【新唐人2010年4月13日讯】（大纪元记者陈玮臻台湾台北报导）鉴于全球产业环保趋势，电动车俨然成为近年来汽车产业最热门的议题。经济部国际贸易局黄志鹏局长在12日汽车零配件展开幕典礼中表示，电动车主要是“以电代油”的驱动动力系统运输工具，因能有效降低对空气、环境品质的伤害，已成为各国政府积极推动的焦点，估计在2015年电动车市场产值将有13倍的成长。

由外贸协会举办的第26届“台北国际汽车零配件展”与第5届“台北国际车用电子展”将于12日展开一连4天的活动。且为协助台湾厂商快速掌握电动车市场商机，今年更新增“电动车零配件区”，将台湾所发展的锂铁电池、马达模组等电动车关键零组件的技术实力，展现在全球买主面前。

受到能源安全、环境保护与国际原油价格上涨等议题的影响，电动车成为近年汽车产业最热门的议题。根据工研院产业经济与资讯服务中心（INK）资料显示，全球电动车市场在2008 年有3万6千辆，估计今年底前就有5倍的成长，直至2015年电动车市场产值估计将有13倍的大幅成长。

黄志鹏指出，从这数据可得知，各国均已意识到传统油运输工具是目前最大的移动式污染源，而电动车主要是“以电代油”的驱动动力系统运输工具，因能有效降低对空气、环境品质的伤害，已成为各国政府积极推动的焦点。

他表示，经济部为推动台湾电动车产业，期望能透过电动车示范运行、货物税减免及购车补贴等措施，抢进全球电动车市场，希望在2015年能达到电动车销售逾6万辆的目标。

最后黄志鹏也强调，目前全球的电动车发展仍处萌芽阶段，而台湾具有发展电动车产业的 3大支柱，锂电池、马达与控制IC、系统整合技术，若能好好把握其优势，将可在世界电动车市占有一席之地。
