【新唐人2012年4月13日讯】中共刚刚处理了薄熙来、王立军，似乎这只是中共政治大戏的开始，剧情还远远没有达到高潮。海外媒体透露，上星期的政治局会上，周永康对胡锦涛流泪检讨，不过，18大前，周永康将是王立军和薄熙来之后的下一个大目标。
美国中文网《博讯》透露，虽然上星期的政治局会上，周永康对胡锦涛流泪检讨，但至今仍极力保护薄熙来，袒护王立军。
《博讯》从知情人士方面获知，周永康和薄熙来在北京、重庆和成都进行了五次会面，筹画薄熙来晋升政法委书记，并在上位两年内强迫习近平下台的计划。这个计划包括媒体抹黑，甚至在必要的情况下动用安全力量逮捕习近平。并且，周永康协助薄熙来和王立军从德国购买最先进的窃听设备，对九常委的交谈进行监听﹔周永康还承诺薄熙来出任政法委书记、王立军两年内做公安部部长。
美国“乔治梅森大学”教授章天亮：“比尔透戈茨透露的：薄熙来、周永康他们有一个具体的计划，就是怎么样拿下习近平。从种种迹象来看，这个计划一定是真的，因为如果这个计划不属实的话，周永康没有必要死保薄熙来，那么如果这个计划属实的话，周永康必须得拿下。”
章天亮认为，对周永康放的这个料真实性非常高。他推断，胡温的思路是先从王立军查起，然后查到薄熙来，再顺滕摸瓜查到周永康。
政论家伍凡指出，薄周谋反有很多证据已经证明了：他们搞军事演习，派装甲车包围美领馆，对高层窃听、购买武器等等。
伍凡：同时处理会引起反弹，先处理了薄熙来，下一步等待时机，更多的事实，要看这次处理薄熙来之后的各种反应，包括国际的反应、国内的反应、党内的反应、舆论的反应。他们收集起来之后，再等待时机，再来处理周永康。”
伍凡预测，可能在7、8月份前，会处理周永康。
不过，《博讯》还透露，周永康支持薄熙来和王立军“掌控政法委”，就是要避免“被清算”。
“中共政法委员会”成立于1980年，但自从“政法委”与1999年江泽民成立迫害法轮功的专职机构——“610办公室”合并后，“政法委”就开创了“法外授权”的先河：各级政法委官员可以任意迫害法轮功学员，包括绑架、抄家、没收财产等，甚至活摘法轮功学员的器官以谋取暴利。据不完全统计，被迫害致死的法轮功学员就有3518名，而被非法判刑的学员有上万人，被非法劳教的人数超过10万人，有更多人失踪。
时事评论员任百鸣认为，“法轮功”问题是中国政治的核心问题，中国目前的半军事状态、道德的下滑都与江泽民迫害法轮功有关，而且“法外授权”培养了政法委、“610” 这个怪胎，能与军队抗衡并且独立统领的武警部队，也成为了胡温的心病。
时事评论员任百鸣：停止迫害法轮功，这是天意的再现，也不是任何个人想阻挡就能阻挡得了的。所以，胡温他顺应天意，那么必然给自己带来美好的未来，个人也能带来福报。”
可以看出，近年来，“政法委”把针对法轮功的“迫害模式”，也延伸到了社会其他方面：如对少数民族、基督教家庭教会、访民、维权人士、维权律师和异议人士等。

Bo Xilai’s Case Pulls Up Zhou Yongkang
With Bo Xilai’ and Wang Lijun’ removal, it seems Chinese
Communist Party’ (CCP) political drama had just begun.
Overseas media reported of Zhou Yongkang’s
weeping self-criticism to Hu Jintao last week.
However, Zhou is deemed to be the next big target after
Bo and Wang, before the CCP’s 18th congress in October.
Boxun.com disclosed that last week Zhou Yongkang made
a weeping self-criticism to Hu Jintao at a Politburo meeting.
However, Zhou still fiercely protects Bo Xilai
and shields Wang Lijun.
Insiders told Boxun that Zhou had met with Bo
five times in Beijing, Chongqing and Chengdu.
Both plotted Bo’s promotion to Head of Political and Legal
Affairs Committee (PLAC) and Xi Jinping’s stepping down within two years after Bo’s new reign.
The ploy included media’s defaming and even arresting
Xi Jinping with security forces when necessary.
Zhou had assisted Bo and Wang in purchasing the most
advanced tapping devices from Germany, and wire-tapped the nine members of Politburo’s Standing Committee.
Zhou also promised Bo to serve as the PLAC Secretary,
and Wang to be Public Security’ Minister within two years.
Zhang Tianliang (Professor at George Mason University):
“Bill Gertz disclosed that Bo and Zhou had made a specific plan to topple down Xi Jinping.
All indications show that the ploy must be true. Otherwise,
there’s no need for Zhou to desperately protect Bo.
But if the ploy is true,
Zhou Yongkang’s position must be removed."
Zhang Tianliang thinks the news is quite authentic.
First, Hu and Wen started to probe Wang Lijun,
then traced Bo up to Zhou Yongkang, Zhang deduces.
Political critic Wu Fan notes that many evidences
have proved the treason of Bo and Zhou.
Like their military exercises, dispatching armored vehicles
around the U.S. Consulate, wire-tapping CCP’s top leaders, buying weapons and so on.
Wu Fan: “The simultaneous actions could cause rebound.
So firstly they caught Bo Xilai, then they watch their time.
They are waiting for more truth revealed and various
reactions about dealing with Bo Xilai.
This includes reactions of international community,
China, inside the CCP and of public opinion.
After collecting all this information,
they will bide their time to take down Zhou Yongkang.”
Wu Fan predicts that Zhou Yongkang may be taken down
before this July or August.
Boxun also revealed that Zhou supported Bo and Wang to
“control the PLAC” in order to avoid being “brought to trial."
The PLAC was set up in 1980 by the CCP.
In 1999 it was merged with Office 610, a structure specially
set up by Jiang Zemin for the persecution of Falun Gong.
Since then, the PLAC is unprecedentedly empowered
with above-law authority.
The PLAC officials at all levels have the power
to wantonly persecute Falun Gong practitioners.
This includes kidnapping, house searching,
confiscation of possessions, and many others.
According to evidences, they even went to the extend
of harvesting organs from live Falun Gong practitioners.
Incomplete data shows, 3,518 Falun Gong practitioners
have been tortured to death; over 10,000 sentenced to jail;
over 100,000 sent to re-education through labor’ camps,
and much more Falun Gong practitioners are just missing.
Commentator Ren Baiming said that the Falun Gong issue
is at the core of China’s politics.
The semi-militarization and moral decay in today’s China
are all linked to Jiang Zemin’s persecution of Falun Gong.
The “above-law authority” of CCP had fostered the creation
of monsters like PLAC and the system of Office 610.
PLAC’s control of the armed force, which can contend with
the army troops, is another trouble for Hu & Wen, says Ren.
Ren Baiming: “Stopping the persecution of Falun Gong
is the will of Heaven, nobody is able to resist it.
So Hu and Wen should conform to Heaven’s will; that will
inevitably bring a good future and blessings to them."
In recent years, PLAC has expanded its Falun Gong
“persecution mode” to other groups in the society.
Like ethnic minorities, Christian’ Family Church, petitioners,
human rights activists and lawyers, dissidents, etc..
