【新唐人2012年2月18日讯】《追查迫害法轮功国际组织》16号发表最新调查报告，报告说，原辽宁省锦州市公安局《现场心理研究中心》主任王立军，涉嫌参与活体摘取法轮功学员器官和活人人体试验。王立军现任重庆市副市长，原重庆市公安局长，2月6号王变装逃入美国成都总领馆寻求庇护后，事件持续发酵。
《锦州市公安局“现场 心理研究中心”涉嫌参与活体摘取法轮功学员器官的调查报告》中提出：2003年5月至2008年6月，王立军在辽宁省锦州市任职公安局局长、党委书记，以及锦州市副市长。完全没有相应学历的王立军，到锦州市上任后不到一年，就在他创办的《锦州市公安局现场心理研究中心》开始了人体器官移植的研究，并担任主任。《研究中心》就设在锦州市公安局。
《报告》说，2006年9月17号，王立军和他的《研究中心》因为“药物注射后器官受体移植研究”，被《中国光华科技基金会》授予奖项并资助科研经费200万元。
《追查迫害法轮功国际组织》负责人汪志远接受《新唐人》专访时沉重的表示，王立军和他的《研究中心》所研究的对像主要来源为法轮功学员。
《追查迫害法轮功国际组织》负责人汪志远：“因为当年在王立军担任锦州市公安局长期间，也就是薄熙来担任辽宁省省长期间，这个期间对于法轮功学员的迫害，正是高峰期，许多的法轮功学员，遭到了严重的迫害，并且失踪了，至今没有下落。”
锦州市公安局《现场心理研究中心》在成立两年多的时间，已经完成了几千起的器官移植。根据“大赦国际”的记录，在2000年和2005年之间，中国大陆死刑犯的处决数量平均每年1616人。而根据《中国器官移植网》提供的统计，2003年中国的“公民逝世后器官捐献”数字还是零， 2006年也仅有22位死者家属同意捐出亲人的器官。可见，把全中国大陆死刑犯器官和捐献器官的数量加起来也是很有限的。
那么，《现场心理研究中心》所进行的研究，是什么样的一个研究呢？
汪志远：“给他们注射药品，再对他们进行摘取主要的器官，比如说，肾脏、肝脏、心脏。锦州的一个武警，在2002年担任活体摘取法轮功学员器官现场执枪警卫，目击了整个活体摘取一个30岁左右女法轮功学员的现场以后，这个警察良心上受到了…巨大的打击。”
《报告》提供了看守所和法院的电话录音，证实移植手术的器官供体来自法轮功学员。《追查国际》同时证实，这种骇人听闻的“群体灭绝”犯罪，在中共体制的保护下还在继续进行着。
汪志远表示，这是人类社会绝对不能容忍的。
汪志远：“这不仅是对法轮功学员的迫害、残杀，也是对人类基本道德、良知的摧毁，是对人类正义、公义的讽刺和挑衅。”
《追查国际》提请国际社会立即行动起来，制止并彻查中共对法轮功修炼者的“群体灭绝”迫害！

Wang Lijun Suspected Of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Parishioners
On Feb. 16, World Organization to Investigate the Persecution
of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) released its latest survey Report.
In it Wang Lijun is suspected of conducting organ harvesting
from live Falun Gong practitioners and a living human body experiment.
The Report noted that Wang was the ex-director of On-site
Psychological Research Centre of Jinzhou Public Security Bureau.
Wang was at the time the incumbent vice mayor of Chongqing,
and former chief of Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau.
On Feb. 6, Wang disguised himself and fled to the U.S.
Consulate in Chengdu to seek political asylum.
The consequences of Wang Lijun’s defection
continue to unfold.
The Report claims, ‘On-site Psychological Research Centre’
at Jinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau is suspected of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners.
For the period May 2003 – June 2008, Wang Lijun served
as a director and Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Secretary of Jinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.
He was at that time a vice mayor of Jinzhou City
in Liaoning province as well.
Within one year of assuming office, Wang, without any
relevant education, embarked on human organ transplants.
Wang set up “On-site Psychological Research Centre
of Jinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau” and became its director.
The Research Centre is located inside
Jinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.
The Report stated that on Sept. 17, 2006, Wang Lijun
and his “Research Centre" were awarded RMB 2 million.
The recognition was granted for transplant research
on organ recipients after drugs’ injection.
China Guanghua Science and Technology Foundation
was the donor.
Wang Zhiyuan, director of WOIPFG,
revealed more details.
The main source of research subjects of Wang Lijun and his
“Research Centre" is Falun Gong practitioners, Wang says.
Wang Zhiyuan, “When Wang Lijun was a police chief
in Jinzhou, Bo Xilai was a governor of Liaoning Province.
It was the most brutal period in the persecution
of Falun Gong practitioners.
Many Falun Gong practitioners were severely persecuted
and disappeared. Today they are still missing.”
On-site Psychological Research Centre (OPRC) in Jinzhou
took over two years to establish and
it was completed from the revenue of
a few thousand organ transplants.
According to Amnesty International, between year 2000
and 2005, the average figure of executed prisoners in China is 1616.
However, statistic of China Organ Transplantation Web shows,
in 2003, the donor sources from death people are zero in China.
In 2006, only 22 family members agreed
to donate the organs of their deceased relatives.
Thus, the total number of organs from people
who had death penalty and from donors are still limited.
Then, what kind of research was undertaken at OPRC?
Wang Zhiyuan, “They would give them an injection, and then
they’d remove their main organs, like kidneys, liver and heart.
In 2002, a policeman in Jinzhou served as a security guard
on site of live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.
He saw the entire process of live organ harvesting
from a 30-year-old Falun Gong practitioner.
This policeman’ mind was in shock
after these experiences.”
The WOIPFG Report provides audio records of telephone
conversation made with detention centres and courts.
They confirmed that the organs
are from Falun Gong practitioners.
WOIPFG has evidences that this appalling “genocide” crime
is still unfolding under the protection of the CCP.
Wang Zhiyuan states, this evil behaviour
is absolutely unacceptable.
Wang Zhiyuan, “It is not only that Falun Gong practitioners
are persecuted and killed,
but also this damages the basic human morality and conscience.
It is an irony and a challenge to human justice.”
The WOIPFG urges international society to take action
to end and investigate the CCP’s persecution
and the “genocide” against Falun Gong practitioners.
