【新唐人2012年3月7日讯】上个月，重庆副市长王立军出逃美领馆，并递交给美国官员大量中共内幕资料。随后王立军被押往北京，音信全无。他递交给美方的资料也就成了揭开真相的关键。最近，海外活动人士发起公开信签名活动，要求美国政府向全世界公布王立军提交的材料，还真相于天下。
2月19号，海外异议人士郭保罗发布一封公开信，并在推特上征集签名。公开信要求美国国务院，立即公开王立军提交的材料。公开信引起媒体和各界共鸣，截至到3月6号已经有73人签名，包括胡平、夏业良、袁红冰、唐柏桥、方政、徐沛、盛雪等著名人士。郭保罗还在3月3号发布了公开信的英文版，也引起美国人士的关注。
郭保罗在公开信中写道，中共当局为了维稳而竭力隐藏王立军事件的真相。目前，唯一能够揭开真相的材料掌握在美国国务院手中，希望美国政府为中国民众负责，为中美两国的长远利益负责，立即向全世界公布：上个月6号到7号，王立军向美国驻成都领事馆提供的所有文字、音响材料。
为此，记者采访了郭保罗，他介绍了写这封信的初衷。
中国异议人士郭保罗：“原因很简单，就是公布真相，因为真相是需要人们去争取的。因为中美的高层也有可能为了维护‘稳定’达成某种协议，然后把这个真相掩盖起来、隐藏起来。”
王立军在和重庆市委书记薄熙来闹翻后，为防止薄熙来灭口而出逃美领馆避难，被拒后押往北京审查，从此再也没有任何消息。
郭保罗：“现在掌握真相的唯一的就是美国国务院，就是王立军去了之后，一个晚上说了些什么、做了些什么、提交了些什么东西。那些东西是非常核心的，无论是什么，先公布这个真相。而且我们预测那些东西是非常非常有价值的。”
郭保罗指出，虽然中共内斗激烈，但面对民众时他们是一致的，所以为了维持中共政权的稳定，中共刻意将王立军事件淡化，企图大事化小。而美国政府在对中共的外交策略上也有类似“维稳”心态。比如：中共大批军警包围美领馆，是很严重的外交事件，美国到现在也没有提出抗议。郭保罗认为，美国政府不应该只顾中美高层的短期利益和所谓的稳定，而是应该考虑长远利益，考虑底层民众的心声。
郭保罗：“长远利益就是：来促使中共政权的瓦解，来促成中国的民间力量，独立自由力量的发展。可能暂时会引起一些内斗或者一些风波，但是长远（来看），中国演变了之后，成为一个民主自由国家，那跟美国交往是符合美国最大利益的。”
此前，已有多名美国议员对美国奥巴马政府处理王立军事件的做法提出质疑，并要求美国国务院提交相关详细资料给美国国会进行审查。
在公开信上签名的政论家胡平表示︰
胡平：“我们也知道有的议员，从一开始就在敦促了解这个问题。所以，我们这样做也是对这些人的一个支持。我想，他们作为美国的议员，应该是有权利了解这些问题的。”
另据《大纪元》报导，曾有大陆匿名读者爆料，王立军提交给美国的材料除了“薄熙来与周永康密谋对付习近平”等中共高层权斗内幕，还涉及薄熙来指示、参与“活体摘除法轮功学员器官”的相关证据，和中共政法系统下达的对法轮功及异议人士的镇压文件。

Activist Urges US to Reveal Wang Lijun’s Documents
Last month, Chongqing vice-mayor, Wang Lijun fled to the
US consulate.
He handed in a sack of Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
internal documents.
Soon after, Wang was escorted to Beijing, and has since
disappeared.
The materials that the US holds are becoming
key documents to reveal the truth.
Recently, an overseas activist publicised a petition letter
campaign, urging the US to disclose documents and the truth.
On Feb. 19, overseas activist, Guo Baoluo posted a petition
letter on Twitter.
It urges the US Department of State to immediately release
the documents that Wang Lijun submitted.
Media and different societies have positively responded
to the petition.
70 people had signed the petition by March 4, including
Hu Ping, Xia Yeliang, Yuan Hongbing and others.
Guo Baoluo also released an English petition on March 3,
which has attracted American attention.
Guo Baoluo wrote in the petition that the CCP may have
hidden Wang’s truth in order to maintain “stability”.
At present, the documents are the only way to disclose
the truth, and they are in the US Department of State’s hand.
Hopefully, the US takes responsibility for the Chinese people,
and for the long-term interests of both countries.
To immediately announce in the world: to release all the
documents that Wang provided on Feb 6-7, including text, and audio materials.
Guo Baoluo told NTD his initial purpose of the petition letter.
Guo Baoluo: “The reason is simple; to reveal the truth,
as the truth needs us to fight for it.
There is a possibility that two countries high-level officials
will have an agreement for their “solidation”. Then they cover up the truth.”
Wang Lijun has turned his back on Bo Xilai. He fled
to the US consulate to avoid Bo’s killing.
The US consulate rejected Wang, and then Wang was
escorted to Beijing.
Since then never there has been no further news about Wang.
Guo Baoluo: “Now only the US Department of State
knows the truth.
When Wang entered the consulate, he stayed overnight.
What has Wang said? What has he done and what has he
handed in?
Those materials are the key documents, no matter what it is,
they should be revealed first. We guess the documents are very valuable.”
Guo Baoluo pointed out that although the CCP infighting has
intensified, they will have a single voice to face the public.
In order to maintain “stability” of its power, the CCP
deliberately treated Wang’s incident lightly, to minimise it.
However, the US has the similar maintaining “stability”
intention in it’s diplomatic policy.
For example, the CCP military force surrounding
the US consulate is a serious diplomatic incident.
However, the US hasn’t had any complain yet.
Guo believes the US government shouldn’t only care about
high-level officials’ short-term interests and “stability.”
Instead, they should consider long-term interests, and
aspirations of public’s opinion.
Guo Baoluo: “The long-term interests; to induce the collapse
of the CCP; to support civil power and the development of independent force.
It is possible to cause infighting or controversy temporarily.
In the long-term, when China changes to a democratic country,
it will benefit the US mostly.”
There are many US congressmen questioning the way the
Obama administration handled Wang’s incident.
They requested the Department of State to submit relative
materials to the US Congress for inspection.
Political commentator Hu Ping has signed the petition.
Hu Ping: “We knew that some congressmen have urged to be
informed of the truth.
I understand that signing the petition is a kind of
support to them.
I think being a congressman, it is their right to
know the truth.”
According to The Epoch Times newspaper, an anonymous
reader stated that materials which Wang Lijun handed to
the US, are evidence of Bo Xilai having conspired with
Zhou Yongkang to get rid of Xi Jinping.
They also detail the CCP’s power infighting, and relevant
evidence of Bo’s order and involvement in live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.
In addition, there are documents from the political and legal
systems concerning the harsh repression of Falun Gong and political dissidents.
