【新唐人2012年2月14日讯】关于重庆副市长王立军逃亡美国领事馆寻求庇护的内幕，中共当局三缄其口，含糊其辞，而重庆当局的网站却报导说，王立军是突然失常去美领事馆，并且语无伦次。这一说法与海外的报导以及网路上盛传的消息差异很大。
重庆宣传部门直属网站《华龙网》声称：网路有传言，说王立军是精神病发作，6号主动联系美国驻成都总领事馆，要求与美国领事见面。会面时，王立军要求美方提供中共官员在美国的账户，并提到藏独和间谍等。
对此，原《河北人民广播电台》编辑朱欣欣认为，不必理会重庆当局的说辞。
朱欣欣：“（重庆当局）现在只能是撒谎，越撒谎越大。越搞越扑朔迷离。官方的可信度是最低的。现在官方的这些媒体、官方的这些言论，在群众中真是一钱不值。”
《华龙网》的报导还说，美方人员发现王立军神态不对，所以没有答复，在王立军声称要派武警搜查领事馆后让他自行离开。重庆当局获知消息后，在成都截获王立军带到重庆软禁，但他在6号晚逃脱，直到7号当天下午才被寻获。
这一说法与目前海外以及网路上的消息出入较大，目前大部分海外媒体报导：王立军2月8号被成都美领馆拒绝庇护后，当天由7名中共高官押解到北京。
而网路上传言，王立军向美国领事馆揭露“中共活摘法轮功学员器官”证据，并向美方交代和薄熙来有关的内幕，以及一些国家机密坐等美国揭露真相！
其它媒体也报导了类似情况。《南华早报》和《朝鲜日报》报导了王立军在现场高喊自己是薄熙来牺牲品的消息。
台湾《旺报》指出，一个副省部级的王立军把美领馆当成救苦救难的观音庙，重创中共形象，并且可能造成政治动荡。正如毛泽东有“9.13”林彪外逃事件，江泽民有陈希同被撤职事件。
朱欣欣表示，王立军跑到美领馆去，肯定是他和薄熙来的矛盾已经公开化。
朱欣欣：“他们（薄熙来）去抓他，肯定不是为了出于公心，肯定是出于私利。他怕王立军抖搂出来很多关于他不利的情况。无论是王立军也好，薄熙来也好，他们之间都没有很干净的，可以是说黑吃黑的。”
大陆《财新网》属下的《新世纪》周刊指出，目前，重庆市党媒已很难找到有关“王立军”的新闻，王立军这张名片正在淡出重庆政治舞台。
此外，《博讯网》13号披露，在王立军进入美领馆后，薄熙来亲自赶赴成都，在幕后指挥黄奇帆包围美国领事馆。期间黄奇帆被获准进入美领馆，和美国总领事以及王立军谈话近一小时，但王立军说因为薄熙来会用各种方式暗杀他，坚决拒绝跟黄奇帆回重庆。
朱欣欣：“ 它（中共）内部的矛盾激化到一定程度，它肯定会公开化，逐步的暴露出来。它是不自愿的公开化，但它造成的后果也肯定会造成公开的这种影响。”
香港《苹果日报》指出，王立军“叛逃”美领馆，反映了“中共党内不同利益集团的斗争已到了你死我活的地步”。文章说，民间抗议的浪潮，不容易撼动一个有钱、有武装的统治集团，但如果统治集团内部自己先分崩离析，那就可大可小了。

Wang Liju Incident: Chongqing Official’s New Explanation
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has remained silent,
regarding Wang Lijun, Chongqing vice mayor.
Wang is believed to have sought asylum at the US consulate
in Chengdu.
Chongqing official website reports that Wang went to the US
consulate due to his sudden unstable mental problem.
It is reported he seemed incoherent. However, there
is disparity between overseas’ reports and website rumours.
Chongqing official website cqnews.net claimed rumours
have
spread on the web that Wang Lijun had a psychotic episode.
Febrary 6, Wang contacted the US consulate general
in Chengdu, requesting a meeting with the consulate general.
It is said, in the meeting, Wang asked the US to provide
Chinese official’s bank accounts in America.
He also mentioned Tibetan and espionage issues.
Zhu Xinxin, a former Hebei People’s Radio editor, suggests
disregarding what the Chongqing authorities’ report.
Zhu Xinxin, “Chongqing tells lies, one lies greater than other,
Lies are increasingly complicated.
The authorities have the lowest credibility.
The official media and statements are worthless in the public.”
cqnews.net also reports that the US staff found Wang wasn’t
in a right status, they didn’t respond.
Reports also said that after Wang threatened to send military
to search the consulate, he left on his own volition.
When Chongqing authorities received the news, they caught
Wang in Chengdu and imprisioned him in Chongqing,
However Wang escaped in the evening of Feb.6,
until the next day in the afternoon, Wang was found again.
This news differs with overseas’ reports.
Most media currently report Wang was rejected by the
US consulate in Chengdu on Feb.8.
On the same day, he was escorted by high-ranking officials
to Beijing.
The internet rumours that Wang has exposed evidence of
CCP’s live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners’.
Wang has also uncovered some information relating
to Bo Xilai and national secrets.
The US consulate would reveal the truth!
Other media has reported similar news.
The South China Morning Post and The Chosunilbo reported
that Wang shouted on site he was a victim of Bo Xilai.
Taiwan Want Daily says Wang, a sub-provincial/ ministerial
level cadre, regards the US consulate as a place of protection.
It impacts the CCP’s image, and may cause
political instability.
A previous example is in Mao Zedong’s time, when Lin Biao
escaped to Russia.
In Jiang Zemin’s time, there was the case of the removal
of Chen Xitong.
Zhu Xinxin said that Wang escaped to the US consulate,
showing his conflict with Bo Xilai is publicized.
Zhu Xinxin, “They (Bo) caught Wang, for sure, is not for the
public’s interests, but for their own purposes.
Bo Xilai is worried about Wang exposing the information
that doesn’t do any good for Bo.
None of Wang or Bo is clean, they are just like mafia
infighting.
The Caixin media’s flagship publication, Century Weekly,
reported that currently, it is hard to find about Wang Lijun’s
news in party’s media. Wang is being phased out the political
arena in Chongqing.
boxun.com revealed additional information on Feb.13 after
Wang went to the US consulate.
Bo Xilai personally rushed to Chengdu and ordered
Huang Qifan surrounding the consulate.
Huang received permission to enter the consulate, having
a one hour conversation with the consulate general and Wang.
However Wang said that Bo would kill him, so he refused
to go back to Chongqing with Huang.
Zhu Xinxin, “The CCP’s internal contradictions are
intensifying, for a certain time.
It will be publicised and exposed.
The CCP doesn’t want to reveal itself, but its consequences
would surely result in publicity.”

Wang’s defection reflects that the CCP’s internal fighting
has come to the point of life and death.
The article said that the wave of civilians’ protests are difficult
to shake the ruling group which controls money and military.
However, if the ruling group has been falling apart first,
the chance for change is there.
