【新唐人2011年4月16日讯】中共当局又展开专项行动,整治“网路公关行为”,有学者和网路工作者表示,最大的“网路水军”或制造者,目前来说是中共政府,如大量的“五毛党”,因此民众对政府的取缔难以信服。请看报导。
中共工信部、公安部、工商总局和中共中央对外宣传办公室,最近联手推出一个为期两个月的全国专项行动,准备从四月中旬起大力整治“网路公关行为”。
官方媒体对外表示:中国近些年来出现了网路水军、网路推手,和删帖公司等各种网路公关机构和个人,他们炒作制造虚假新闻,敲诈勒索,打击竞争对手,非法牟取利益。
香港“互联网协会”会长莫乃光表示,在大陆,可能因为法制的问题,很多公司和商人不管用什么方法,只要能达到目地,不择手段,都可以来做。这类行为其实并不只局限于网路。
莫乃光认为,“网路公关”本身并不违法,在全世界都有!香港和外国公司都常常利用互联网进行危机处理和公关活动。
湖北省网路工作者、“民生观察”网站负责人刘飞跃指出,应该说,最大的网路水军或制造者,目前来说是中共政府。推特上面有大量的“五毛”,不仅仅是批评,甚至使用下流的语言进行辱骂。
一些网路工作者和学者认为,政府本身就在大量使用网路水军、也就是所谓的“五毛党”来宣传当局立场、抵毁异议人士,并大量删除对当局不满的消息和评论,因此当局很难具有说服力。
一群匿名的互联网用户在网上,倡议在大陆许多城市举行星期日“散步”活动以来。中共对互联网的控制就越来越广、越来越严。自2月中旬,数十名异议人士、人权活动家和著名博客主被逮捕或失踪。
四川成都作家、著名博客作者冉云飞,于2月21号被刑拘,3月25号被当局正式逮捕,罪名是“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”。四川维权人士丁矛也以同样罪名被正式批捕。许多维权人士的电脑或硬碟被警方搜查,或被扣留。
德国《金融时报》认为,这一波逮捕和审查的背景,与北非革命和网上呼吁中国民众抗议有关。
“中国人权观察”组织也证实,中国吉林一名叫“雁南飞”的网民,3月22号晚被一伙自称警察的人从居所带走,至今下落不明。当时,她正在跟网友聊天,讨论为被拘押的北京异议人士李海聘请律师的事情。
著名网路作家田奇庄对《美国之音》表示,当下中国(共)互联网言论自由的空间越来越小。在网上发表的文章最近有不少被网警删除。
香港中文大学新闻学院教授邱林川也表示,如今中国的许多社交网站名存实亡,审查的幸存者们生存在巨大的阴影中。
多年来,“记者无疆界”组织一直把中共列入“互联网的敌人”国家名单中。今年最新一期报告已经出炉。中共被评为大面积实行互联网管制,和过滤措施的十个“互联网敌人”国家之一。
