配料(2人份):
1個大土豆(8盎司),去皮和磨碎
¼杯磨碎的洋蔥
¼茶匙鹽
¼杯馬鈴薯澱粉
¼杯葡萄籽油(或植物油)
蘸醬:
2湯匙醬油
1湯匙鮮榨檸檬汁(或醋)
1個蔥,切碎
¼杯切成薄片的洋蔥
1個椒,切碎
½茶匙糖
Ingredients
(2 servings)
grate potato
1 large potato (8 ounces), peeled and grated
¼ cup grated onion
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup potato starch
¼ cup grape seed oil (or vegetable oil)
For dipping sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice (or vinegar)
1 green onion, chopped
¼ cup thinly sliced onion
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
½ teaspoon sugar
