
If Hu and Wen don’t pay enough attention and make
a determination to completely take them down (Bo Xilai
and Zhou Yongkang), they will even be unable to protect
themselves.
I think Hu-Wen should investigate Zhou Yongkang’s crime
as suggested by the open letter.”
The open letter also mentioned Mao’s numerous crimes,
the June 4th Tiananmen square massacre and Jiang Zemin’s persecution of Falun Gong.
