【新唐人2012年3月19日讯】最近，一段被称作“中共中央关于王立军事件调查处理情况通报”的现场录音，突然出现在大陆网络上。对此，外界分析认为，这个录音本身有可能是真实的，但通报中对事件的解释有很多含混不清的地方，甚至有悖常理，当局仍然在蓄意隐瞒王立军事件的真相。
3月16号晚间出现在网络上的这段音频，长达25分钟，据说是重庆人士传达“中共中央关于对王立军私自进入美领馆滞留事件情况通报”的现场录音。当局要求这一通报必须传达到重庆市所有副处级以上干部。
3月17号，有大陆官方背景的《香港商报》引述重庆消息人士的话说，重庆市对王立军事件的初步调查情况做了传达。报导所披露内部文件的细节和网络上流传的这份录音内容基本一致。另外，《法国国际广播电台》也从重庆当地证实，这份通报文件的确存在。
倍受外界关注的是，录音中，当局首次给出了前重庆副市长王立军和原重庆市委书记薄熙来二人因何翻脸的官方说法。
网传录音：“今年1月28日，王立军找薄熙来同志汇报有关重要案件，与薄的家人有关。”
录音谈到，王立军希望薄熙来妥善处理这件事情，薄熙来对此十分不满。随后，王立军被免除公安局长职务，王立军身边工作人员和有关办案人员被违规审查。
通报说，王立军感到人身受到威胁，2月6号下午，私自进入美国驻成都总领事馆。在跟美方人员谈了所谓“合作事项”之后，填写了政治避难申请。
对此，纽约“民主大学”执行主任汪北稷对《新唐人》表示，这个录音本身听起来很像是真实的。但问题是，中共对内部中高层干部编的这个故事，显得很幼稚。因为王立军之所以受到薄熙来重用，连升三级，就是因为他们在辽宁就是犯罪同伙。
汪北稷：“它首先是两个人高度的臭味相投，才能够走到一块来，纠集在一起，在重庆来犯案。他们俩在重庆犯下的罪行也是非常严重的。掠夺民营企业的财产，严刑拷打，这个都是在海内外在逐渐曝光。”
汪北稷认为，两个人是铁杆关系，如果没有其他原因，王立军突然跑去和薄熙来说，有干警调查到薄熙来家人的案件，这是不合情理的。官方当前这个说法很可能是在试探外界反应。汪北稷谈到，当局还隐瞒了很多事情，包括王立军公开信的真伪等问题。
汪北稷：“王立军到了美国领事馆，跟美国人到底谈了些什么，跟国安部的副部长邱进谈了些什么，跟黄奇帆谈了些什么，他有没有带走薄熙来甚至周永康的犯罪证据，这个事情中共的这个通告里面，内部讲话里面也没有涉及。”
通报揭示，2月9号，中共总书记胡锦涛主持政治局常委会议，决定免除王立军和薄熙来的职务。
薄熙来被免职后，3月17号，重庆市政府、人大、政协三套领导班子纷纷在官方媒体头版高调表态“坚决拥护中央决定”。更有消息指出，一直被认为是薄熙来左膀右臂的重庆市长黄奇帆为求自保，开始向中央揭发薄熙来。
美国“哥伦比亚大学”政治学博士李天笑：“像这种在一个中共的官员薄熙来倒台以后，他手下的人马上哗变，然后积极检举揭发，这是一个常见的事情。”
李天笑强调，王立军事件是中共倒台前展示邪恶面目的一个过程。现在薄熙来已经被控制，他与周永康的关系，就如同他与王立军的关系。下一步，薄熙来很可能会揭出现任政法委书记周永康。

Internet Exposes Party’s Internal Notice Regarding Wang Lijun’s Case
Recently, an audio recording about the Chinese Communist
Party’s (CCP) investigation of Wang Lijun’s incident spread over the internet.
Analysts said that the recording itself may be authentic,
however, part of the explanation is unclear and lacks common sense.
The CCP is still deliberately hiding the truth of Wang’s incident.
On the evening of March 16th, the 25 minute audio recording
appeared on the internet. Sources say
the live recording was made during a Chongqing officials’
meeting regarding Wang’s attempt to defect at the U.S. Consulate.
The CCP requires that the notice be circulated
in Chongqing to deputy section level cadres and above.
On March 17th, a CCP background newspaper, Hong Kong
Commercial Daily, quoted one Chongqing person’s words
who said Chongqing conveyed information regarding
the initial investigation of Wang Lijun’s incident.
This disclosed details by the newspaper were almost
the same as part of the recording that spread on the internet.
In addition, Radio France Internationale has confirmed
from Chongqing that CCP’s notice did exist.
What is drawing the public’s attention is that on the recording,
for the first time the CCP gave an official explanation regarding Wang Lijun and Bo Xilai turning their backs on each other.
Recording (spread on internet), “On Jan. 28th, Wang talked
to Bo about important cases involving Bo’s family members.”
The audio recording also mentioned that Wang told Bo
to handle it properly, but Bo was very dissatisfied.
Subsequently, Wang was removed from his police chief post,
in addition, his close staff are under investigation for violations.
CCP’s notice said that Wang felt his life was in danger so on the
afternoon of Feb. 6th, he fled to the U.S. Consulate in Chengdu.
He negotiated with the U.S. about the so-called “cooperation”,
and filed a political asylum form.
In this regard, Wang Beiji, Executive Director of the New York
Democracy University, told NTD that the recording seems authentic.
The problem is the story that the CCP made up to tell internal
cadres is very naive.
The reason why Bo put Wang in an important position
and promoted him three times consecutively is because they were criminal allies in Liaoning.
Wang Beiji, “First, both are like-minded, so they can
work together and commit crimes in Chongqing.
They both committed serious crimes in Chongqing, plundered
property from private businesses, used torture to extract confessions,
but all crimes are gradually being exposed abroad.”
Wang Beiji believes that Wang Lijun and Bo Xilai had
a very close relationship,
otherwise, it is not a common that Wang would suddenly
go Bo about the investigation of his family.
The officials presenting this story is possibly is to test
public’s reaction.
Wang Beiji also said that the CCP hides many aspects,
including the authenticity of Wang’s open letter.
Wang Beiji, “Wang escaped to the U.S. Consulate,
what did he tell them?
What did Wang talk to National Security vice minister
Qiu Jin about? And the conversation with Huang Qifan?
Did Wang Lijun have Bo and Zhou Yongkang’s crime
evidence with him? is not mentioned in CCP’s notice, nor in the internal talks.”
The CCP notice revealed that on Feb.9th, Chairman Hu Jintao
made a decision at the Standing Committee’s meeting to remove Wang and Bo from their posts.
After Bo’s removal on March 17th, Chongqing officially
announced its support of the Central CCP’s decision via the front page of the official media.
Li Tianxiao (Columbia University political science PhD),
“After Bo’s downfall,
his staffs were chaotic and immediately wanted expose him,
which is common place in the CCP.”
Li Tianxiao highlighted that Wang Lijun’s incident is a process
to expose the CCP’s evil face before it’s disintegrated.
Now Bo is in control, and his relationship with
Zhou Yongkang is the same as with Wang Lijun.
The next step may be that Bo possibly exposes Zhou Yongkang,
the head of the Central Political and Legislative Committee.
