【新唐人2012年4月21日讯】日前，海外媒体报导了王立军“戏剧化”的人生经历，以及他张扬、怪癖、残忍的性格。《路透社》引用消息来源说，王立军爱以自我为中心，性格怪癖。他有时候亲自做尸体解剖，说他想看看，“他们的心是黑的，还是红的。”媒体评论，这为王立军参与“活摘法轮功学员器官”、“这个星球上从未有过的罪恶”作了一个很好的注脚。
据《路透社》报导，那些认识王立军的人回忆说，王立军的行为是那种张扬而浮夸的类型，他的最后戏剧化的一击，就是携带机密材料闯入美领馆寻求庇护，而把中共的丑闻公之于众。
19号《路透社》引用消息来源说，王立军爱以自我为中心，性格怪癖。平时喜欢深夜出现在警察局，逮住那些打瞌睡的警察，大声呵斥他们。他有时候亲自做尸体解剖，说他想看看他们的心是黑的还是红的。
王立军在中共警界以冲劲闻名。剧作家周立军为了写一个歌颂王立军的电视剧本——《铁血警魂》，1996年花了十天时间和王立军一起生活。周回忆说，王立军喜欢开着三菱吉普车冲向犯罪现场，车顶上两排警灯闪烁，这样大家就知道所谓的“王总”来了。到达现场时，他喜欢从吉普车上一跃而下，掏出手枪，朝天上开几枪。
《路透社》引用中国大陆媒体的报导说，在黑帮指名要枪杀他之后，王立军穿上了防弹背心。同时他也担心热切寻求升迁机会的薄熙来，在中央开始调查他的过去之后，会抛弃他，因此使用打黑中的窃听和监视设备来监视薄熙来。
中国问题专家认为，王立军做恶太多，可能担心别人以同样的手段报复他，甚至有索命的冤魂来找他，所以他寝食难安而心理变异。
张杰连：“他为了捞取好处或者是为了立功，往上爬，惩治法轮功学员，明明看到是善良的，他也往黑里面打，做了那么大的恶事，他能够心里健康吗，不可能的，所以迫害法轮功的人，尤其是那些一条黑走到底的铁杆那些人，犯了大罪的那些人，他们都是很恐惧的，天天都是处于那种心理变态，精神变异的边缘。”
王立军到锦州上任公安局长不到一年，就成立了“锦州市公安局现场心理学研究中心”，自己担任主任，并且宣称那是中国唯一的现场心理学研究中心，已经和世界70多个国家实现了信息资源共享。
不过记者发现，这个研究中心的网页信息会自动转入其他无关的网站，咨询电话也没有人接听。
据总部位于美国的“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”调查报告，这个研究中心主要是从事活体人体器官移植的研究，供体主要来源于被绑架的法轮功学员。
张杰连：“那个时候镇压初期，都不想镇压法轮功，监狱里都不想关法轮功，薄熙来想要跟着江泽明讨好，他就把辽宁作为基地，全部都关到辽宁去，他就收监法轮功学员，所以都往辽宁送，辽宁人就很多，那他想做什么研究就做什么研究。”
王立军到重庆站稳脚跟后，中国又出现了“重庆市公安局现场心理学研究中心”，并且与“西南大学”合办，王立军是中心负责人，成了可以带博士生的导师。不过这个研究院，只有一个手机联系，目前已经关机。

Wang Lijun Performed Autopsies to See “Black Or Red” Hearts
Wang Lijun’s dramatic life and his as sumptuous flair, quirks
and cruel character were recently exposed by overseas media.
Reuters quoted informed sources saying
that Wang was self-centered.
He even did postmortems himself, claiming to be looking
to see if “their hearts are black or red.”
Media comment that this is a good footnote to Wang’s participation
in “organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners”.
Reuters has reported acquaintances of Wang Lijun,
as saying that Wang’s behavior was assertive and showy.
Wang staged his last drama by carrying confidential data
and fleeing into the U.S. Consulate to seek asylum.
His last act has brought the tyranny of the Chinese
Communist Party( CCP) into the open.
On April 19, Reuters cited sources saying that Wang Lijun
was eccentric and full of quirks.
Wang was reported to have turned up at police stations
deep in the night to catch policemen sleeping, and to have reprimanded them.
He even liked to perform autopsies in his spare time, saying
that he wanted to see if the hearts were black or red.
In the CCP’s police circle, Wang Lijun was
known as a pushy officer.
Screenwriter Zhou Lijun spent 10 days living with Wang
in 1996 while he was working on a screenplay for a TV series to praise Wang.
Zhou recalled that Wang had liked to drive to crime scenes
in a Mitsubishi jeep with two racks of flashing lights on its top.
So everyone would know that “Chief Wang" had arrived.
Upon arriving on the scene, Wang would leap from the jeep
and draw his pistol to fire shots in the air.
Reuters quoted China’s media reports, saying that
after having been the mob’s shooting target, Wang Lijun began wearing a bulletproof vest.
After the CCP Committee began to investigate his past,
Wang feared that he would be deserted by Bo Xilai,
who he knew was an eager career-rise seeker.
At this time, Wang had begun to monitor Bo Xilai
with the tapping and surveillance devices that had been
used in the anti-vice campaign.
Expert in China issues Zhang Jielian commented that.
Wang has committed numerous evil acts, so he might
be afraid of being fixed by others in the same way or
might even encounter death threats coming from
the ghosts of his own conscience.
As a result of all this Wang became uneasy
and that led to his psychological undoing.
Zhang Jielian says that: “He wanted to gain benefits
or to win honor for his career advancement,
this made him able to punish Falun Gong practitioners
although he clearly knew that they were kind and innocent people.
With so many evil acts on his conscience,
how could he remain mentally healthy ?
That would of course have been impossible.
So all of those who took part in the persecution of
Falun Gong, especially the desperate prime culprits, feel great horror.
Each day they are living on the edge of psychological
and mental breakdown."
Within one year of being appointed Jinzhou’s police chief,
Wang Lijun set up an On-Site Psychology Research Center
of Jinzhou City Public Security Bureau (OSPRC).
Wang, OSPRC’s director, claimed it was China’s unique
on-site psychology research center and it has information and resources sharing with over 70 countries.
Yet later, journalists found that OSPRC’s webpage had been
automatically linked to other irrelevant web sites, whose hotline calls had remained unanswered.
U.S.-based World Organization to Investigate the Persecution
of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) survey releases show that
OSPRC was engaged in research on the practice of
live human organ transplantation.
Donors mainly were officially and illegally abducted
Falun Gong practitioners.
Zhang Jielian states that: “In the early days after
Jiang Zemin launched the persecution against Falun Gong,
no one wanted to follow his orders. Even prisons didn’t want
to detain Falun Gong practitioners.
But Bo Xilai, in order to suck up to Jiang, used Liaoning as
a base to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.
So lots of detained Falun Gong practitioners across China
were sent to Liaoning at this time.
With so many Falun Gong practitioners in jail, he (Bo) was able
to carry out unlimited research on live body transplantation.”
After Wang Lijun took up position in Chongqing, China saw
one more on-site psychology research center ——–
This was the On-Site Psychology Research Center of Chongqing
Public Security Bureau, jointly run with Southwest University,
and Wang Lijun, the Center’s chief,
became the tutor of Ph.D students.
At the time this institute could only be contacted by reaching
a cell phone number, this service has now been shut down.
