【新唐人2012年2月15日讯】最近，网路上盛传，原辽宁省铁岭市副市长、铁岭市公安局长谷凤杰，因贪污受贿被判处12年有期徒刑。谷凤杰的落马据传跟王立军有关，因为二人是铁岭市前后任副市长和公安局长，有着利益贪腐的牵扯，甚至还涉及黑社会问题。而这次二人又在同一个时间点出事，因此猜测的声浪不断。
“王立军事件”在网路上持续升温，最近又传出原辽宁省铁岭市副市长兼任铁岭市公安局局长的谷凤杰，因为王立军事件也落马了。
去年5月以后，谷凤杰再也没有在各项活动中出现，当时就传出他被辽宁省委、省纪委“双规”的消息，不过，铁岭市公安局宣传科和市新闻办工作人员都没有说明谷凤杰被“双规”的具体原因。
今年1月31号，网路上传出谷凤杰因犯“受贿罪”、“巨额财产来源不明罪”，被沈阳市于洪区法院判处有期徒刑12年。大陆媒体从铁岭市新闻办相关工作人员处证实了这个传闻，不过铁岭市公安局表示，目前还没有掌握任何谷凤杰被判刑的讯息，只说案件已经进入了司法程序。
谷凤杰的落马是不是真的如传闻和王立军有关？北京前《新华社》记者高瑜表示，谷凤杰和王立军先后担任铁岭市副市长和公安局长，两个人肯定都认识，而且利益贪腐问题都牵涉过。
高瑜：“他的‘窝案’，因为现在具体事实没有报，王立军还没有结案，他没有结案，就是说这个事情肯定是牵扯到了揭发出来的问题，牵扯到王立军的腐败还有黑社会的问题。”
《纽约时报》研究员赵岩表示，王立军是一个新闻人物，他到了重庆以后官路顺遂，一路三级跳，跳的又高又快，想要动他相对比一般其他公安局长还要困难。赵岩认为，谷凤杰被“双规”，这中间肯定有一个博奕的过程。
赵岩：“他﹙薄熙来﹚在重庆做了那么多的事，一个是‘打黑’，另外一个是‘黑打’，‘黑打’肯定要得罪很多人，‘打黑’也要得罪很多人，那么两派政治力量，在当中有一个博奕。”
2003年5月，王立军退下铁岭市副市长和公安局长的职位，由谷凤杰接任。转任重庆市公安局长的王立军，去年5月27号在重庆市三届人大常委会上，被选为重庆市副市长。这个月2号，重庆市委决定，王立军不再兼任市公安局局长和党委书记，仅以副市长身份分管科教工作。

Gu Feng Jie and Wang Lijun Corruption Cases Linked?
Former deputy Mayor and head of the Public Security Bureau
of Tieling City, Liaoning Province,
Gu Feng Jie, was sentenced to 12 years in prison
for corruption and bribery, said a recent Internet rumor.
Gu Fengjie’s case is said to be related to Wang Lijun’s.
Gu and Wang had held the posts of Tielig City Deputy Mayor
and head of the Public Security Bureau one after another,
and both were involved in corruption and triad-related issues
at the same time; causing many doubts.
The “Wang Lijun Incident” continues to heat up online.
Deputy Mayor and head of Public Security Bureau of Tieling,
Gu Feng Jie, was sacked because of Wang Lijun, says rumors.
Since May 2011, Gu Feng Jie had not been in any activities.
The Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial
Commission Discipline Inspection “double designated” Gu.
However, the Tieling City Public Security Bureau newsroom
and the City Information Office staff did not provide
any specific reason for his “double designation."
On January 31, 2012, it was spread online that
the Shenyang City Yuhong District Court had sentenced
Gu Feng Jie to 12-years in prison for “accepting bribes”
and “large amounts of unidentified property.”
China’s media received confirmation from the Tieling City
news office, yet Tieling’s Public Security Bureau said
it did not have any information about Gu Fengjie’s sentence,
saying Gu’s case had entered the judicial process.
Is Gu Fengjie’s case really related Wang Lijun?
Former Xinhua News Agency reporter, Gao Yu, from Beijing
says, Gu Feng Jie and Wang Lijun must know each other,
as they served as deputy mayor and as the head of
Tieling City’s Public Security Bureau one after the other.
Gao Yu says both must be involved in corruption issues.
Gao Yu: “His (Gu Feng Jie’s) case has not been reported.
Wang Lijun’s case has not ended, so Gu’s case has not ended.
It must be related to the issues that were revealed, such as
Wang Lijun’s corruption and around the underground society.”
New York Times researcher Zhao Yan expressed that Wang
is a character for the news.
Wang was on a fast-track for promotion
after arriving in Chong Qing City.
When compared with other Public Security Bureau leaders,
Wang has been harder to dismiss.
Zhao Yan thinks that a process of power struggle was involved
in Gu Fengjie’s “double designation”.
Zhao Yan: “He (Bo Xilai) did so many things in Chongqing;
To ‘Suppress the Underground’ and ‘Suppress blindly’.”
He (Bo Xilai) had offended many people, doing these things.
The political forces of those groups are fighting him.
May 2003—Gu Fengjie took Wang Lijun’s post in Tieling, as
Wang moved to Chongqing, as Public Security Bureau head.
Wang was elected Deputy Mayor of Chongqing
on May 27, 2011.
February 2012—Chongqing City Party Committee decided
Wang is no longer the head and the party secretary
of the Chongqing Public Security Bureau, but will be
in charge of science and education as a deputy mayor.
