一斤糯米600g glutinous rice
半斤粽葉300g bamboo leaves (4 leaves per dumpling)
四百克紅豆蓉400g red bean paste
生粉Starch
一湯匙鹼水1tbsp lye water
一湯匙生油1tbsp cooking oil
