【新唐人2012年3月26日讯】王立军出逃美领馆事件引发的中共官场大火不断延烧。中央军委副主席郭伯雄再次要求军队“服从胡锦涛指挥”，并强调军队要维护社会稳定。外界推断，中共高层对于如何处置薄熙来出现严重分裂，胡温牢控军队，谨防政法委书记周永康利用掌控的武警部队作乱。
大陆媒体23号，高调报导了中央军委副主席郭伯雄在陕西视察军队时的讲话内容。郭伯雄要求军队与党中央高度一致，坚决听从党中央、中央军委和胡锦涛指挥，把防范重大安全问题作为今年（2012年）的一项硬任务。
《中央社》报导指出，前重庆市委书记薄熙来被免职后，大陆政坛传闻不断，官方媒体在这个时间点，发表军方讲话，耐人寻味。
在此之前有消息说，掌控武警部队的政法委书记周永康试图包庇王立军和薄熙来，因此与胡温意见不一。双方各不退让、针锋相对。网上更有消息说，日前中央军委调整了武警指挥权，武警部队将不再归政法委调动，中央军委也不再受理政法委以“维稳”为名义的调兵申请。而英国《金融时报》21号报导说，周永康“在某种程度上已被控制”。
对此，美国“哥伦比亚大学”政治学博士李天笑分析指出，胡温对曾经一度听命政法委的武警部队需要有一个改造过程。
李天笑：“胡温应该是着手把武警队伍拿到自己手上，跟军队一样。胡温在早些时候也讲到，军队要起到维稳的作用。当周永康想利用武警来进行兵变，或者达到某种政治目地的时候，军队就会起到一个关键的作用。”
郭伯雄还在讲话中特别强调，部队要参与维护社会稳定，确保一旦有事，能够迅速行动，完成任务。《参与网》文章指出，一般来讲，军队对外，防止外敌入侵；武警对内，防止国内动乱。但现在郭伯雄强调军队武警化，说明中共高层分裂，斗争趋于白热化。
李天笑：“从现在看，胡锦涛、胡温这一派跟江派之间的斗争，到了一个短兵相接的地步。双方都开始最后亮剑，进行决战。这个时候胡温既然已经拿下了薄熙来，就是‘开弓没有回头箭’。”
李天笑认为，胡温占据天时、地利、人和，应该一鼓作气，除掉周永康，进一步剑指江泽民，不给对手任何翻身的机会。同时胡温应该着手为法轮功、六四等问题重新评价。
李天笑：“最后他们自己本人，也可以在这个过程当中得到解脱。能够为人民做一点事情，这样的话，将功赎罪，在未来的新中国，也不至于人民最后起来，把他们和江泽民一起进行清算。”
海外媒体最近爆出，周永康不仅与薄熙来共谋搞垮习近平，还与前重庆市副市长王立军一起做了多年交易。10年前，周永康就因为庇护老部下，认识了当时的铁岭市公安局长王立军。王立军也因此结识了周永康的干儿子——“亚洲大酒店”总经理孔涛。多年来，王立军掌握了周永康和他的家人亲信的重要贪腐材料。
周永康为求自保，再加上长期掌控全国的警察和武警部队，而敢于在薄熙来和王立军事件的处理上挑战胡温，针锋相对。
但据北京消息人士说，中央21号下令调集全国3300名政法委书记4月份紧急进京集训，显示胡温开始整肃政法委，周永康失势已经成为必然。

Guo Boxiong Stands by Hu Again:
Military Forces Asked to Function as Police Force
The fire ignited by the incident where “Wang Lijun fled
to the U.S Consulate” has spread across China’s bureaucracy.
Guo Boxiong, Vice Chairman of Central Military Committee,
has requested again that military forces should absolutely obey
the commands from Hu & Wen.
He also emphasized that military armed forces should
maintain society stability.
It’s speculated that a serious divergence regarding Bo’s issue
took place among China’s senior authorities.
Hu & Wen have taken firm control of military armed forces
to guard against Zhou Yongkang.
On March 23, Chinese media reported Guo Boxiong’s speech,
Vice Chairman of the Chinese Central Military Commission.
When Guo inspected military armed forces in Shanxi Province,
he asked them to firmly obey the command of Hu Jintao.
He also said that keeping guard on major security issues
is the main task of military armed forces in 2012.
“Central News Agency” reported that
many rumors about China’s current political situation
has spread since Bo was discharged from his position.
It’s very thought-provoking for official media to publish
Guo’s speech at this point in time.
Prior to this, it’s said that Zhou Yongkang, controlling the
armed police forces, tried to protect Wang Lijun and Bo Xilai.
Thus there is a divergence of opinion between Zhou
and Hu & Wen. The two sides give each other tit for tat.
Some online news even states that recently China’s Central
Army Committee has modified the commanding power of armed police forces.
The Political and Judiciary Committee will not have the
power to deploy armed police forces.
The Central Military Committee will not approve the
application of deploying armed police forces under the name of “maintaining stability”.
On March 21, UK “Financial Times” reported that
Zhou Yongkang has been controlled, to a certain extent.
Li Tian Xiao is a Doctor in Politics, who graduated
from Columbia University.
He thinks that it will take some time for Hu & Wen to tame
those armed police forces that used to take orders from Zhou.
Li Tianxiao: “It’s time for Hu & Wen to take the armed police
forces under control, just like military armed forces.
Earlier Hu and Wen mentioned that military armed forces
should function for ‘maintaining statbility’.
When Zhou plots a coup or wants to achieve some political
goal, military armed forces will play a key role against it.”
Guo has particularly emphasized that military armed forces
should maintain society stability.
Once something happens, military armed forces should be
able to take action immediately.
Articles from “Participation Network” pointed out that military
armed forces are usually used to prevent outside invasion or inside riot.
Now Guo has emphasized that military armed forces should
function as police armed forces.
It shows that the divergences between China’s senior
authorities are getting worse and worse.
Li Tian Xiao: “It seems fighting between Hu & Wen’s faction
and Jiang Zemin’s faction is close to fighting hand to hand.
Both sides have poised for a final battle. ”
Li Tianxiao thinks that Hu & Wen have favorable climatic,
geographical and human conditions.
They should get rid of Zhou Yongkang and then further point
at Jiang Zemin, not to give them any chance of turning over.
Meanwhile, Hu & Wen should think about re-evaluating
Falun Gong and the June 4th Tiananmen Square event.
Li Tianxiao: “In the end, from this process Hu & Wen can
also free themselves.
To do something for their people, they might be able to obtain
clemency from people.
Thus, in the future, they wouldn’t be condemned
together with Jiang Zemin.”
Recently overseas media disclosed that Zhou Yongkang
and Bo Xilai conspired to topple Xi Jinping down.
Zhou has also had deals with Wang Lijiun for many years.
Ten years ago, in order to protect his followers,
Zhou made friends with Wang Lijun.
Wang Lijun thus made a friend with Kong Tao, “God-son”
of Zhou Yongkang and manager of Asian Great Hotel.
Over the years, Wang Lijun has mastered critical corruption
information about Zhou, Zhou’s families and followers.
Zhou has controlled China’s armed police for a long time.
In order to protect himself, he dares
to challenge Hu & Wen on the issue of Bo Xilai.
Reports from Beijing says 3,300 sectaries of the Political
and Judiciary Committee all over the country were called to Beijing for training in April.
