【新唐人2011年10月20日讯】美国“占领华尔街”运动发生一个月后，最近，博讯网突然发布了一条消息：“‘茉莉花运动’告一段落，‘占领北京’悄悄登场”。原本热炒“占领华尔街”的大陆媒体突然全部噤声，各大网站首页上再也见不到相关消息。
中国大陆藉强力报导“占领华尔街”猛敲资本主义丧钟，然而，中国社会存在贫富不均、官员贪腐、权力经济横行等问题，并不输华尔街，一旦爆发开来，后果将非常严重。15号，维权人士通过网上传递，“占领北京”、“百人赴临沂”等活动，把中共给吓醒了。
中国经济社会学者何清涟17号在微博中说，美国政府与媒体多年来在中国的人权、政治及控制新闻媒体方面持续有批评之声，因为事实俱在，北京的反击除了讲“美国害怕中国强大，意图阻扼中国崛起”之外，始终找不到多少机会回击美国。9月中旬美国发生“占领华尔街”运动之后，北京终于觉得逮到了向美国报一箭之仇的机会了。
经济学家程晓农表示，中宣部一贯的原则就是只要抓住美国的任何问题，然后把他说是资本主义的灭亡，希望中国老百姓相信共产党制度是能够长期下去的，没想到是搬石头砸自己脚。
程晓农：“但是中宣部愚蠢的是没想到这件事情在国内引起网民的兴趣，想到中国有更大的问题，所以当中国老百姓开始讨论要占领北京占领南京，在网上也开始串联的时候，中国政府也害怕了，所以他立刻反过来报导美国占领华尔街运动不代表美国大多数人。”
民运人士杨建利表示，“占领华尔街”运动是一种社会文化的运动，它揭露了世界上金融系统的黑暗，而最大金融系统黑暗就在中国，最大的贫富悬殊也在中国。这种文化观念传到中国对中国政府是极为不利的。因为中国已经到了任何一个事件都有可能酿成大规模群众活动的这种形式。
杨建利：“所以像陈光诚这种案件，现在这么多人加入，我想就是具有了酿成发展成全国性的抗议活动的一个基本条件，下面怎么发展还要看双方的博奕。那么像占领华尔街的活动，有些人倡议，像这样议题也有可能成为全国性抗议活动。最后演变成对制度改变的要求。”
网民表示，这一两天，任何形式的非官方公共集会在中国都是禁忌。在网上搜索相关占领北京活动的字眼，得到的则是不相干的结果。网民说，最近真是共产党怕什么，来什么。

have a chance at revenge, the Occupy Wall Street movement.
Economist Cheng Xiaonong said that the CCP Publicity
Department has always seized on any problem existing in the U.S.
and refer to it as the demise of capitalism, in order to convince
people that the Communist Party will be able to continue on.
However, they stumbled this time.
Cheng Xiaonong: “The CCP Publicity Department was foolish.
They did not think this matter would be of interest to the general public.
Thinking of larger issues in China, the Chinese started
talking about Occupy Beijing and Occupy Nanjing.
As talk spread over the internet, the Chinese government was horrified.
They immediately changed the Occupy Wall Street report, and ,
stated that it does not represent the majority of the Americans."

Occupy Wall Street is a social and cultural movement.
It reveals the dark side of the world financial system.
However, the darkest financial system is in China.
The greatest disparity of wealth also exists in China.
This cultural idea is extremely unfavorable to the Chinese government.
China has come to a critical point.
Any event could turn into a large-scale mass movement.
Yang Jianli: “Chen Guangcheng’s (the blind civil rights activist
from Linyi) case has drawn many people’s attention.
I believe it is because this case possesses a fundamental quality,
a quality that could develop into a nation-wide protest.
As for how it’s going to further develop,
it depends on both sides of the game.
Occupy Wall Street movement could turn into a national protest,
and finally evolve into a demand to the system. “
