据大陆民众反映，最近几天封网再次加剧，很多原本可以看到的信息都被屏蔽。不过，尽管如此，周永康谋杀前妻的丑闻，却再度出现在《百度》上。据网友爆料， 他4月24号在百度上搜索“主持人贾晓烨”时，搜索结果第三条惊现：“周永康为娶小28岁央视女主播“做”掉前妻 ”的标题。有人认为，周永康丑闻再现《百度》，让“康师傅下架受阻”的说法又出现悬疑。
党校网站再现“推翻共产党”标语
除百度最近频繁开放被禁内容外，中共一些地方机构的网站，也多次被黑客攻击，出现“倒共标语”。继4月18号，辽宁省大连市甘井子区政法委网站被黑，网站首页出现“打倒中国共产党”和“中国共产党之墓”的字样和图片后，4月23号，山东省沂源县的中共县委党校网站上，竟然也出现了“推翻共产党重建新中国！”的字样，网页上的中共党徽也被打上了两个大大的黑叉叉。
最高法院助网络审查 内部通知被传
最近，一份中共最高法院下发的通知书被大陆网友曝光，这份最高法院于2009年7月13号向各地法院发出的《关于涉及互联网管理案件立案审查工作的通知》，要求各地法院立案庭，配合官方对网络的审查管理，对涉及“互联网管理”的案件不予受理、不出具法律文书。 《通知》还要求，各级法院协助维稳，一旦接到涉及网络管理的起诉，要立即层层上报最高院，同时向当地的党委、政法委“汇报情况”。
网友表示，最近几年，大陆关于互联网删贴、关闭网站等涉及网络审查话题的起诉，此起彼伏，但大都不被受理。这次披露的这一官方文件，终于让外界知道了原因。
评论认为，仅以一纸内部《通知》就使各地因删贴而导致的争议，无法进入司法程序，是剥夺公民基本权利，违法了中国现行的宪法、民事诉讼法和行政诉讼法的相关规定。
Baidu Release Zhou Yongkang Murdered Ex-Wife News
Netizens said that recently internet blockades are intensified,
and a lot of information had been blocked.
However, scandals surrounding Zhou Yongkang murdering
his ex-wife can be viewed on Baidu.
A netizen revealed that he searched keywords
“Presenter Jia Xiaoye” on April 24.
Results showed news of “Zhou killed his ex-wife in order
to marry a CCTV presenter who is 28 years younger.”
People commented that Zhou’s scandal appeared on Baidu
again, making them doubt the rumour that the “Master Kang
(a brand of noodle used by netizens as a code word
for Zhou Yongkang) era is passed”.
CCP Party School Website Shows Slogan “Overthrow CCP!”
Except Baidu releasing sensitive words, Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) official websites have been hacked repeatedly.
“Down with the CCP” slogans have appeared on many
party’s websites.
On April 18, Political and Legislative Committee website
in Dalian, Liaoning, was hacked.
“Down with the CCP” and “Tomb of the CCP” appeared
on the home page.
On April 23, the CCP local party school’s website in
Yiyuan County, Shandong Province was hacked,
A slogan appeared saying “overthrow the CCP,
establish a new China!”
In addition, the CCP’s logo was marked with
two black crosses.
Supreme Court Internal Notice Helping Internet Inspection
Recently, a notice issued by CCP was disclosed by netizens.
The notice was issued by Supreme Court on July 13, 2009.
It informed local courts about “internet cases’ investigation
notice”, requesting local courts to file cases,
and co-ordinate with the internet inspection.
Any case related to the “internet management”
is inadmissible, and won’t issue legal documents.
The notice also requested local courts to help
to maintain the “stability”.
Any lawsuits for internet management issues need to report
to the Supreme Court, and report to local Party Committee,
Political and Legislative Committee.
Netizens said that in recent years, there were many lawsuits
for removal of internet posts, websites ceasing operation
and other related internet inspection issues.
Many of these cases were ignored. The notice that netizens
revealed has exposed to the public the reason why.
Comments said that only a piece of paper, an internal notice,
has caused the controversy of the removal of posts.
It can’t be filed for judicial process, it is to strip away citizen’s
basic rights, is against the Constitution, Civil Procedure Law
and Administrative Procedure Law.
