Ingredients:
6 egg yolks(蛋黃)
40g caster sugar(細砂糖)
60g corn oil(玉米油)
80ml milk(牛奶)
80g plain flour(普通麵粉)
20g corn flour(玉米粉)
6 egg whites(蛋白)
60g caster sugar(細砂糖)
Filling:
350g durian flesh(榴槤肉泥)
100g milk(牛奶)
2 egg yolks(蛋黃)
40g caster sugar(細砂糖)
300g UHT whipping cream(動物性鮮奶油)
Bake in apreheated oven at 130°C for 35 minutes.Then 150°C for 25 minutes.
放入預熱烤箱以130°C烤35分鐘,再改150°C烤25分鐘。
